I liked it! Mostly clean and they have a decently large inventory. I feel like the back of the store needs to be better organized though. Their inventory is large but it lacks quality items though. But it is definitely worth your time to find some second hand clothes!

Prices are reasonable. Employees are really nice. Not very organized at all. Clothes werent in the right spots. I do appreciate that you have three days to get your furniture. Also they have fantastic prices on sheets, bedspreads and blankets.

Goodwill is a well known charity across the nation. Lots and lots of clothes here at great prices. Many things for the home as well as a pretty good selection of furniture at near giveaway prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if you're on a budget. Some good and not so good merchandise. Worth the visit.It appears that quality donations have taken a nose dive. Much less furniture than there used to be unless if it's all gone now before I get there. Generally not as much quality merchandise as there used to be.

Was dropping off very gently used items such as furniture, children's toys, and clothing. The person at the loading dock was very rude. I left, took my items back, and will be donating somewhere else.

Worst Goodwill I’ve ever tried donating to. The staff who do the donation pick up have all been very rude. Every time I attempt a donation they rudely shout at me what I can and can’t donate and that they spend “$1800 a month in garbage/dumpster service throwing out things people can leave but they just get rid of it”. This time, I just had clothes (which I understand is one of the few items they will accept now) and went to unload it and they yelled “we don’t take donations before 10am”. It was 9:45am I had no idea they had that policy either. They shut the door to “show me their 10am drop off sign….” and it was a piece of paper with marker that was completely washed out from the rain and not legible and said “oh I guess we need to make a new sign”. Go somewhere else to donate to people who need it. It won’t make it to the shelves no matter how “new” or “nice” it is- they will throw it out.

My Bowling Green store is being remodeled so I visited here. Very pleasant and a good amount of stuff. Though the men's clothing area is much smaller here than at my normal store.

Pricing on clothing is fair and consistent. Hard goods pricing fluctuates and prices starting to go up. Pictures/mirrors overpriced for what some of them are. Book pricing is high and just went up. They should have kept the prices of the books as it was, 1.00 for soft cover and 2.00 for hardback. Store is clean and there is a good variety. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My mother wanted to stop in to see if they had any good deals.Very nice and clean store, with lots of room. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Plus the prices were reasonable.

For being a thrift store they charge way too much on certain items. People often go to these kinds of stores because they are suppose to be cheaper. I go in here and see used furniture priced from 70-100 dollars. This is why I always choose Salvation Army. Goodwill is ridiculous.

Store clean and organized but OVERPRICED on many items. Shame to see the organization of Goodwill trying to turns their stores into full retail. Many customers complaining while we were there today . It is a consensus that not only have you gone with everyone to increase prices but to OVERPRICE your items as well.

Good selection but over priced ok allot of things. Had a used tent for $100 I can find same size new for that price everyday of the same size and design. Definitely prefer wapakoneta store even though it's smaller.

If I could give no stars I would. My parents called to donate a projection big screen TV. They called twice and the person up ground who answered said they would take it. We loaded it up and drove it in. Upon arrival they said thy would not take it and the manager said no. They do not deserve to get anything if thy can not keep to their word. It was made very clear it was a big screen projection tv. I will never send anything to a company that can not keep to there word. They only want new flat screen tvs. Maybe they should keep to their word and be great full people are willing to donate. Never again to a company that will not keep their word

I gave 1 star, simply because i have too give it something in order to leave a review. This store is terrible. I help families getting back on their feet after having gone through Trama. I walked in with a list of 23 items and was completely disgusted with the rip off prices. After shopping for one hour, finding 3 somewhat reasonably priced items, i proceeded to the check out. One cashier and a line of about 10 people with one or two items each. I stood there for 10 minutes and the line never moved. As i looked ahead, i could see the cashier just chatting away with another employee doing nothing. This store has gone sooooo down hill. I left my cart and walked out. I wont be returning. Good will, bad will....what HAPPENED ????? YOU TURNED GREEDY!!! I HAVE NOT BEEN SO DISGUSTED WITH A STORE IN SO LONG..YOU WIN THE PRIZE, BUT NOR MY BUSINESS. Good riddance

Huge store, although the mens area still as small as other stores. I know Goodwill is dependant upon donations but can't mens shoes get its own spot!? I saw 2 pairs of mens mingled with womens whole wall.

Most of the time the workers are rude. They never give me my receipt. I bought a 30 dollar sweeper and it didn't even work and then told me the receipt I had was wrong. Corporate doesn't answer their claims. Basically the company is a scam... they take donations and sell the items for outrageous prices. They were asking $150 for a beat up dresser and one time I was wearing a scarf when I walked in and the cashier asked me if I wanted to pay for my scarf.. Basically called me a thief. Real nice.

Every time i go shopping at Goodwill it's been a great experience. The employees are very kind and if you have a question about anything thru out the store they are more than happy to assist. 👍👌

Nice selection of clothes and other items. People who say it’s too expensive, obviously don’t know that the employees have to get a paycheck. The store has to pay the bills. I would hate to see what they say about a regular store that sells new items lol...

We recently had to clothe a child who has very little. We walked into Goodwill and were greated with a sign that said "All children's clothes 50% off. 5 big bags later the child has A LOT of clothes and it only cost us around 100 bucks. Goodwill allowes people a low cost alternative to big box stores. Goodwill offers clean nice clothing at a reasonable cost.

Some great finds here and outstanding staff!!!!! One issue is that it is NOT very sanitary... the changing room never gets swept, or wiped down. And the bathroom... sheessssh... was it filthy.....

I love the Findlay Goodwill store. Can always find something for myself, family members and also as a Home Health Aide, some things for my clients. Check out staff are always courteous and friendly.
