Very very poor attitudes some of the employees have. Everything is on camera and I expect something to be done. Enough is enough. Lady left the counter knew I was coming had no idea where she was. She even looked at me and smiled wow. She tells me to ring the bell. Well the next time anybody in there and hears a bell it’s me. People need to change there attitudes there is a higher power and his name is god or what ever u want to call him. You on camera and yeah I did call corporate on her you bet.

I went on 2/26/20; one worker was doing both stocking and register. I had trouble finding what I wanted; I would of liked to see signs near or above the isle to know where products are. I saved almost 10.00 with smart coupons; that was great!!

The food and products are very old in this location. Small smelly and very outdated the Employees and have the worst attitude . Very unprofessional. Employees are always outside smoking cigarettes.I will be reporting this store to corporate officeThank You

The 2 ladies that will working tonight were absolutely awesome. They heard me talking about trying to find a certain size and they come over and showed me exactly where to look. They also looked for the size. Thank you so much 💓

Nothing says welcome to Family Dollar like an employee having a noisy domestic dispute with someone at the counter about issues from their homelife! She then told the woman waiting to be rung out at the counter someone would be with her shortly as she went to take a smoke break with her shouting match partner. Once they returned inside their issues seemed to conclude with a smokers cough and a scowl as she told him angrily to wait in the car. What a show!

Seriously the worst customer service I've had in awhile. As soon as me & my mom were done we got in the car & we BOTH started venting at the same time.. That's pretty sad. While we were checking out the cashiers were constantly talking to one another, he never even acknowledged we were there just started ringing us up. So finally everything was rang up & were just standing there trying to hand the money over & literally he's STILL talking to his coworker about the upcoming weekend. Were standing there until I cough so he can actually pay attention to us & take our money that I've been holding for him to take for 2 minutes.. Then after that as if that wasn't annoying enough he's counting our change back & started talking to the next people in line behind us!! Gave us our money & never said thank you, have a nice day etc etc. totally ignored us the whole time talking to everyone around us.. Hate that place for the customer service.

Well it's 9:28am and it says on the internet and on the door and on the phone opens at 9:00am noone is here I've been waiting since about 8:55am smh Great for the customers where is the manager this store needs a real looking at by corporate

Getting re-organized, training new people but very friendly service. Store is in somewhat of disarray and they are changing products that were carried to new products.

The checkout area is small. Too small. We didn't have much, but it was too small of an area. Also the counter was difficult for my wheelchair mother to reach
