Okay so Ive held off but I’ve had so many bad experiences here I just need to write this. I’ve been ignored every single time, like look you in the face and still ignore you. I’ve been spoken to so rudely and today I tried to purchase two bears that were on sale for Valentine’s Day 70% off now I’m not a cheapskate but I’d prefer to purchase things like that when they are on sale I didn’t feel 24$ was an appropriate price for that quality anyways it rang up full price and we called for help using self checkout the guy who didn’t appear to work there passed us and looked at us several times so we assumed he was a customer and called again after a few minutes of him looking at us but ignoring us he finally comes up and I tell him the issue he said he’d get the manager 5minutes later he comes back just to say he’ll check us out on another register excluding the bears because he’s unsure how long the manager would take. Now I wasn’t in a hurry but I did want to purchase the bears it just seems lazy and uncaring kinda rude. Not the rudest they have been with me but just weird. Like? I can’t get customer service? Gotcha.

Worst dollar general I've ever been too! It was a huge mess and the customer service was so sickening that i had to drop my stuff and just walk out. Gave my business to the Rite Aid down the street. If I could give a 0 star or negative star review... I would have! DG hirer some people with manners that shower! The smell was out of this world

The staff must have all been replaced at this location bc, the younger fellas they have working here at night are rude, no concept of being polite or customer service skills at all. Also, the place is, frankly, DIRTY AS HELL. Like the cleaning supplies haven't been touched in years. Also, not using the self check-out kiosk, because that's their job, that I'm NOT going to do for them, bc no clerk is ever at the register either, when you want them to be there. The only thing that makes me come back are the prices, and that the company continues to live up to its name. I will update this review with pictures, next time I'm there.

Probably would of spent more money there if I could get to some of the food stuff but they got the isle blocked while one employee talks to the other and look at you side eye when ur trying to get through but can't cause they got it blocked. Frist time I went there and I see why.

No one's ever at the register. I'm not doing self check out. Hate that they try to force this on us.Also, no public restrooms. So I had to abandon my shopping to leave. MESSY front end. Aisles are way too small.The one older lady is not polite.Entry way is always full of stuff and can't get thru esp since I usually gotta grab a cart from outside 🤔Do enjoy that they sell some fresh fruit and veggies.

I stopped by this establishment to simply buy some fabreeze, I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes waiting for the employees who were within eye sight of me stocking shelves. They completely ignored me and continued to do so even after ringing the bell. It's not really a big deal seeing as $1 tree is right next door, but it's kinda rude to be honest. 🤦🤷🤷

Overall great place, a couple of the girls are very friendly and always willing to help.Management leaves something to be desired last i was in over heard them complaining about another employee. The one who has the darker hair is always rude, never see a name tag, and acts like it's an inconvenience to help when asked. I try to avoid her at all cost when shopping there.
