Quite easily the single worst pharmacy I have ever been too in my 50 years as a human. Slow is an understatement. Painfully slow is more accurate but still gives them more benefit than is deserved. What is far more frustrating than the lack of urgency the staff shows is the way the staff engages with their customers. Condescending and rude or you are just ignored is what you can expect when you are here. My employer requires me to use this pharmacy otherwise I would have gone anywhere else by now

Worlds slowest pharmacy! 24 hrs of waiting on meds. They claim oh we are short staffed. Drive through pick up better be prepared for 30min in line. Walk inside and expect no seating due to waiting customers. Always some damn excuse why you have to wait! Going to find a faster pharmacy fed up with excuses and broken promises!

The Findlay CVS on Tiffin Ave is a joke!I have been waiting on a prescription for my granddaughter for 4 days now and it’s still not done!Since the company lets them keep doing this I guess it’s time to move to a different pharmacy.

Got my medicine transferred to a different pharmacy because there is a pharmacist that works there and she is absolutely the worst. She is so rude and always in a bad mood every time I go in to get my medicine. I have seen her be rude to other customers other than myself more than once. Definitely not trying to be in that environment once a month.

I'm in the drive thru sitting at the window. They say ok just a minute...I been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and still waiting. Would not recommend anyone to use this pharmacy.

The pharmacy tech I just TRIED talking to was RUDE. Would not listen to me as I was explaining what I needed and then started getting nasty with me when I just stopped talking and gave her my birthdate.... Then she started yelling at me...I could not understand her to begin with, she speaks HORRIBLE English and OBVIOUSLY does not belong in this Pharmacy let alone this line of work.

Overall I have always liked using CVS however the last year the pharmacy staff where we live has declined rapidly. They used to be nice and helpful and now everyone is so rude. And not helpful. At one point I had questions about a new medication for our Son. The pharmacist didn’t even offer counseling which she should of because it was a brand new medication. I had to ask to speak with her and then she said “well I don’t know you’ll have to call the doctor”. I’m sorry, aren’t you a pharmacist?! There have been multiple times they did not have a medication in stock for my kids and it had to be ordered. It took 3 days for my son to get an antibiotic because they didn’t have it and weren’t able to get it?? I found another pharmacy in Findlay that did have it. But it’s always a hassle it feels like. Definitely switching pharmacies ASAP.

I went to this location for the (drive thru) COVID testing. The wait was unreasonable given I had an appointment and there was a line of cars behind us. Looking through the window, they were visibily joking, laughing, etc and not utilizing their time appropriately or respecting ours (those of us waiting). One guy was even standing and eating in view of the window.Not one person asked for my identification or my confirmation number so technically, they have no idea who took that test which is very careless and unsafe for the community! I didn't even get anything to confirm I was there and they didn't have any information to give me on what to expect next other than "hopefully they will pick up the samples within the next day or two because they haven't been here".I was not satisfied with the level of service I received and I refuse to do any other business with CVS. This location has several bad reviews but is seemingly going unnoticed as if those up higher aren't concerned either. Very disappointing to say the least.

I have been filling my prescriptions at cvs for years. The staff wasn’t bad too bad but lately they have been so mean and rude. They never have my prescriptions ready and when I get there they tell me to come back in 1 1/2 hrs bc they are going to lunch even though they could have finished it for me bc they had 1/2 until lunch. I will never go back. I transferred all my stuff to another pharmacy.

I have had enough retail and office jobs to understand that when all of the staff are in an awful mood all the time its management and store policies. Every place is short staffed right now and with inflation probably no job feels like it pays enough. This isnt why the moral at cvs is rock bottom. Clearly staff doesn't feel supported. If your staff dont have the tools they need and the right emotional support and training they will all be in awful moods like the employees at this location. I feel horrible for them everytime i go in. Im extra patient because ive had those jobs where your bosses are just freaking terrible and make your work life a nightmare

Awful customer service. I had Madeline check me out and she was RUDE. I walk up to the register to check out and she just stairs at me! I tell her my last name because I have gotten a prescription before so I know what they need, but if I was new to this I would have no idea what they needed from me. Next my prescription was $97 for a 3 month which was exactly what I got 3 months ago for $30 which is no big deal but I asked her why it was so different. And she said “rudely” this is for 3 month I said ya that’s what I got last time. And she said I don’t know you will have ask your insurance. I said ok. If my insurance didn’t make me go to CVS I would NEVRR go there. And I as I read more reviews I see the same pattern. Sad to see that nothing is being done about this.

Terrible customer service! There was only 1 person there that was extremely nice and that's the only reason they got 1 star. I'm sorry but if a doctor writes a prescription out and something was done wrong dont blame the person bringing it in and sure as heck dont tell them they dont need that med because it's for heroin addicts. What my doctor prescribed is because she feels it's best for ME not YOU!

Think I may switch to a different pharmacy. Someplace with a bit more actual knowledge and much better people skills. Also used their minute clinic in AZ a few months ago; I think what they are most interested in is how many prescriptions and OTC drugs the they can fill/sell you at that time.

Dropped off a prescription at noon, was told to come back in one hour. Im still waiting at 4:51 for the order to get filled! This is insane! The girl just walked away and left me sitting in the drive thru and I'm not sure if I should continue to sit here or what.

I have used this pharmacy for 3 years to refill the exact same prescription. They almost ALWAYS manage to get it wrong, not have my information, tell me I don't have a refill when my doctor says I do, etc. If possible, find another pharmacy.
