We had trouble finding a place to seat our party of 13 last minute, and thankfully Cracker Barrel answered our prayers!They were gracious enough to move tables for us to all eat together, which was a huge relief.Our server, Lynn, was amazing!!! Super polite and understanding, and we never ran out of water or drinks. We were quickly taken care of in a caring manner, I hope she gets rewarded for this!The food was surprisingly delicious, everything was cooked perfect and everyone was very happy with the quality of the food! The salads were fresh!

Ordered Old-timer’s breakfast. 2 eggs over medium with crispy bacon and hash brown casserole. Flabby bacon and dried out hashbrowns. Waitress barely stopped by the table after food was delivered. Dishes piled up until it was time for the check. Terrible service and terrible food. Drive to the next Crackerbarrel because this one isn’t worth your time.

Since COVID 😳 Never have Silverware!! Then after you ask for S.W. you get a fork an knife in a brown paper sleeve no spoons.. WOW Also quite a few meals are No longer available. Friends and I use to visit often not much anymore an I never suggest going there.. by chance I met a friend there today, Roast beef was 80% FAT. Will Never order that again.. Not waitress fault. She was good. If they close these restaurants, will not bother me at all

The food was poor standards. Meat loaf was soggy, green beans were oveŕ cooked and out of a can.Mashed potatoes tasted like out of a box. Steak fries were cold. The side dishes were the size for a child portion. Silverware had dried food on them. Waitress seemed like she was not there, or did not want to be. Why is a dinner house salad 2.50 more. Disappointed over all, would not go again.

I’m not from Findlay but I drove there to get CB for dinner to give this place one last shot. 3rd times a charm. Well it was more like 3 strikes you’re out! I got a meatloaf dinner with a loaded baked potato. Green beans and corn bread. Well I found what they did with the eggshells. They were in my salty meatloaf! Took me about 10 seconds to spit the bite out and check what was crunchy. My loaded baked potato consisted of 11 bacon bits and an extremely tiny bit of cheese. No sour cream. No butter. It melted and ran out into the bag. They packed the bag I didn’t! The green beans had a good taste but very oily/greasey. The corn bread was dark from overtaking. So meatloaf went in the trash. I doctored my potato up that I paid to have done for me. The beans had to rest on a paper towel to absorb some of the oilyness. The corn muffins joined the meatloaf in the trash. So that money out the window! Last time I ordered curbside. They said 45 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and asked about it. Here they never started the order yet and did I want to wait. No I did not. Who gets 2 hours for a lunch break? And the time before that was just as bad. We ate inside. Such a long wait after our order was taken. Then it wasn’t right and not all there. My daughter was done eating and I was still waiting. Ridiculous!! So I think I might start eating at Waffle House across the street. It couldn’t be any worse!!!

I always stop by at Cracker Barrel location when driving a few hours in different states. There always nice and fresh and tasty homes style food prepared by healthy countryside recipes. Their staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Nothing can be better than this for busy people on the road. Their stores are inviting to buy some stuff to go. And the prices are more than reasonable, especially nowadays when many restaurants have doubled their prices. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: You can always find food that is not fried or overly spicy. Even though the portions are large, you never feel like overeatingParking: Free parking with always lots of vacant spots

The waitress we had, seemed more interested in certain tables. She was slow to get our refills and passed by us many times. Pretty sure she forgot to put our order in, because there were people that arrived after us, getting their orders first. The food was cold, like it was forgotten, and just heated quickly. We had to ask for our bill many times, only to keep being walked past.

Party of 6 for breakfast at 11:30 am. Everyones biscuts were at room temp. Everyones gravy was skinned over and just barely warm. Those that got hashbrown casserole said it was barely warm. One couple got poached eggs and they were good and hot. The over medium and sunny side up eggs were only warm. Bacon and sausage not hot either. Took twice as long as it used to to get our food. One of our couples had to be in BG at 2 pm so we just dealt with it. The server kept going back to check if our order was up yet, so we were confused as to how it wasn't hot. This was the second time in a row things haven't gone well. My wife and I went a couple of weeks earlier and I sipped my way through 4 cups of coffee waiting for food. We were there an hour and a half, but at least the food (with the exception of the biscuts) was good.

We had a brand new waitress and it was her first day. You could tell they were slammed before we got there. She wasn't even frazzled but you could tell she was wore out. Regardless she did an excellent job and still kept good spirits the whole time even though there was a small mistake on the receipt. I'm old and forget names but she was a young shorter blonde Great Job hope you got lots of good tips!!

This was my first time visiting this particular Cracker Barrel and I have to say this will be my last visit. My food was disgusting! I ordered the grandma sampler. My meat (bacon & country ham) was burnt and entirely too salty.The sausage patty was undercooked. I ordered eggs scrambled soft with a slice of American cheese. Instead I got eggs that look like a omelet with no cheese. The French toast was overcooked! The only decent thing on my plate was the hash brown casserole. I will say that the waitress was very kind, patient, and apologetic. And she did deduct $3 for my eggs not being the way I ordered them. Unfortunately, I will never visit this establishment again next time I'm visiting Findlay Ohio.

We never complain! However this was something over the top bad. Absolutely the worst dinner I can remember. We arrived and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. 1.45 minutes later we left, our food was all cold, dinners were served incomplete, drinks weren’t unfilled, tried to get waitresses attention as she avoided every table. We asked another table for their ketchup and another waitress for butter and honey. Never received the biscuits or toast ordered. People walked out, others still waiting for their food. Forget the $5 take home meal, we would still be there waiting. Manager never came out after being requested. Cashier was even rude, making excuses and not validating any of our complaints. Several of the items wrong had to do with kitchen staff, shorthand but it was an equal split between kitchen, management & wait staff.

Terrible service, did not have any mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and other items. Our arrival was 7 pm on Saturday night. Never got all of our food, didn't have salad dressing requested, server brought out other type with the salad. Had to ask for our food item, which never brought out. Asked for special requests like 1/2 sweet tea and 1/2. regular tea with extra ice, plain tea was delivered and no ice. It became hilarious to see how many times we had to ask for our dinner items. Order whitefish and shrimp, no shrimp. Address it with server, and was reassure was going to get "hot fries" shrimp, never came. Had to ask for the coleslaw, other items as well. It was ridiculous.Don't go here, find another place to eat

My waitress was nice but she did not let me know my order was not put into system right. So it took 45 minutes to wait after we ordered with 2 little girls who were already hungry and asking me what’s taking so long? So I finally asked to talk to a manager and she then told me the order didn’t get put in right away. I was not told or offered biscuits while we waited. Very disappointed about the service.Kid-friendliness: They should offer biscuits when kids have to wait long, they were not concerned about them. Thats a shame!

There were 8 of us. We arrived about 6:35 pm, we go told that it was going to be about a 20 min- which I get. He got seated about 7:00 p.. we waited about 10 min before our waitress got to us then waited about 10 more min for our drinks, then after that she didn't come back for another 10-15 min to get our food order at this time it's about 7:45p after drinks and she came to get our order, come to find out our order wasn't placed right away because now it's about 5 min til 8 and she comes back and asks one of my friends that she has another side to choose. At this time, our kids were getting upset, so the manager comes out and we just ask her to box our food so my husband stays back to get our food, come back to the hotel and half our food was missing . I call them, and they told me since the company paid for our bill, they couldn't get what we were missing. It's there policy. So, your telling me that you don't have a ticket with our order on it to see?! At this point, I wasn't happy at all.. We will never come back to this CB. very poor experience.

We had a delicious breakfast at the Findlay area Cracker Barrel. Heather our waitress was very kind and a delight to have as a server . The food was prepared to order and served with Heathers bright smile . You can’t ask for anything more. It’s a pleasure to dine there .Also , thanks to the cooks and all those behind the meals . Great job to the whole staff.

The food was hot and plentiful. My husband and I are not huge eaters and we easily shared the build your own breakfast...2 eggs, bacon, hash browns casserole, biscuits and gravy. The service was very good ..out coffee was refilled 2 times and I had plenty of cream! Only hit was the floor was pretty dirty in our area...my husband dropped his napkin and did not want to use it again. And the decor was very dusty and lots of cobwebs. So don't look around too much!

We stopped at 2 cracker barrel restaurants. This one was in ohio and was very good!We had the chicken tenders, and a limited edition fried chicken dinner with avacado, fried onions and peppers on top. It was DELICIOUS 😋!!! I highly recommend this meal. The broccoli 🥦 was fresh and not soggy, corn bread was awesome. And the store was great as usual!

I waited 7 minutes after being seated before I was acknowledged when I finally was waited on my waitress’ demeanor was not overly pleasant, she never smiled the entire time I was waited on and was slow to check on me for beverage re-fills but did pick up the pace towards the end of my visit. I am a good tipper in general and I still gave her an 18% tip despite the overall experience but she could have gotten a 25% tip.

There were 7 of us and we were seated within 10 minutes. Our drinks were brought out within 15 minutes of being seated. Our food took FOREVER to come out. We stopped on our way through the area and never expected a dinner stop to take 2 hours and 45 minutes... After dinner, my 9 year old asked, why didn't we just leave. My wife's only answer was "we would have if we weren't with another group. Never again.

Always had good thoughts about Cracker Barrel until tonight. Waited 1-1/2 hrs for our food. Only then did we find out they were out of what my Mother ordered. Food we did get was not prepared correctly with items missing. My hats off to our Waitress who did her best considering no support from kitchen or Managers. To there credit I was discounted on the bill when I complained. It will be a long time before returning.

100% without a doubt the worst CB we have ever been to. We were seated very quickly however it was 10+ minutes before we were greeted and had our drink order taken. I have never been told " sorry we are out of that" so many times in my life. No tea, no wild berry tea, no dumplins, no fried chicken strips and a few other things. Once we finally had our order taken, it was 55 minutes before we actually received our order. Waitress blamed the kitchen staff. She seemed new. Will NEVER return to this location....

Completely 100% disappointing meal. First of all I place a curbside order at 5:46pm and didn’t get my food until after 7 o’clock. My chicken and dumplings had no chicken in it, and the noodles were scorched lumps of dough. And the ham was so dried out I couldn’t even eat it. The corn muffins are smashed hockey pucks. I have never had a more disappointing meal at any Cracker Barrel ever.
