The continental breakfast was amazing best free hotel breakfast I've ever had, the biscuits and gravy were equivalent to the ones I make at home , instead of the usual cheap as can be that I've had at other hotels. Rooms, staff, and cleanliness were all amazing. This is the 3rd or 4th time at this particular hotel and I will continue to chose this one if I'm in the area.Rooms: Super cleanFood & drinks: The free Continental breakfast was equivalent to a dinner

Besides the Fire Alarm going off 3 times before Midnight and the VERY Dirty room, it was a great Hotel. The staff were amazing and the food was excellent. This is our second time staying here and our first since the remodeled rooms. You could see every dirty counter top and the doors had hand prints all over them. The alarm kept going off waking up our Infant. But the lady at the desk was handling it very well so props to her. But unless the room is cleaner next time we will be asking for a new room or to leave because it didn’t feel good laying in bed with such a dirty room on New Years Eve.Rooms: Although “newer” they need to be cleaned better! The slider door to the bedroom had handprints ALL over it! The counter tops were all sticky and dirty. The ice bucket was filled with water and the mirror in the living area wasn’t cleaned and had fingerprints on itFood & drinks: Breakfast was AMAZING! The lovely lady who runs it was so polite and helpful! Definitely made you feel like you were a paying customer (yes I understand I “paid” for it). She had the food stocked to the top and ready for everyone!

Hotel overall was clean. Nothing out of place. It only had one elevator but it was pretty quick. I hosted a small birthday party for my 8 year old nephew, and it was literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I am a manager at a local factory and I always look for the managers wherever I go. When I checked in, I noticed the general manager checking guests in and he was also gladly assisting the other associate checking guests in as well. I enjoyed a cookie and a coffee as I waited to check in.I got to my room and checked it out before my guest of honor arrived. It was clean, and it was exactly as pictured on the website. The pool was perfect. And it was fun.In the morning, myself and my 4 guests enjoyed the breakfast buffet and i was pleasantly surprised to see the manager zooming around and assisting the staff with making sure the guests didn’t run out of any selections. He mentioned he goes where he is needed. That is a true leader. His staff was all incredibly helpful in every way and he is a reflection of what leading by example is. I very rarely take time out of my busy day to leave reviews, but this hotel and the staff deserve a Pat on the back. The staff was super nice. One of the young ladies suggested a place to eat when we'd checked in. It was late and we were tired. We went to the Beer Barrel,which she told us about, it was right next door so we could walk. Good place. We didn't get the free breakfast the first morning we were there because we had to be somewhere earlier than it was ready. But we got it the second morning. Full breakfast. It was sooo good and hot. Scrambled eggs,ham,french toast sticks,biscuits,gravy,make your own waffles with a lot of toppings,hot oatmeal,cold cerials,fruit,muffins,breads,juices,coffee,hot teas,chocolate and white milk,and I know I left somethings out. The dining area was clean,kept stocked. Complimentary fresh cookies in the lobby. The room was nice..it was clean. I'd stay there again,which I'm pretty sure we will next year.Rooms: Our room was nice. It had a microwave,refrigerater,coffee maker. The bathroom was big. It had a fold down shower seat in the tubNearby activities: There was a movie theater next door. Within walking distance to some food places. It was convenient

Wonderful! We called Jodi while we were on the road trying to arrange for a room for the night. We were traveling with my 87 y/o FIL who has Alzheimer’s and needed a little more info than normal. Jodi described the room for us, held the room, recognized us when we arrived, and greeted us with a smile in her face. She even offered to come to the room to make up the sleeper sofa for us!I don’t want to diminish the rest of the staff, they were great too. But Jodi was amazing!The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. Breakfast was great too.Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay here, granite it was a 30 miles out of my way from Tiffin Ohio. Newly remodeled rooms were nice and big. I got a suite price was right. People are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast breakfast was a feast. Potatoes, eggs, potatoes, eggs, round am biscuits and gravy. hot oatmeal. super comfortable. Slept all night had a great night, sleep pillows were perfect.This truly lives up to the standard of hotels. Any time you're in the area? I would highly recommend this hotel.There's quite a few hotels I've stayed at that need to shift their employees over here to learn a few things from these guys.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. The attendant, Ravi I believe his name was, was so nice and helpful. The staff was running behind a little with cleaning, which didn't bother me at all, but he didn't want me to have to wait and was able to upgrade me to a suite. So thoughtful and just made the experience extra good when it was already top notch! And check out was fast and efficient and again smiles from everyone. I'll definitely be back!

This is one of the best—if not the best—hotel staffs I have ever encountered. The lady at breakfast was helpful, kind, and happy to be there. The front desk staff was informative and sweet. And Cassie did a fantastic job with our room. It was super clean and comfortable. We travel a lot and I was super impressed for the price. It was a fantastic stay. I would definitely stay again!! You just don’t see this level of service anymore!!

This hotel is spacious clean and comfortable!! Our stay was wonderful and we were well accomodated. The hotel is in the midst of renovations, so if you are looking for perfection, it might not please you, but if you are looking for clean and comfortable, this is it!!Rooms: Our room was so clean and spacious. No detail is overlooked. There was a large closet with iron and board available. The counter in the bathroom was also quite accommodating, and there was even a little vanity and stool for makeup and hair station while someone else is in the bathroom. I also want to mention that I really appreciated that there was no overwhelming chemical smell from cleaners or heavily scented fabric softener on sheets and towels. Everything was clean and environmentally friendly.Food & drinks: At the front desk there are complimentary cookies, as well as a well stocked snack station for purchases. The free breakfast was an excellent assortment of hot foods and waffles and pastries, yogurt, many other choices. Well provided, and spacious. The sraff was also very attentive.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never had an issue. The staff has always been very pleasant until today. The hotel is having renovations, and I can understand the chaos. However, I have canceled my future reservations due to the lady that was at the front desk. I walked in and said I would like to check in and with complete attitude told me that check in was not till 3. Understandable but then proceeded to be completely unprofessional from there on. She said she found me a room and when I asked about the upgrade for being a medical professional per their policy I was yelled at and told they have a whole floor closed and that she would not do that. She looked very stressed out to renovations and i understand that from working in an er but she had was rude. I was being helpful and was given a nasty look when I handed her my license again per their policy for that rate. I told the lady that I have stayed at this hotel many times and this was the first time I have ever had an issue with staff. She was very rude and had no personality at all. I went to another hotel and was treated kindly. I stayed the previous night at a country inn and suites and was treated very well. Had this lady stated nicely that they could not do an early check in I would have understood but her attitude was not appropriate.

This place is actively fixing up the front lobby and presumably the rest of the place. The housekeeping is good but the rooms are tired. The breakfast was great. Biscuits and gravey, cheese omelets that were reheated properly, breakfast potatoes that were perfect, and bacon, while paper thin, were as well cooked as possible. Plus the waffles and cereals and all the sugar based breakfast items you see everywhere.Food & drinks: Good breakfast.

This was the place I needed after a very very long day. I was able to secure a king size room with a king size bed in it and a kitchenette at very last notice for a good rate. Plus our pup could stay, too, for a slight upgrade.I want able to take advantage of the amenities but my room had a jet tub! I wish I had the time. And it was genuinely huge. Tons of space for a long stay.Did I mention the cookies? They promise and deliver, even checking in at 11p. The next day breakfast was fresh and packed! I am glad people were eating so I took mine to go.

The rooms were nice, clean and up-to-date. Especially for the price of the rooms. The staff was super nice and helpful. They had a big selection for the complementary breakfast. They also had free cookies throughout the day and board games you could check out and take back to your room. The only downside was the pool. The pool is small and is not heated. The was also a door that lead to the outside that had a busted lock that looks like it been broke for a while.

Ms. Laura was kind and helpful when I called to make a Reservation. Once checked in, she made sure we had everything we needed and was happy to assist. The Daily Breakfast has so many things to choose from! Ms. Amy handles everything and takes great care in maintaining the cleanliness of the Breakfast area and making sure her Guests have everything they need. We had a little trouble with our rooms carpet being a mess, but as soon as I brought it up to Ms. Cassie, she took care of it immediately. We enjoyed the pool, comfortable beds, relatively quiet surroundings, and restaurants next door. Their motto read something like; feels like home. This rang true when our young daughter said, "Mom, I feel like I'm in our living room at home". She was just SO comfortable. We had an enjoyable, relaxing, and comfortable stay. We will be looking for a Country Inn on future trips.
