I bought a Guinea pig about 2 months ago and after a week he started getting this sore on his back, I took him to the pet store and they declined to actually check him and told me to keep triple antibiotic on it and it’ll go away. This morning I woke up to my Guinea pig dead . Yes dead. Wouldn’t recommend this place for animals as they obviously do not attend to them as needed.

Absolutely disgusting. Animals are in horrible conditions. All the parakeets stuffed in that tiny cage with awful looking tail feathers, dirty water and poop caked everywhere including on the birds. There were dead fish which I get happens, but all the tanks were filthy, including the betta cups.

Seems like a pretty decent place to me. We were just browsing though. I didn't think it looked too bad for anything but I don't know. I'm no expert on that.One thing I do know is when somebody gives you a bad review and you answer in the review please reach out to us... That's ridiculous. Most of the time you can't even reach out to you people. If you have a problem with somebody's review then maybe get a hold of them outside of the Google maps. Look them up on Facebook. Look them up however, or send them a private message. Don't do it on here. Or call them or contact them somehow. But do your own footwork.

Stop selling bunnies if you don’t know how to properly care for them. A tank? Really?Also—they should have a water bowl, water bottles can lead to dehydration and neck issues.There are zero toys to keep the bunny mentally stimulated, the hay feeder seems too restrictive, plus the poor thing was terrified from kids tapping on the glass.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Stay Out of this place. Scam artists, aside from the deplorable conditions for the animals.I will say the staff, and counter cat working here and very friendly. That's the only positive thing I can say. I went here on my break today, to help a work friend get some snacks for his pet, and I will never set foot in this place again. I tried to use my card to pay for some crickets and mega-worms. We were splittingthe cost. ($9.99 is WAAAYY over-priced btw.) The nice girl working there ran my card through her till, twice, and said my card was declined, YET, 2 receipts printed out, but she threw them away. So yeah, they scammed me. I think, I'm not sure bc I never got an actual receipt. I was checking my bank statements tonight and sure enough, my account was short $20 dollars, the same amount that I paid at the store. Can't really go for a refund bc I have no proof of purchase.Also, I agree with the others that the poor animals being kept is decrepit climates and conditions. I can't think of a reason why anyone would want to shop here.

Took my grand daughter there and got some gold fish and the girl told her they had a 2 week guarantee. Their receipt even states that, but when they died, another girl said it didn't matter what we were told or what the receipt said. She would not honor it. Was the 1st and last time we will ever go there.

Molly and Megan who are the sale representatives are the best two people. They are so kind and wonderful and helped us with all of our pet needs. I highly recommend this store just because of these to wonderful women:)

If I could give this place zero star’s I most definitely would!I don’t even know where to start, first off I was not greeted when I walked in nor did I get asked if I needed help with anything. I made my way over to the reptile section to look at their horrible selection of lights and to price check a thermostat. Prices were definitely higher than most places. After I was done trying to find what I was looking for I went over to look at their animals.Rabbits were in horrible condition. The place was really warm and the poor rabbits are kept in a small glass space with BIRDS and GUINEA PIGS! Yes they are separated by glass, but why keep small animals like that close together? I went to check out the reptiles. I honestly wanted to cry. Their uromastyx looked very dehydrated! The monitor just laid there looking miserable also. Their veggies they feed them look nothing more than iceberg lettuce ( there is absolutely no nutritional value in that for any animal!) they had king snakes and another type of snake stacked on top of each other in critter keepers. I walked over to the fish and their “feeder guppies” looked like no one has done a dead run in the tank in weeks!! There had to be about 50+ dead fish at the bottom!I made my way up to the register and waited a good 5 minutes for someone to check me out. The boy who did check me out (wasn’t wearing a name tag, so don’t have a name to give) wasn’t very friendly. He asked if I had a phone number with the store and I told him no I didn’t. Was low key rude afterwords, almost like he had better things to do.Will definitely NOT be going back. How a pet store like this is still running is beyond me. They should of just kept the place closed.

Store has both good and bad qualities.Good: Small mammals were well kept. Store has a large variety of pet products that cater to the needs of just about any pet you can think of. Store cat was very friendly and loved to be pet.Bad: Employees had very little knowledge of the animals there as well as very little knowledge of the needs of said animals. Some issues with reptiles (insufficient enclosure space, cohabbing bearded dragons which are known to sometimes get aggressive towards each other, not enough substrate in some tanks). Parakeets are overcrowded and in a very small acrylic enclosure. Cockatiels were in a similar enclosure with no flight space. Cages of the larger parrots were decently sized although one was filthy with mounds of feces buildup on the cage floor and on the perches. Water was dirty in two of 3 cages. Baby axolotls were stored together which will prove to be a problem when they get big enough to try to eat each other. Dwarf caiman was in too small of an enclosure. Water on the floor was not cleaned up which posed a possible slipping hazard for employees, customers, and pets.

we got a bunny four days ago from this place, she was beautiful. and when we got her we didn’t even get a guarantee. her name was aura, and i realized she tried her best to eat but she couldn’t. she also didn’t drink a bunch. after the second day her eye started looking like this, and the 3rd day the other started looking the same. i tried cleaning it, and i tried eye drops for her. and i’m planning on bringing her back today but i really hope they help her and work with her, she’s such a nice bunny but there’s so much wrong with her :,( . i’m honestly mad at the pet store as well because they didn’t say anything, they just put her in a box and went with it.update; and hour later and i watched her die on the way to bring her back:( rest in peace baby

Although it's always a great experience here, I was recently in there to find more friends on my new journey into fish ownership, I asked the employee if fiddler crab was a good choice for my aquarium and he told me it was one of the best choices. Bought them only to find out they can only survive in salt water. And they will kill almost any fish you put in with them. When I returned to get a proper environment for them. The staff admitted that they have no idea about the needs or diets of these creatures. Always do your own research. These guys will lie through their too with no regards for your pets lifes.

I am very impressed with our Findlay Chow Hound. I like to always set my 2 dogs up on auto delivery for their food. They both eat different food. I was lookingfor a different low cal for my one girl and found one online here. I decided to switch from Chewy and give it a try. I got them both set up on auto delivery with some magic dust flavor enhancers. Shortly my door bell rang and there were 2 bags of food and the magic dust!! I didn't realize that the sales people brought the auto delivery straight from the store. So it's like a GrubHub for pets. I'm impressed!! Prices are comparable to Chewy and it's fast!!! 😀

This business is absolutely disgusting. I was here today with a friend and saw a rabbit in horrible living conditions. Bunny was terrified! Thumping and lunging at the glass as people were tapping on the fish tank type in enclosure bun was in. Rabbits do not belong in a fish tank! Rabbit did not have proper water bowl or hay. Only saw pellets and a water bottle in tank. 75% of a rabbits diet is hay, which bun did not have. This business will be reported due to the abusive living conditions this animal was in. Absolutely disgusting!

Nice mom and pop type place. They've always got some great deals and things other places don't have. They always have a variety of those Yeowwww catnip toys. They're like always sold out online and at other places or the price is super hiked up. They're cheap here and they always have a variety of them. They have a good selection of dog treats as well including raw treats.

This pet store shouldn't be selling dogs let alone rabbits. Seen this bunny in a tiny glass enclosure scared out of its mind. Thumping and lunging at anyone who would look into the enclosure. The pen isnt fit for a Guinea pig let alone a rabbit that needs room to run and get exercise. The enclosure looked dirty and stinks like hasn't been cleaned out in years. I have rabbits and it takes a long time without being cleaned to get a stench like that does. This is horrible and cruel to any bunny whose been in that horrible place. Dog and cat cages were nasty dirty too i wouldn't get a fur baby from this place ever!

You do not keep rabbits in a fish tank!!!! They need unlimited access to hay. They need a bowl for their water and fresh greens daily. This place clearly does not know what they’re doing and should NOT be in business. Save the bunnies!!!!

Please stop putting bunnies behind glass tanks! Bunnies do not belong in cages or tanks! The area the bunny is in and hideout you guys provide is wayyyyy to small. Bunnies need to be in a Xpen aka puppy pen with a lot of space, this is animal torture. You guys have a big bright light inside where children can tap on the glass and no where for the rabbit to hide! The size of the area the rabbits are in is a joke! This is animal cruelty, please educate yourselves on proper care before you display a rabbit this way. Or better just stop selling rabbits period! So many are being euthanized at the animal shelter while you guys are supporting breeders! They also need Timothy hay that’s accessible and the way you keep the hay is ridiculous, rabbits are not hamsters!

The animals here are kept in inhumane conditions, deprived of the proper enclosure size, diet and medical attention. They have a bunny housed in a fish tank that would be an appropriate size for a single hamster. Please do not support this pet store. Their animals are not in good health and your adoption will only end in expensive medical bills and heartbreak.

Walked in to get items , there was at least 3 piles or more of dog feces around the store. I happened to step in some, workers just stood there & looked at it. Wasn’t cleaned up the whole time I was in there and checking out. I also mentioned I had stepped in it multiple times & not a single worker offered a napkin to me to clean my shoe , nothing. Mind you I have other places to go into. Super gross & unprofessional.

The sad reality is that people go to a pet store thinking what they see is the appropriate care for a rabbit . These are the places people go to for help and education. Sadly places like this one create the very problem rescuers battle every day..abused rabbits, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, living a life of neglect because of places like this one teaching that this treatment is ok. This is NOT OK!!!!! This place should not be allowed to stay in business.

Called last minute needing a nail trim. For a 150lb Rottweiler. Alot of places get nervous with the breed and size. I also cannot walk unassisted due to surgeries. So the young ladie that handled my dog. Was extra patient with both myself and the dog.

Straight up animal cruelty is happening here, especially with the small animals & birds.Keeping rabbits in a fish tank?! No room to move around, no easily accessible hay, no water bowl(bottles are not good for rabbits and lead to dehydration bc they are harder to drink from) Are you kidding me!! This place is beyond AWFUL. If you shop here you are literally contributing to the mistreatment of these animals.

This pet shop practices cruel and inhumane practices for its pets, particularly bunny rabbits. They presently have a bunny rabbit in a fish tank! The poor bunny is thumping and banging on the glass while children are tapping on it. This is just terrible.
