Such a lovely office and great staff! Dr. Fuller is amazing as well! It’s a little pricey but I know I’m always getting the best care for my cats and leopard gecko!

no stars if i could. They wont work with people on payments, they want all the money up front. I can't do that i am on a fixed income. they would rather let my dog go blind because i can't just give them between $1,000-2,000 dollars up front. over 10 years i was taking my dog to them. I hope you guys run yourselves out of buisness, and I hope my dog doesn't loose his sight....greedy effers

Wonderful and caring staff. They did all they could for our furbaby Tigger in his final weeks. Very gentle and caring through his last moments and beyond. My cats have been patients for over a year and I look forward to continuing. Thank you again for all you did for Tigger.

My bearded dragon Pookie was seen by Dr. Fields. He is amazing! He helped us through every step of figuring out what was wrong with her and was very kind through the process of putting her to sleep. Everyone, including the staff is very polite & thoughtful. They all signed a card & mailed it out to me in thoughts of Pookie. Everyone has been very sweet to me through this process. I highly recommend them. I now have a 3 month old beardie and he loves Dr. Fields already! :)Thank you BVVC for everything you do! <3

A regular exam for a guinea pig (to help determine age) is $70... Absolutely not, I'd rather stay in the dark for that price. The price for birds if I'm not mistaken is about $60 to learn gender but they need to take a sample of DNA which makes sense THAT I would pay for, not a simple exam on a guinea pig.

Made our saddest day a little nicer. They love animals as much as we do and they are packed with empathy. Wonderful experience.

my dog loves going to the vet. he tolerates everything they want to him. in part because of how they treat him. they communicate everything to me in a way that I understand. amazing vets, techs, and support staff!

Dr. Fuller and the whole staff are very kind & helpful. I’ve been taking my cats to them since 2016. Most recently, the you fest cat went for an emergency appointment. Dr. Fuller came out to talk to me (covid restrictions mean animals go in, humans wait in cars), and thoroughly explained everything to a point I was no longer freaking out. Thank you! Gloria was pretty tuckered out.

They have been the most compassionate and competent people I have ever dealt with as a veterinary practice. My little dog had to have emergency surgery and they were so good with him. They were also amazingly patient with me as I am a very anxious pet parent. They answered any and every question I had any time of day during their business hours. As far as expense, they always presented me with an estimate on what needed done and what could wait. I know vet service can be expensive, but it was well worth it for the customer and patient service. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Fuller is the only vet we like to see, he is the best!! He really takes his time to explain everything and he’s so good with our pets! I will say one negative to the office is the terrible customer service when setting appointments up. Not once, but twice, I’ve experienced a negative experience with this. Their receptionist Kerry is EXTREMELY rude. So rude that it’s almost off putting and makes me want to find a different vet office. If it weren’t for Dr. Fuller and the amazing service he provides, I would find a different office.

You recommended to us a $1200 surgery that the Findlay Mobile Vet was able to do for $275. You also told us our pet needed Gabapentin for over $150, which, as a diabetic, I am able to get for less than $10. Then and ONLY then, you advised us that yes, we could probably get it for that price at a pharmacy. Thank goodness you were actually dealing with an actual user of Gabapentin or you would have TOTALLY ripped us off with that ridiculous price. Come on -- start looking out for pet parents and not your own damned POCKETS!!! Corporate veterinarian clinics are RIP-OFFS!!!!!

Best vet I’ve ever been to hands down. The facility is nicer than the doctor’s office I go to, the receptionists were friendly and helpful, and everybody working there did everything they could to make sure my dog was as comfortable as possible and felt safe. Our wait wasn’t long, and the visit was quick and easy and they were gentle with our dog while they did what they needed to do. I’ve never seen my dog so calm at a veterinarian before. I seriously can’t express just how impressed I was with this clinic. Everybody clearly cares very deeply about animals. Going here was worth every penny and I don’t want anybody else treating my dog from now on. I’m that blown away. Do yourself a favor and bring your fur baby here because they deserve the best and this place is the BEST.

Extremely friendly staff, helped our cats out after we got a big price gouge from a different place. Dr. Fuller was very thorough on gis examination, had a keen sense of humor and calming demeanor.

I spent over $1000 to get my dog a radiograph just for it to be done wrong (OSU said that his leg was over-extended in most of the pictures and they couldn't tell what was wrong). They told me I had to pay again if I wanted it to be done again.Their vet for when the main vet away is rude and not friendly at all. She made sly comments about how I take care of my dog and my dog himself.I ended up taking my dog back to a different vet back home (out of state) and spent a little over $100 for them to figure out what was wrong in one day.Do not go here for major concerns. Go here for shots and little things. Staff is friendly and they are nice people.

I love that I can bring every member of my pet family here. They take great care of not only my dogs and cats, but also my birds, pocket pets, and reptiles! And someday, if I ever get a goat, they can take care of it as well! I cannot say enough great things about BVVC and their staff.

Great care has been given for both of my daughters’ dogs. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to answer any questions. No matter our experiences, whether it was an emergency surgery, puppy vaccinations, basic check-ups, or a simple call with a question, they were wonderful!

With my last dog, the vet and nurse were very consoling while we had to put her down. They let us stay in the room for what seemed like forever and we didn't feel any sense of rushing or pressure. With our new dog Sonia they have been just as amazing! She swallowed a penny and they had her in the day after I called, as well as a soon-after follow up appointment. They took their time and didn't rush anything which I really appreciated.

I brought my dog in because she had enlarged lymphnodes under her jowls and in the pits of her legs. I was scared she may have lymphoma. The vet listened to my dogs chest with the stethoscope and " i think we need to do xrays i think she may have lung cancer" i began to cry because if it was lung cancer id have to put her down that day. She does the xray and it comes back negative. I was happy to hear that. So i thought the next thing she would want to do is test the the lymphnodes( the reason why i wanted to bring her in there in the firstplace) but no she wanted to do an ultrasound. Thats when i got the feeling that i was getting taken advantage of. So i said no i just want you to get a sample of the lymphnodes. Finally she tested it. It came back negative. So i agreed to send the blood work out. A couple days later, she informed me the lab work now shows that she has lymphoma. I told her i did not want to do chemotherapy. I just wanted to give her something to make her feel better so she can enjoy the little time we have left together. She seemed to understand.I go to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. And i bring it home to find that she prescribed me expensive chemotherapy meds. The pharmacy wont take them back.Every step of the way i felt i was getting scammed And on top of that my dog has cancer. Just great 👍Update: Peanut died on Christmas eve morning.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nailer and the rest of the staff. They were nothing but outstanding. I took my sweet girl Tuukka in Because she was having problems with her uterus. I was a wreck as my dog is my world. They went above and beyond for me and my Tuukka girl. I would Highly recommend Blanchard Valley Veterinary clinic. Thank you for all you and your staff has done it’s more appreciated than you will ever know.

We had a pet emergency for one of our parakeets. This vet hospital is truly the best in the area. They went above and beyond for us and showed us such great compassion and care in trying to save him and when they couldn’t, they gave us a plaque of his footprints and beak to remember him by. I cannot recommend this staff and hospital highly enough. They really are exceptional. We received frosty (at best) greetings while trying to call around to different vets in the Tiffin area while our pet was having a literal emergency and told we couldn’t have him seen without a referral. But when we called Blanchard they were so kind and understanding and exactly what we need. They really excelled and went above and beyond for us and I respect them so much for that. You can really tell they care about animals and are very knowledgeable and caring. We love them and will be taking all our pets here from now on!

Demanding funds ahead of any appointment sets a tone and is a clear indication of priority, it's not your pet. Claiming people no show for required pet care is a very weak excuse that attempts to exploit the "it's to help you" mentality by claiming people don't show up unless you make them pay a deposit, which shows us what they think of their community: people who won't show up to have their pets cared for after seeking them out to care for their pet(s).Trust comes into question when there is a price wall blocking medical help. Can you trust someone to give appropriate care to your fur babies let alone leave your babies in their care when the whole start of the interaction is. - "give me money and i will allow your pet to see someone in 'x' days/weeks, or you can go someplace else"? This is not how you treat people! When you factor it all together and add in the snideness of the person answering the phones, a lot of red flags get thrown towards an entity that thinks they need to leverage your own money to motivate you to show up to an appointment you set to get health care for your furry family member.Public Service Announcement -Please don't expose yourself to risk, Verbally giving your credit card information out on the phone is an invitation to fraud. Ask any security expert and they will tell you the same.Just my two pence.Reply owner response:"It is common to have reviews, like yours, based more on finances"?You set-up a entry fee with hoops to jump through then attempt to shade a CURRENT CUSTOMER because they brought this fact to light in his review, that's the unprofessionalism the other negative reviews was on about, I think I won't wait to see if the ones about people losing their pets are true. You want my review of experience there? Well OK!They did the job adequately, vet seemed nice, felt very much "going through the motions" but it was just a checkup. It may have seemed a little over priced but meh, there is a variance of $50-$100 from one place to the next. For me though the staff felt kinda plastic, all the smiles, the pleasantries, etc but nothing really there.I have to give you thanks though, you pushed me that little bit further, as of today and as a direct response to your reply, we're getting a new vet, way to attack the customer! Smh.

UNPROFESSIONAL Staff , RUDE STAFF! RIP OFF ! This PLACE IS so Unprofessional . I brought my dogs fecal sample to Blanchard Valley Vet but I paid for this to be done in October but because I've been sick I couldn't bring up the sample until today . Once I entered the building they would not honor my payment and I have a receipt for payment . They claimed I missed one appointment and they were going to charge me for missing this appointment . However prior to my appointment they never gave me a courtesy call and everyone calls you to let you know you have an appointment the next day . So Now instead of getting my dogs sample examined they REFUSED to give My Dogs sample unless I PAID them an Additional $50 dollars. I now have the News Teams involved in Toledo, OHIO .
