Figured while Dashing would give it a shot! Why not what could it hurt? We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Frozen drink. Oh my goodness. IT IS SO GOOD!! I swear it's made with fresh strawberries or something it has the literal taste of a freshly smashed strawberry in it. It is delicious. We normally don't like to try things at coffee places since neither of us drink coffee but 10 outta 10 will be back. The staff was very friendly also!Can't post a new review so I'll add to this one! Recently discovered they have a Frozen Hot Chocolate Cocoa Carmella. That thing is absolutely delicious and addictive. Highly recommend getting it from this location. So far they haven't let me down and gave me the correct order every single time! Tastes amazing and looks amazing! Added pictures to also show the new drink 😊 thanks for being amazing!!

"We are only going to replace the order that had plastic in it." in a rude tone. I ended up telling her i would be paying for my drink as I felt very uncomfortable. When I pulled up to the window I tried to explain the situation & then another woman worker also joined in on telling me that it is not their fault, that I should have gotten the name of the man that I spoke with & that it needed to be refunded through doordash. My coworkers throat was cut when she swallowed the plastic. She had a sore throat for a week while it healed. This is also not the first time there was plastic found in our drinks from here. I will be avoiding this location as the treatment of customers is very inapporiate & they are not willing to correct their dangerous mistakes.

We were lucky enough to get there when they had fall flavors out. Their caramel apple frozen drink tastes like it could have actually had apples in it. The pumpkin spice had a little more spice than pumpkin but still tasted good. Their blood moon drink had a surprising amount of carbonation.For how busy they were on a Saturday morning, they were actually pretty fast with their service, and we went through the drive through. Their menu could be a little simpler but I’m glad they had enough diversity in their selection for our non coffee drinkers in the car.

My all time favorite place. I go to this store everyday. They never forget to make my fur babies happy with a pup cup ! Staff is always friendly and fast ! This biggby is the best coffee in town ! I drive 30 mins everyday just to get my coffee from them !Thank you all for your amazing service every time !

This biggby location is not as friendly as other ones I've been to. They do not offer a military discount, when it's only females working there's much less focus on the customer and much more focus about going to the back and checking their phone.Also if they don't have staffing they will just decide to close lobby and they won't put up a sign or put any notice anywhere that it's drive-thru only.... That's not a big deal except when you want to go to this place and the people don't talk to you or treat you nicely. And the drive-thru is 15 cars long so you don't want to wait and be late for work.... It just would have been nice to have some communication if they're going to make changes to the consistency because of issues that are foreseeable. If you only have three people staffed you should expect that one might call off. So you need to have a game plan for two people to run the restaurant. Otherwise you need to have a minimum staff of four people so that when one accidentally calls off the other three can still run the restaurant at full capacity so lobby can be open....Overall, I hate to say it, but because of the morale with current staffing only some of the days you're going to have good experiences. I wouldn't spend my money at this location but a straight white man's opinion, especially when talking about other genders is often frowned upon. So take this with a grain of salt like everything else.

Good service and clean store but the coffee tasted horrible. My wife and I each had large nonfat lattes and the best way I could describe the taste was bitter and thin. No milk foam either.No wonder there are so many flavors you can add to your drinks here...they must need them to mask the quality of coffee used.

Awesome service, friendly staff, great drinks. Usual visit (going inside) doesn't really take more than around 5-10 minutes, if that. However, I usually go during off hours. It seems pretty backed up when it does get busy, so beware. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend if you're looking for something quick to eat/drink before work or class.

Love the professionalism and consistency between every store. Barista was a delight to talk to as always. I get the same drink every time (it's a modded Frozen Hot Chocolate) and it was made perfectly. Really shows the ability of your employees. Thank you!

It's just ok... its overpriced compared to a local barista or even Dunkin. I much prefer Dunkin. Matcha was disappointing-tasted like they skimped on most flavor & added hefty amount of whole milk. Her Coffee was likewise weak & given she had 2 shots espresso it made me wonder if that was prepared correctly. They do have a large variety of flavors & staff is always nice/great atmosphere but cost & quality are lesser.

This place has the worst coffee. I have gone a few times now and tried a variety of things, and all of it has been undrinkable. I've tried their hot chocolate as well, and though that was drinkable it was still watery and not great. It is also quite pricey.

My favorite coffee shop in Findlay. Huge variety of flavors and you can get most of them in reduced calorie. You can also get a cup of whip cream with a dog treat for the pooch. Always greeted with a happy and friendly staff! I love my Biggby!

Just your average coffee shop (that's not Starbucks). They have a limited menu, but it was pretty decent. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, I got a tea and it was good (but how do you mess up putting a tea bag in a cup of hot water).

Perfect stop for a cup of coffee. I ordered a small black coffee and tasted like a medium roast. The flavor tasted pretty fresh and seems like they use fresh roasted coffee but could be a tad bit better. I will be back.

Coffee is super good. Bagel sandwiches are good as well. Great service and my favorite barista is Chris. The staff remember what regulars like and make sure they are happy.

So evidently guilting you into a tip for a cup of coffee while your card is being held hostage is company wide now? How is this ok? I haven't even received my coffee yet to know if I should tip based on service! Seriously why not just charge the extra money and give that to the cashier? What am I supposed to be tipping for? Even though I really enjoy the coffee I will not be returning here.

The atmosphere is wonderful and the baristas always make me feel welcomed. Never rushed with my order and they make great suggestions for any drink preference. A bonus would have to be the free wifi.

Honestly, I walked in thinking the worst but I was pleasantly suprised. The ladies behind the counter were patient, professional and smiley. Ordered a frozen creme redbull and was astounded. It's a perfect blend of creme and an initial taste of redbull with a friendly aftertaste. Very impressed!

It is ok but not what I wanted. Waiter was very nice but the drink was not as good as I have had in the past. They did not know what I was asking for and I was going by what I ordered before. What I received was not the same thing. But it was ok.

A nice alternative to Starbucks. The prices are about the same. Staff is usually friendly, and the drive thru service is as fast as you'll get for made to order coffee.
