Big Lots has come a long way. I'm really enjoying the health food section and their kitchen organization lately. This is always one of the places I look at when I'm shopping for furniture pieces, but I rarely buy. I'm pretty much just here for the kitchen staples/items. The reusable shopping bag options they now have in the checkout line are so cute!

I had a $10 off of a $20 purchase. The clerk couldn't get the coupon to work and called the assistant manager. He couldn't either. I was told sorry, you will have to call the corporate office to get help. They wouldn't just take off the $10. I needed the items so I paid for them and left. There wasn't a whole lot of sympathy from either employee about the situation.

Bought a couch here. Service was great. They had truckloads coming in and still got my couch quick. The nice lady in the a.m. and gentlemen in the afternoon were awesome and so was the cashier up front! Never thought Big Lots would be better than ABC.

Horrible store experience, the manager Derek Rhodes was completely rude and sold us a different from what the store employee showed. The employee was nice but the manager was rude and basically said take it or leave it.I don’t understand how a manager can run a store and put the wrong prices on items and have employees showing the wrong items to customers. Do not recommend this store at all!

Online they said they have sofa and love seat in stock and could be picked up today. Drive truck with trailer 40 miles and not in stock! Update your website or i don't know maybe ask if we would like it ordered since you said your filling orders and that why it isn't in stock!

I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't been there in quite some time and they have moved so many things around. They've in creased the furniture area but some other things have gotten smaller. But they have so many things now.

Bought a $400.00 recliner and sectional. The recliner broke down in less than 30 days had to wait months for the sectional but unable to take the recliner back in honor of 30 day exchange. They are just After your money not concerned about quality of furnitureWill never buy another thing from them

If they dont have the furniture like our recliners we bought in February finally get the 2nd chair in April. They can't track the furniture and be here in the 4 week window they give you so I don't reccomend buying there unless it's in stock and you get it that day.

This place is okay. They have deffinelty changed over times. They used to have good quality product for their prices but In my opinion, the prices went up and quality went down

It's not like it used to be. Their prices now are more expensive than Walmart. Used to be a bargain store where they had irregulars and what not. Now they have a bunch of junk that is way overpriced.

Front cashier was super nice, people in the back (furniture part) acted like they were annoyed with us (dealt with 2 people at 2 different times and they both acted like that)
