I do not understand why the prices of the items are so high when i can go down the road and get it for less. For example the vapes i can go to clingers and buy two for the price of one at payless that is ridiculous. The employees say they dont make the prices but the owner does and he is just money hungry and not to mention rude.

My goodness, these folks are friendly! This minimart has been a part of Felicity for at least one generation. Locally owned. And if you're hungry, you owe it to yourself to check out their menu.

They are not good ppl that own this place...Now some of the workers there are awesome. But the onwer will cuss u out ( I've seen myself )and has a very nasty attitude. I seen him treat someone (who was using a food stamp card ) very bad, very rude, very nasty. I really wish the owners b4 didn't sell it to him. And Sam the other guy is a lot nicer that the mean guy that's there now. I swear I don't no why he's still married, he's such a chauvinistic pig I really wish there was different owners because I would go there and get food because their food is good but I'll never give him another dime. If I can put a zero for a star I would but I have to fit one at least he don't even deserve that.

I love Payless and definitely miss the sizemores but Ravi and Sam are pretty cool all the girls are great there and I can't wait for the changes they said they was gonna do I thought I was gonna hate it but I actually love it I just wish they would sell a bag of ice from the pop machine I love that ice soioo muchthats it I'm glad it didn't change that much

The cheese Coney's here are amazing! Good price too. Friendly workers. Be aware that you need a key from the attendant at the cash register to use the bathroom.

Felicity Pay Less Mini Mart is the place to go for a quick fill-up. Not just for fuel for your vehicle but a nice friendly atmosphere and good food that gives you a warm welcome. The community is a rough, drug infested, methamphetamine production area... Besides having to be in a rough community the store does its best to deter the unpleasantries of its surroundings by providing a welcoming atmosphere.
