Ordered an Oreo flurry recieved a cup of vanilla ice cream with some Oreo crumbs for toppings. Ordered a Reese’s pieces flurry recieved another cup of vanilla ice cream with some reeces bits for a topper. Ordered a hot fudge sundae received a cup of vanilla ice cream with a dab of hot fudge on top. Ordered a double cheeseburger recieved a double cheeseburger with only cheese, burger and a bun no condiments. Was told condiments cost extra and I’d have to pay for a new sandwich. Got 2 hot dogs no condiments. Stood in line for 15-20 minutes waiting to order food, spent $31.00 and the only thing that wasn’t a rip off was the fries. Save your money and sanity. This place use to be a decent place to order food. Now it’s just a top notch example of over charging and undelivering on the customers expense. I want to start by saying Im not a local and we were just passing through. I ordered a double cheeseburger, footlong coney and fries for me and my SO to share and it only came to $7. Food was great. Lots of cheese on the burger and fries were crispy. Cant complain about the coney either. Everyone was really friendly and I was offered a sample of the pumpkin pecan pie ice cream and it was amazing! Wish I had room after dinner for some. We will definitely stop again when in the area.

I was not impressed. The food was ok but certainly over priced for what you got. The service was terrible. When we first got there, I waited for someone to acknowledge me for five minutes before I finally started to just walk away at which point, they asked what I wanted. And there were several people in there just standing around talking. Then after spending over $80 😳😳😳 for our food, they forgot to give us our drinks, there were no napkins, fries portions were small, forgot to give us our sour cream, no napkins available- had to ask. Fries were mushy and not salty enough. And every time you needed some thing you had to go wait in line AGAiN and desperately hope for someone to acknowledge you. I spent the majority of our time there in line. The ice cream was good but I can get good ice cream at lots of places. And certainly get treated better... Especially when I'm spending that much money... You would think I would get better service. We will not be back.

Just spent $60 my double cheese only came with cheese. I didn’t say I didn’t want anything on it. I simply said I needed a double cheese, didn’t even ask if I want anything on it. My fish tail sandwich was plain for some reason and they barely put anything on my nachos. I wanted the WORKS on everything, and everyone seemed to have an attitude issue. Oh and they didn’t read anything back like the policy says too. This is the 1st review I’ve ever left.

Fast service. Very friendly. Good food and decent prices for a smaller town. Love what they have done with the upgrades.My family used to go here all the time since we lived down the road. We moved away and still come back.Their peanut butter milkshakes are the best!

Looks like a great dairy bar. Didn't care for the hot food. Took 45 minutes. But I'm sure by all the other people, desserts are the specialties. Try that next time.

Listen I love Tracy but man get a handle on the one girl at the window with short hair. The wait was FOREVER and she messes up the banana split I ordered after I specified. Then acted like she didn’t know what came on a banana split. I get if your new and all but learn the menu

I have been taking my kids here for years and have never had a complaint. They tend to be super busy in the summer but try their best to get to wveryone and get things out as quickly as possible.

Went here and got a $9 taco salad which was actually a chilli salad.( showed them the chili on the salad) When I went back and told them it was chili and not taco meat they said well that's how our meat comes so........ Anyways was very disappointed grew up in this town went here all of time spent $30 today and they offered nothing to make their chilli salad right!

Ordered Coney with mustard, onion, dill pickles. Was charged 25 cents for onion. Onion is a must on a coney. I got relish not dill pickles. I do not like relish. The coney sauce was a super sweet sloppy joe . Stood in front of window for a while before being noticed.

Poor service and very unhygienic. Waited in the drive thru for over ten minutes until someone finally waited on me(there was no line at all). Also heard that they make their shredded chicken over the trash can. HIGHLY don’t recommend.

Fantastic small town shop. Excellent food and ice cream. People are always friendly and service is great.
