The grooming salon is unprofessional. The groomers with green hair were unfriendly showing no signs of liking animals. I brought my 2 cavachons in yesterday. It was there first time. The groomer put on a blue leash not trying to make my puppies feel at all safe. I wasn’t even gone 5 minutes before I got a call from the green hair groomer saying she can’t groom my puppies. The 10 and 16 pound puppies were to wiggly. I don’t think she even tried. Spoke with the manager and she didn’t care. I have been going to this pet smart for over 11 years. I will never go back!! Probably a good thing they hadn’t groomed my puppies because they are incompetent

He usually goes to a specific groomer to get his nails cut and she has never had any problems. She was busy so we took him here to get them clipped out of convenience. After two minutes with him I get called back, with her saying she can’t clip his nails because he’s being aggressive and unsafe. My dog has never been aggressive to anyone. I’ve personally watched him get his nails clipped every time with really no problem and his old owner did it herself at home, so I question how she was handling him. He doesn’t love it but a professional I’ve seen many times handles him just fine….. I just kinda assume it’s their job to handle dogs scared to get their nails done with the proper care but she barely even tried. I guess we’ll just exclusively go to her from now and cannot trust the unknown experience of expertise of this place.

I will never use their services again. Today was the 3rd time when they canceled my confirmed appointment. The front desk child told me they had been calling me all morning even though I only had one missed call, no emai or voice mail, nothing. When I tried to call them back, after navigating through the menu, nobody answered, really? Without customers, you can not run a business, it looks like bad management.
