Ahh I love it here! I took my baby to get groomed and a basic groom is $28 which is such a great price. The groomers are so kind as well. Actually everyone that works there is nice. I think that's what working around animals all day does to ya.Well Stella (my pup) was a good little girl during her grooming so I'm happy about that. She definitely smelled a lot better. They have several packages if you want more than a basic groom. I definitely recommend it! I forgot to take photos of the inside, but it's just a standard pets art set up. So here's a photo set of Stella and I heading to her appt.

I got my dogs haircut here and at first i was very happy with his haircut though it looked really nice but then once we got home he kept scooting his butt on the ground and scratching his ears. i looked and his butt and ears were all cut up. now hes so scared for me to even look at his ears let alone try to clean the cuts. we will not be coming back

PetSmart is very pricey. However, their staff members are quite helpful and knowledgeable. I also like that it’s only about 5 minutes away from me. Pay attention to prices and make sure you get the lower price that’s on the app/website. I’ve gotten all of my fish, and most of my supplies at PetSmart. They take better care of their fish.

Not a super large selection of dog treats, and those that they have are about $2 more than Pet Supplies Plus (Good 'n' Fun, for example).

Toby got a nice haircut but was met with an up charge for “handling” and no nail trim I asked for. They gave me the trim refunded but he never had an issue with groomers before, and the second time he went in, he seemed really reluctant.I expected more for the price I paid.

The grooming department is very frustrating! First appointment they canceled as we were walking out the door. Second appointment they decided they could not work on my 5m old golden doodle. This was determined after we were all checked in and ready to go. UGH!!! 😠 The rest of the store was very friendly.😊 Still Shaggy

Wow! What a great birthday shopping trip for our dog Hazel! She was so happy to see other dogs and customers. She "yodeled" at everyone. Love the new selection of fashion collars even compared to last year and I love seeing the new lifestyle dog products. They even had a birthday specific section. We of course bought a birthday "pup pie" and sang to her when we got home. Thanks PetSmart for making her birthday extra special!

Patrick, the small animal manager was exceptionally knowledgeable and showed great pride and care, caring for the small animals including the enormous fish tanks. He introduced us to our current little mouse friend and we are very happy with him!

Went to look at the cats and found one I really wanted. When I asked if I could pet her I was told NO that I needed to set it up with the adoption place. They don’t allow it. I then found out that it wasn’t true. I was wanting a cat from there.

Thank you for saving me $60-$80 on live fish. After calling the store to get assistance in the fish department, the sales person who arrived was unable to help me while she fielded questions to another customer. I explained that I was the one who called and was there first. I wanted to buy 15 of the larger tiger barbs to start. She grabbed a bag and was about to get the fish and then paused in her tracks and continued to answer their questions. This went on for minutes. I hope she was able to make a big sale with the customer who wanted fish that weren't dirty because he doesn't want to clean the tank. I decided to leave without fish. I didn't need a freshwater aquarium 101 lesson. Dogs were waiting for me in the car. Bought dog food against my better judgement. Congratulations on hiring someone with a pulse.I could have answered the other customer's questions while she got the fish I wanted to buy. My grandson and I came here for a new pet after we had a funeral for his gerbil. The staff were very helpful and absolutely patient with my 6 year old. We picked a blonde, long-haired Syrian hamster, and he named him Steve. After only a couple of days, Steve warmed right up to us. He loves his wheel. We got him, and he loves to cuddle sometimes. He's bringing a lot of joy to our lives. Thank you to PetsMart for helping my grandson with his happiness.*update3 years later Steve has passed over the rainbow wheel but we now have Buddy who has become an escape artist but he is always found because he goes to the same spot he has made for himself in our closet.We also have a red heeler hound Esther who loves getting new outfits and Kong toys at her favorite store. When we park out front, she knows where we are and gets extremely excited.All around, a great pet store.

I took my dog to get her nails cut. And my dog did not want me to leave. I couldn't be there with her to get her nails trimmed. One other dog was getting his nails trimmed and had a fit. They should have people go in with there pets no matter what age he or she is. That's totally unsat for a pet place

This petsmart is wonderful and has a great selection of cat stuff to choose from. Great food, good amount of cat treats and they have a cat tree i want! I recommend shopping here.

I arrive to my dogs appt. 15 minutes late and they proceeded to tell me that they need to reschedule my dog since my 15 minute lateness will push back their schedule. If you are going to enforce turning away customers who are 15 minutes late, at least make sure that is stated in the appointment confirmation email.

I have taken my dog there to be groomed on many occasions. And every once in a while there's an occasional thing that they miss. I took him to get groomed today and specifically explained that he has surgery next week and his hair needed to be cut pretty low. I go to pick him up and he has patches in his fur on his chest. VERY noticeable and big patches. His tail and privates weren't trimmed at all. As well as the hair on his ears being long. I discussed this with the groomers many times about trimming him well. And now I'm out $82 and I still have to trim him myself. This is completely unacceptable
