Great place for your pets! They have a self washing station for your doggos! It is a great deal. They provide the towels, soaps and everything you need. I also heard they do a great job with nail clippings. Our dog is very fussy with nail trimming so we have not tried this out yet. Food can be a little pricier than other places but still a good place to get stuff.

Took my grandpup to the park and had to give him a bath before I took him home! PSP had everything I needed to get him clean! $14 is a bargain compared to what I would have paid had I brought him home a muddy mess 🤣🤣🤣

This has always been our go to store, especially for meal worms for our gecko and bearded dragon. PSP has better worms than the pet store down the street from them. You know the one...Anyway, we just bought "Richard" the GCC from you all there a few days ago and we just wanted to give you all an update! He is doing really well. He loves to be held and pet and absolutely loves to spread his wings. We also found out he likes to give kisses and preen hair, lol. We changed his name to Zeus and he has 2 cockatiel friends Apollo and Aries that he gets a chance to hang out with daily. Thank you all for taking such good care of him before we got him. He's such a good boy and he loves to hear it.You guys have an awesome petstore and awesome staff that works there. We're lucky to have you all out here in Fairlawn. Enjoy the pictures of Zeus and his new buddies.

We’ve always had great service with taking our dog for grooming services. The staff is kind and professional. Pricing is fair and worth the cost. Today, Amelia provided our dog with a nail trim/grinding and ear cleaning and we were delighted with her care. She was fantastic. Highly recommend using g grooming services at the Fairlawn location.

Went here on 3/25 at 7:30 and had such a good experience! We were shopping for our new kitten and the girl who helped check us out was so sweet and nice! (Especially with all of our stuff!) This was such a good trip there and I always love my stops at pet supplies plus! Thanks for the excellent customer service as always!

They actually had my dog's food.. and it's not their fault that they haven't had it, Hill science diet has had issues for some reason. But the only part of this I'm going to put three stars on is the cashier was clueless and he was extremely extremely rude. He was young but he was rude.*Update*. ... This time I had place an order online to have delivered. Unfortunately I received a call letting me know that there were certain items that were unavailable. I appreciate that very much that they reached out to let me know. I had next day delivery it was on time the Uber driver that delivered was very kind. I appreciate the notification from the store itself letting me know items I ordered were not in stock and that they could send something else out. And I really appreciate the thank you note. I do want to add this though, I had a 20% discount on everything I was ordering and unfortunately the store was out of stock with some items of dog food. I wish I could have ordered everything I needed because the 20% off was a really great deal. Overall, I definitely recommend the delivery service..

My first visit I was sold things that I didn't need, at a ridiculous prices compared to other stores. In fact, not only did I not need the product, it was harmful to my pet... The second time, an employee informed me that they price matched and also guided me to other stores that had the same products (different manufacturers) for much cheaper. I would suggest speaking/working with the shift manager if you're a new pet owner.

Anything you need for any kind of pet. Clean, employees very helpful and knowledgeable where everything is located.Had my puppies groomed nails trim extra, glands emptied extra, removal of ear hair extra.Much more expensive then we planned to pay. Two groomers kind, experienced. Got our pups back, NICE job. Thanks😊

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store! The staff is EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Even the manager will assist you with carrying and loading your items in you car.Extremely helpful staff; they always point out the current sale items and are very knowledgeable of the various varieties and brands they offer.They will always price match, but I found that they are always cheaper than local grocery stores.Pet friendly.

People there are so helpful and very nice. If you can't find something they'll find it for you. I bought my puppy chew sticks and she almost choked to death I had to put my finger down her throat and pull out a piece of it.i went back to pet supplies plus and told the young girl my story she cringed and said she had the perfect chew bone for my puppy it wont come off in pieces she was right. I love pet supplies plus.

Very well stocked. Clerk at checkout was exceptionally helpful. Told me to try item if not could exchange it. She was very caring. Should give her a raise in pay, it is rare to find cashiers that care about the customers.

Mateo was awesome. He was a huge help with changing both our dogs' food to something much healthier and never on recall. He told us how to make the transition with the food they currently eat (sometimes) to the new kibble. Mateo is a great young man. Thank you!!

Seemed to be well stocked on supplies for all types of pets. Their bird section didn't have or doesn't carry what I was looking for. Only saw 2 employees-one stocking cat section and one on register.
