The appointment was very easy to set up (on line). The grooming started on time, and was well done. She also had the ability to "talk" my dog into tolerating the blow dryer for the first time.

Just wanna say thank you to Jessica. My dog is rough to handle and hyper. He also gets knots in his tail alot to which she never once told me we have to cut it all off. She is great and Rocket loves her so as long as he is happy, I'm happy ! Thank you, Jessica !

Amanda is the best! She always does a great job and sticks to the time she says it will take. Other groomers say an hour or two, then take 4-5 hours. My pup is always excited to go see her.

Sabrina was great. The only reason I took a star away was because they don't allow tips to be placed on the card, so I needed cash to tip her. When I went back with cash, she wasn't there so I had to leave it with the cashier. Also, sometimes the phone has to ring and ring before someone answers. They usually have weekly specials, so ask about them. My pup got a free blueberry facial which smelled great!

I have taken Maddie to the Fairfield Petco grooming several times, this visit was just as fantastic as all the rest. Sabrina takes special care of our Bernese Mountain Dog and is always very friendly and courteous.Sabrina trims our dog’s paws and backside perfectly. It’s great to have a groomer you can always count on for a tremendous outcome.

Maggie's groomer was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I could tell that she enjoys her job working with animals. She did a great job with Maggie and we will definitely be going back again when Maggie needs grooming.
