This despicable place completely wrecked my poor baby, one day before his birthday and Easter, leaving him looking like he was just released from death row. There was hair all over the floor and one dog on one of the tables. I should have gotten the hint from the lack of cleanliness and ran for the hills...-----Follow Up------He went from the fist picture on the right on Friday to looking hacked up on Saturday after coming to your establishment for the first and last time. The floors were covered in hair when I first dropped him off and the person at the front desk was not personable but most importantly did NOT do an adequate job in explaining what was going to transpire, if she had, I would have never left him there knowing he was going to come out looking like an emaciated uneven mess in both his body and face.He trembled off and on all day due to the trauma he suffered there. So no, I will not be bringing my dog back for more suffering, especially considering there is nothing more that you can do except for re-traumatize him all over again.Thank you for now having me to not only grieve the loss of my mother but also to grieve the horror that I inadvertently put my baby through. So this is how we will be celebrating Easter thanks to you and your staff!

This place is great. We ran through multiple groomers before we found Furry Tails. My dog loves them and they do an excellent job. Won't go anywhere else!

I bring my little guy Cooper here for grooming. Since I got him at 6 months old. The staff are great with him. He always looks and smells so great when I pick him up. I love the kerchiefs they give him. Anytime near a holiday and the scarf will be holiday themed. He’s an anxious little man, but knows the drill now, and does not seem to mind.

We have been bringing our mini goldendoodle Brisket here for two years regularly! He is always excited to come to the groomer and always looks great when we pick him up! Glad we found a groomer we can trust close to home!

Always treats our Bear so well. Because Bear has a injured leg since he was a puppy big box grooming stores will not bathe him. Furry Tails has always been so very kind & patient with him. Thank You!!

We have been going to Furry Tails since they opened. With a 90 lb goldendoodle they have been amazing at keeping him clean, cut and looking perfect! Not only do they do a great job grooming our dog loves to go see them. He isn’t scared or shaking when I pull up, but ready to run in and great them. Their appointment system is also great. This busy mom needs appointment reminders and I get text messages to keep me on schedule! Alyssa and the staff are top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My dog was actually happy when picked up from here. He's NEVER happy leaving a groomers. This place was amazing. He wasn't barking or freaking out and was perfectly comfortable. I'll take his word for it. I'll def be booking again. He also looked great and couldn't have been better. Nail grind in addition to trimming. Highly recommend.

Our first experience with them was lovely. Our second experience was not. We had a communication error in that they took off way more than we wanted. But more importantly, they left random chunks of long hair and his whole chest was super choppy. However, when I brought it to their attention they promptly offered to fix it. Unfortunately I don't think we will be going back simply because our dog was not a fan of being around all the other dogs there. We will be finding a place with only one groomer so he doesn't get so nervous around all the other animals

I took my lab Molly here for the first time to have her nails trimmed and they were fantastic with her. Molly hates having her nails cut and had never been to a groomer before so I didn't know what to expect from her. The two ladies who did her nails were really nice and had her in and out in less than 10 minutes. I definitely plan on going back.

Doesn’t have good managerial oversight, because of that they treated my dogs aggressively. They came back with scabs all over their backs and mats that hadn’t been removed. Take your animals somewhere else where they and the clients will be treated humanely.

They do a good enough job but never have an accurate guess how long it will take it how much it will cost. But be prepared for your dog to be here for 3-4 hours regardless of size. Not sure what the point of an appointment is if they take such an unreasonably long time to get done what normally take an hour to an hour and a half.

I've known Alyssa for a very long time and she absolutely loves dogs! I knew my dogs would be in amazing care but the work she did blew my mind! My golden retriever and blue heeler look, feel and smell amazing! I live in Columbus now but I promise I wont go anywhere else. Brought in 3 of my 4 dogs this weekend to do the baths, teeth/ear cleaning and nail trim. 2 of the dogs were very nervous at first but were so happy and excited when I came to pick them up. The staff is so wonderful. I’ll be making them regular appointments! Thanks again!

Great prices,very professional, amazing with my little dog. He loves getting a bath. But when it comes to his grooming and nails. He is nasty, he becomes mean. Idk how they do it lol but they get him done and he always looks great. They even put little feathers in his hair. And they last such a long time. I love this place and feel at ease while he's there. I have 2 large dogs with very different personalities. The only thing they have in common is their dislike for getting wet. When we went to other Groomers it was a very dramatic experience for all of us. Thank Goodness we found Alyssa. They no longer shake and cry when they realize where we are going. I took Lucy for the first time since I've had her and she looks so good! She smells great and all of her hair around her butt and bottom of her tail are trimmed perfectly so her pee doesn't stain her fur. Thanks for taking care of my baby. See you in 6 weeks.

My first experience with Furry Tails. I have 2 dogs that I took to furry tails for the 1st time. My appointment was at 3pm and I arrived at 2:45pm. I give them a rating 3. This is why: 1. I was not greeted with a warm greeting. The owners and staff looked at me like they never seen a black person before when I walked thru the door. The feeling felt cold and not very welcome. 2. My 2 dogs(chihuahuas) was super nervous and scared and instead of the owner husband try to get to know my dogs or try to get them comfortable before going behind the table he drags both them on there leashes...good thing I had a harness on them both. 3. I was asking questions and instead of the owners answering my questions the staff member that was wearing the black scrub was doing all the talking as if she was the owner of furry tails. 4. I told them how I wanted my dogs hair cut which they did....sorta😞. When I arrived to pick them up the lady had on the black scrubs who was doing all the talking and answering my questions like she was the owner I noticed her right hand had about 5-6 long scratches on top of her right hand...not sure how she got them but they look like animals scratches could not tell if they was old or fresh but I noticed my long hair chihuahua was finishing up her hair cut was on the table shaking like she was about to jump out of her furry little body. 5. Heres the kicker: when I got both my dogs my long hair chihuahua hair by her bottom and tail was botched look like she did a OPSY with razor or clippers. Her hair look like it was cut into sections not well blended. Her hair look dull and dry as they just shampoo but no conditioner or shine was used. I have pictures hope I can post to this review. 6. The guy told me $65 for both my dogs but was going to charge me $70 until I said something. Now... I had no problem paying the $70 if that's was quoted to me but was not as I came with exact amount of cash as he said when I dropped both dogs off...but it could have been an honest mistake. That was my experience and why I gave a 3 for a rating. I SEE everyone giving 4 and 5 stars maybe on the next visit I can be one there customers that can give a 4 or 5 rating. Maybe the owners and staff was having a bad day before I came in...I don't know.

So first time ever that we took our dog to a groomer and the experience was horrible. When I brought our dog in I felt rushed about requesting the services they could not tell me what the prices would be and they told me they would give me a call when he was done. Not giving me any kind of a time fram I sat around waiting what I thought would be about an hour which should be a normal time frame to wash your dog. At 2:30 they told me that my pup was gonna be done at three at 4 o’clock my dog was still not done. The professionalism and courtesy in this establishment is horrific. I would never take my loved and cherished animal to this place

I drive a half hour to come to this Groomer. My Henry has some issues and I was afraid nobody would be able to give him a haircut. They are great! Very patient with him and he looks so cute after ! On top of that the price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Furry Tails Pet Grooming

I had my 10 year old black German Shepherd “Prince” there for the first time about 3 weeks ago at the end of February, 2020. I met Alyssa the owner and her husband, both extremely friendly and personal and I was comfortable from when I first walked in. Prince is a certified registered Therapy Dog and we have been visiting hospitals, schools, nursing homes, etc for many years! The problems that I have continually had in the past with professional groomers is that he is not completely rinsed and he will scratch within 24 hrs of being home. I explained this to Alyssa and her husband and they were very understanding with my past experiences at other groomers.I picked Prince up and I can honestly say, he looked amazing and his fur was amazingly soft and extremely clean. I had no issues whatsoever with any scratching the next day or days after. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to take their furry family member to Furry Tails! I will be taking my 20 yr old black Persian LuLu there soon!

A friend recommended we take our 5 year old dachshund Blue to Furry Tails rather than PetCo where we normally take him. I am so glad we took him...,. We just got back home with him and he looks and smells amazing! We will definitely be calling Furry Tails once a month for our dogs grooming needs ❤️ I HIGHLY recommend Furry Tails above all else
