Rocky's Ace Hardware has a decent selection and the staff are usually helpful. It's convenient for quick visits when you need something basic for home or garden projects. While it might not have everything a larger home improvement store offers, it covers the essentials well.

Extremely helpful staff that assists you as soon as they spot you standing around mindlessly! A gentleman helped me find what I was looking for almost the moment I stopped in place in the store to look around. The cashier was awesome as well, assisting me with finding my old account without me even having to ask.

Didn't stand behind their product. Tried to return a splitting maul that my son got me for Christmas. The handle split as seen in picture. He didn't save the receipt. They confirmed that it came from their story, but wouldn't do a store credit, return or discount on a replacement. I won't be going back.

Longtime customer here, but the last few visits have been pretty terrible, and have me willing to make the short drive to just go to Lowes. Not sure if it is directly correlated to the store becoming "Rocky's" but the timeline from when I went to happy customer to probably not a customer anymore is the same.Last visit in there there were multiple issues with marked pricing....which I get it, mistakes happen, but typically the store will honor the mismarked price (This was a $10 difference). The manager, Jeff, was firm that he could not match the price. Again that's fine not the end of the world, but he couldn't tell me directly and had have the cashier do it. All this happened right after his other cashier took a fluorescent light straight to the face, but the manager was more concerned about not losing that $10 than the safety of the employee.Overall the store is clean, good pricing (you cant beat their prices on soil), most employees are very friendly and willing to help. Good store, but my fear is it's going downhill rapidly from poor management.

They got good deals. Cashier typically has a coupon...if you ask. Their friendly and helpful. Some items are cheaper at the next door auto parts store, so it's a win- win

I can in here recently because I had to replace the outside dryer vent cover and get a new dryer vent tube. I wish I knew the older guys name that helped us. He was so kind and so personable. He just stood there and we talked for a few minutes. He was definitely a kind soul and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything was just clearly trying to help. I will be back again next time I need something!

While repairing my parents toilet we discovered that we needed another part so we went to the local hardware store instead of the big box hardware store.They always seem to have exactly what we need while the other place doesn't and it has to be ordered and shipped. We were greeted shortly after arriving and led to the department where our part was located.All the employees friendly and helpful. We will return when the need arises.

I met there to make a purchase from someone. I was pulling a 16' trailer with me. I was having problems with the lights and trailer brakes. When I got there I pulled the wire connector out and there was mud and road gunk and packed in it. I went in and was immediately asked by a gentleman who worked there if he could help me. I told him I was looking for some kind of electric connector cleaner and maybe a can of Duster. He lead me right to it and I got what I needed. Check out was quick and easy.

Good place to go when you need that specialty item that you can't find at Lowe's or home Depot. Staff is usually pretty knowledgeable. Upon my last visit I needed a part for a stihl weed eater and unfortunately the two people that I dealt with ended up telling me that what I needed was unavailable. Problem with that is they are an authorized stihl repair facility 🤦‍♂️ and sometimes you just get people that don't know what they're talking about! Overall a good place if you need some assistance though

Pretty good selection, even if they didn't have what I was after. (I ended up making do with a suitable substitute). Store was very clean and well lit, in spite of being a bit cramped. My only complaint is getting accosted by 4 different employees within 7 minutes. "Can I help you find something?" "Finding what you need?" "Anything I can do for you?" Yeah, actually, give me a minute to get my bearings and I'll snag you if I decide I need help, okay?

Wanted potting soil. Spoke to employee in lot who said someone would come out and load it. Paid for 2 cu ft bag. Went out to lot. No one came out. Only had 1 cu ft bag. Went back in store. They insisted on refunding money for 2 cu ft bag and selling me two 1 cu ft bags at :much higher price even though error was there fault. Wasted a lot of my time. I avoid the place now. Barney's True Value Hardware in Beavercreek is a much better more customer-friendly.

Won't be back. I asked 3 different employees for a specific item and none of the 3 could tell me where to find. The item was gutter light clips the little plastic ones. One guy told me aisle 20 which was washer and dryer units and said told me very blatantly hardware and another just ignored me all together.

Prices are a bit high but the staff is helpful. Wish they would just automatically have our military discount in system. I will buy things at Lowes as I know I don't have to carry all my id's just to get discount.
