Don’t trust the prices. They don’t match what they ring up as. Don’t trust the cashiers, they ring up your produce as more expensive. And if your receipt is wrong, don’t expect them to fix their mistakes. No one after 8pm can fix a mistake, but they’ll have plenty of staff on hand to take your money.If you do shop here, only use self checkout, and scrutinize EVERY price. You cannot trust this store.

I have waited several months to write this review hoping that things would change. Used to be one of the best grocery stores in the area, it is still well stocked but the service is terrible. Would recommend other grocery stores that will actually staff or will staff with people who care (saw one customer wait over 10 minutes in self checkout before the attendant noticed which at the time all but one of the lanes was calling for their attention and none had been addressed). No lanes were open except self checkout so customers has no other option but to wait on delayed responses. It now takes between 30-40 minutes to check out in non peak hours. For a store that already has higher costs on goods need to be able to have better service to offer customers.

Was treated rudely and unprofessionaly by the front desk manager. Apparently I did not follow unposted rules for returning a bad item.I walked in, made eye contact, laid the item on the counter, and said, I'll be back later.When I came back, I was scolded, told I didn't follow the rules. No refund, no exchange. More words were said. I'm 72 and do not accept being "scolded".

This store is slightly better than the Dayton-Xenia Road location in Beavercreek. They actually open more checkouts when there are a higher volume of customers in the store. Many items that I regularly purchase have been in stock when I've visited this location. Staff has aways been friendly and courteous.

I usually don't leave reviews but this is ridiculous, this is now the 3rd time in a row that I have gone to get my groceries and am told that they are NOT ready, no one even calls to inform me they are not ready until i drive all the way there, andim told that they just started picking my items. I was under the impression the time slot we pick is for us to pick up not the time for the store to start picking the items. I will no longer use this service.

Went on a Tuesday and the store was well stocked. Very large produce section, the little bistro that they have is nice, the wine selection is very large as well ranging from cheap bottles to over $50 bottles. Store was pretty clean overall as a grocery store should be. Only downsides I could find with this location was the deli usually takes pretty long and they usually don’t have many checkout lanes open.

Countless times have I gone to get my groceries and they tell me my order isn’t ready at least 4-5 times and then also call to tell me right before my time, that they can’t get my order done that day. So like probably 8 times. Today I literally drove 30 mins to get there in the snow for them to tell me they have not started my order. It took me over an hour to get back home because of the snow getting so bad. That is awful customer service. They need to just get rid of pickup as an option since they can’t do it correctly. Management needs to be checked on this as well.

They have Fresh and delicious Asian, Regular and Mexican food, THE SUSHI 🤤🤤 THEY MAKE THE BEST PIZZA!!! THE SALAD BAR!! Everything fresh and tasty, very reasonable prices😋 the whole store is amazing!! Take a look 👀 at the flowers displays, they make every season special 😍💐😊❤️❤️❤️u guys are the best 🙌🏽

First before I get into why I just gave this store one star, I want to say that there are many very nice and helpful people working there. My problem is with the store manager. For the second time in just over a week, I went for a particular kind milk and it was not stocked. I asked a young man employee who was stocking other milk and he graciously went into the back but told me there was none back there. I was particularly upset as this was the second time in a little over a week that I had been there for that item and it was not stocked then either and I had been sick for the past week and went there primarily for this particular item. But I decided to go ahead and shop there since the Beavercreek store is a little trip for me. But then, I could not find the second item on my list in the frozen food section. There were a lot of empty shelves as is too often the case in this particular store. I was not shopping in off hours. It was around 2:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. So, not feeling well and angry I decided to complain to management. I explained why I was upset and all I got was excuses about this and that and that she would talk to her dairy manager. But that was it. She did not call him up, she did not apologize for the inconvenience or offer to help me know when I might be able to find the item and when I said that I could probably find it in the Beavercreek store, she looked annoyed and sarcastically said "Have a nice day, Ma'am and walked away. Her attitude and lack of customer service skills angered me more and as I was walking away and she was waling away our backs to each other, I said to myself howI felt about her. I did not say it to her face and I did not expect that she would hear it. She chased me down the aisle as I just tried to ignore her but she would not stop, saying that I could not call her that. Which, actually, I have the right to do. I explained that I did not call her that to her face and I was saying to myself but she would not listen and told me to get out of "her" store which I was very happy to do. She, obviously, does not have the right temperament to deal with a dissatisfied customer and I will not shop there anymore. I ended up going to Fresh Thyme which is not as far as the Beavercreek Kroger and had, as usual, great customer service and fully stocked shelves. But even though I didn't drive to the Beavercreek store I'm pretty sure my assessment that store being better than the Fairborn store is correct.

Great sales and rewards program. Fair prices on most items. I removed one star because I have placed many pickup orders and have arrived to pickup and been informed that 80% of my order was out of stock. My stance is that, if I paid for my items 5 hours before pickup then they should be reserved for me. It is not fair that I paid before the people in-store for the same item, therefore my order should take precedence.

I Italy don't have any issues at this Kroger. Their service is good, their employees are kind. However we noticed there are some items that are marked Gluten Free by Kroger and the items are not gluten free. One item would be Jenny's Ice Cream. It says on their package that they are gluten free as well, however it also says that their product is made in a factory that processes wheat and there is cross contamination. We trusted the Kroger "gotten free" label and my partner, who had celiacs disease, got incredibly sick due to the cross contamination in the ice cream. Please please double check gluten free products and make sure they are truly gluten free before labeling them as such. You can put someone in the hospital.

Don't use their pick up service. They consistently (every week) either give us something wrong or crush bags of chip under bottles of water when they're loading. The best part is, you don't know until you're home. I recommend going down the road to the Beavercreek store.

Kroger provides a great shopping experience everytime. Their prices are higher than Walmart, but you pay for a better experience and higher quality products. This store is no different. The only issue is the layout. It seems a little broken up and inconsistent.

Self check out is horrible it kept adding items and deleting items, because the sensor are overly sensitive. When I was there plenty of people were also complaining about the self check out. I will definitely be using a cashier next time. Never have this problem when I use self check out at Meijers.

We have ordered customer pickup a few weeks in a row and every single time we do the app says the order is ready but when we get there during our pick up time they send a text that we need to pick up an hour later than our appointment time.

I've had it. I'm 65 and have shopped at Kroger's most of my life. But the past few years just gets worse and worse. It's hard enough to shop with most of the aisles perpetually blocked with large stocking carts. And now there is literally "0" cashiers at the front... self-checkout only. This is awkward if you have more than a few things, but the machines don't work properly anyway. Kroger's is already more expensive than anyone else, and if there's no longer the convenience factor, just endless frustration, then why put up with it? I'm done for good, and will never return.

Kroger Marketplace is good. The staff are lovely. This one even has some international products. If you shop with Kroger regularly do the points system, every 100 points is 10c off a gallon of gas, which can be quite the saving. The only reason Kroger doesn't get five stars is that the CEO and board members are #$#$heads and don't pay their staff enough.

I mostly do curbside pickup and rarely go inside anymore. Curbside pickup is a great option for us. In and out in less than five minutes every time. Not as many issues like there were during Covid. All the staff is great and always friendly.

Continually bait and switch digital coupons by NOT filling orders in the time frame selected. They will tell you that your order is not ready after you drive up there and the next day that all your coupons expire and lo and behold your bill is $40 higher. It's been repeated times it's deliberate. They're stealing from their customers on Dayton Springs Road in Fairborn.

Scheduled a grocery pickup for 4:00, didn’t get a text saying our order was ready until 5:00. Waited in the pickup lane for an hour and a half, and was told our order still wasn’t ready at 6:30. Finally received the order at 6:45.Why send a message saying an order is ready when it actually isn’t? It seems like the simple solution would be to notify your customer once their order is truly ready.We watched 10+ other customers leave in frustration over the course of an hour. I can’t imagine how many people they turn away on a given day or week. It must be in the hundreds.The staff were friendly, but it’s unfortunate to see the process so poorly managed.

Prices keep increasing, yet I see fewer employees. Absolutely nobody to bag groceries for you, so lines are incredibly long. Very few to no cash registers are open. This is a problem across Kroger's in general, not just this location. Also, it does not seem to matter the location. They treat their vendors like absolute trash. Staff is over worked short handed as always

The best Kroger I've been to. I shop here on evenings when I feel like i own the store because there are only few people who shop late at night. If I'm lucky I'd be the first to avail of the close-out products. Oh, make sure you use the Kroger app too for coupons. Download the coupons first. When you check out with your Kroger card, the coupons will automatically be applied.

Signed up online and submitted for order pick up at this location. Received confirmation email and reminder to pick up order at 5 PM. Took all three kids to location at 5 PM and was told that they were still working on orders from 3 PM would have to come back tomorrow. Didn’t give us a time or anything. I work out of town and my wife is by herself during the week, so was wanting to pick it up tonight when she has help. My wife called and spoke with manager. Female manager said at 7 PM that there was nothing she could do and when I said I was never contacted, she said she personally contacted each person. I asked for corporate number because that was not true. I pulled up Verizon call log and nobody called. Said I would send them a copy of the actual log showing nobody called me or emailed me. She then said well my system shows you were notified…I told her I received no calls, no emails just reminder to pick up my order at 2:12 PM. Asked for corporate number so they could pull their call logs since the only solution she was offering was canceling order and saying I was not only one impacted…plus she lied. She then asked when I placed ordered, asked if it was after 4:30 their cut off time frame. I told her no, it was at 10 AM. (She should have had it pulled up.) She lacked any empathy for the people that were impacted by this and drove out there because nobody contacted them. She offered no solutions, no offering to deliver order or even an actual apology. Just said I could come tomorrow. My wife then said well what time, since they told me earlier I could come anytime tomorrow. She said after 5 PM. I said I worked until 5 PM then have to take kids to sports so is there a way of scheduling a specific time. She said like I said after 5 PM. The manager represented the company poorly and did not handle a system issue properly. I pray their management listens to the calls and looks into it. Mistakes happen but being rude and lying is not acceptable. Never dealt with this type of service at Target or Walmart using their pick up services.

The Kroger Company, and their buyers (corporate) have something to be proud of. Their Marketplace stores have a vast sampling of nearly everything edible, and from their roots, they've maintained their excellence in both the meat and produce departments.Still, the stores are very big and it helps to have an idea of where things are before the trip.

Consistently understaffed check out lanes. Has been like this for years. Takes 10-15 minutes to get through the 1-3 open lanes on average, because management won't hire more workers who barely make over minimum wage to begin with.Let me be clear, the workers aren't scanning at Aldi speeds either. Most are slow.When they say X lanes open on the lane status screen, this Kroger also includes the full length self check out lanes. Very misleading.
