The lady with the blackish gray hair and the glasses should not be in customer service. We've been going here with our dogs since this location has opened and it has always been wonderful service. But today we were treated so rudely. We arrived at 7 p.m to wash our dogs and when we went to pay beforehand, she said you have to be done by 8 which is in less than 45 min (also teach her to do math because that's an hour... unless she is lazy and wants us out early so she doesn't have to stay to clean) and then just stares at us with this face. It was like she wanted us to leave! There's no way we can wash and dry both our dogs in that amount of time (90 pound dogs long hair each). So we left... we HAD to! I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's not what she said it's HOW she said it! She needs to get a different job. I was honestly so surprised because all the workers here have been lovely! Hopefully we won't have to deal with her again!

I love this pet store. It’s right off 675 in Fairborn by Kroger. The people are amazingly knowledgeable/friendly & the cages for their animals/fish tanks are so clean! They have a great selection of toys, treats, & accessories. You can also give your dog a bath there so that was the first stop when I adopted my German Shepherd. I have two cats also and they have a great selection for them as well. A+++++

I decided to make this my pet store instead of the large pet chain I had been using...especially since they advertised a "walk-in" nail clinic. I saw that they opened at 9am today Sunday March 24 so I waited till 10am so they could open. My dog has problems with anxiety so I gave him his vet recommended medication and drove a half an hour to get him a nail trim. The staff called me "hun" and said there's no way she could trim his nails because the other staff doesn't come till noon. I said it says nothing like that on the website and she said it goes store by store. I said I WAS on the Fairborn store website and she gave me another snarky "it goes store by store". She said "besides you have to have proof of Rabies (like I was the biggest rabies rule breaking criminal). I said "he has his tag on him" She said "NO you have to have the rabies paper...ANYONE can make a tag". Sigh. The paper was with me in my purse. I bought nail clippers and took my frightened dog for the half hour drive home. He's sleeping now. With really long nails. I won't be back

My Self, my husband and daughter went to this store to look at hamsters about 4 days later I went back and bought there male hamster he was so sweet I bought him around 630pm I also bought food and water bowl, two huge things of bedding because hamsters actually need 8-10 inches of bedding a couple of toys bag of cat food and a bag of cat litter, I spent 151.00. I left their store ran through Burger kings drive threw and grabbed dinner for the family as the hamster was a surprise. we got the little guy home i got all the bedding in the cage and i opened his take home box and the whole inside of the box was covered in bugs I called the store right away i thought it was flees I later found out that's not what it was the girl i spoke with called the manager Cat and the manager Blamed me i had this animal less then a hour he has been in my house for 15 mins there was no way that he got bugs like that from our home I was told the manager would be in the following morning that i could return him then I did return him the next morning and while cat was doing the return she was telling me how none of the other animals has any bugs ( I'm the one who took him out of the cage and put him into the carry box and I didn't know or notice he had any bugs either) I told her more than likely they did and i didn't want another animal from there store and it would have been nice if they would have refunded the bedding that I wasted because it couldn't be used Now that he had been in it. one of the other workers opened the box to give the hamster a treat and guess what bugs crawling inside the box cat walked overlooked and said that's not a flee it's a mite and they can get those from anywhere also. I as a costumer didn't pay to bring home a sick animal. it also upset me that while doing the return she made the comment to another worker that they normally don't take returns on animals which is a lie you have a 10-day window, and it was confirmed as such by corporate office.Do not buy small animals here unless you want a sick animal that's gonna cost you a lot of vet bill right out of the gate

Went here to get pics of my dog with Santa. Very clean pet store, organized, lots of great products, very friendly employees. Ended up buying my dog some toys and treats. I had no idea about the self-serve washing area. I’ll have to come back and try it.

Taylor did a wonderful job on our golden doodle. Huston is a service dog who was to meet her forever family the next day - this called for a very special cut for a very special girl. Mission accomplished! Taylor was very personable and totally professional. Huston looks great. Now we’ll let her tackle our 4 1/2 month old poodle breeder

When we went there, the animals were in such terrible condition! Their ball python had terrible stuck shed and, what appeared, multiple stuck eye caps. There was bits of shed everywhere that showed it was not new, but had been that way for awhile. The the leopard gecko's had one that looked so sick! It looked like it was panting! It was just standing there with its mouth open looking miserable. We watched for several minutes and finally i was so upset, i had to leave! And there were several Leo's together so if it was sick, odds are, the others will be soon. I walked out almost in tears at the neglect and abuse.

Grooming is the most unprofessional I’ve ever worked with. I’ve brought my dog Charlie here for a little over a year. Originally he went to Kayla when she worked here. When she left, we decided to stay and try out the other groomers. Kara- who is no longer employed here and for the best (she was late to every single appointment, very unprofessional). I had a grooming appointment this morning at 10:00am with Kara (I found out today she is no longer employed there). I show up at 10:00am, and wait 10 minutes before I had to go up from front and ask why she was not there, only for the 2 ladies in the front to say “oh sorry! She doesn’t work here anymore!!” What do you mean? You literally confirmed his appointment yesterday??? They then told me she apparently was suppose to finish her appointments out before she left but shocker, she decided to screw over everyone and just stop coming in! Mind you, we live far away. This is not an easy little trip for us. The 2 ladies at the front also really had no idea what they were talking about and had to call around to find out what’s going on. All for them to tell me “sorry you can reschedule!!” No, I honestly want nothing to do with any of you ever again. I do not recommend this place and would not ever if it was the last grooming salon standing on planet earth

I took my dog to get groomed and Kala was wonderful with my dog. She was patient and very sweet to my dog. My dog suffers from high anxiety when she gets groomed. Kala was awesome with her. I highly recommend her!!Appointment scheduling was easy too.The store was nicely stocked with treats and fun toys!I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Prices are usually good. Some of the employees know exactly what they are doing and talking about. Some of them act as they don't care to help at all. I have been waiting for live plants for over three weeks and just keep getting told that they just haven't come in yet, when I was originally told that when I ordered them, they would be ordered Friday or Monday and would be in that following week. Still haven't heard from them.

Visited for the first time today with my daughter. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. My kid asks a lot of questions and the staff member who was helping us was patient and even took out animals to let my daughter pet them. I really thought she was gonna touch the snake and then she chickened out 🤣Even though I was only getting cat food and litter, I didn't feel rushed or unimportant. Santa was there taking pictures with pets and it didn't feel crowded at all. Highly recommend!

The selection here is fairly decent compared to somewhere like Tractor Supply, pricing is decent. I compared the price of some of the dog toys and treats to Amazon and was impressed that Feeders was cheaper. Overall very satisfied.

This is a great little pet supply store. It's a small business, local chain, staff is super friendly and are pet people. They also have a nice variety of things, so I can get dog food, treats, fish food and stuff for my outdoor bird feeders at one time. Check out their home delivery service, too!Beware, they have an assortment of adorable critters, including guinea pigs, bird and right now, a hedge hog! You'll want to get yourself a feathered or furry pal (or pokey or hairless) and their prices are pretty reasonable.They have nice pet washing rooms. It's so nice to be able to give my dogs a bath and not have a giant mess to clean up in my bathroom.I've only had a hard time getting a grooming appointment. Right now I'm just playing phone tag to get my doggo in. Their online store just has you leave your info for a call back. If you drop in, they'll have you fill out a slip for a call back. The groomers keep their own appointment books, so it's been hard to touch base with them.

They really need to stop offering pet washes. They literally never have towels and the ones they do have are paper thin. You can never get in because they have 2 stations in 1 room. No one is bathing their dog with another strange dog in the room! More thought should have went into that🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Lastly, don’t waste your money on the wash pass because you can never get in. You really need at least 3 separate stations if your going to offer pet washing!

On two separate occasions, I stood at the register and waited for a few minutes someone to come and check me out.

Employees always helpful and friendly. Dog friendly..has areas to wash your animals. Just wish had parking closer to entrance ...have to cross in front of traffic and with taking dog on leash can be difficult.

It's my go-to pet store for my cats' treats, food, and toys. You get the 12th? bag of food or other supplies with the rewards program. My cats love it when I come in with a new toy from there or there favorite treats. My 8 year old loves to go look at the fish, birds, etc. that they have.

I enjoy shopping here. Every visit I grab a few cat toys from the 3 for $5 bins, which my cats LOVE❤️. The associates really seem to be happy working there and are super helpful. Also, before this store came open in Fairborn, I had to drive to Kettering to get Acana cat food.

Feeders is the place to go for all of your pets needs. Offers a large variety of food, treats, toys and supplies, no matter what you’re looking for you will find it at Feeders!I really appreciate the variety in the store and competitive pricing and rewards club.Feeders offers self service baths and in-house grooming and nail trims. This location is always stocked and clean. Friendly customer service and a manager who goes above to make sure all my pet needs are being met and I get the most for my dollar. I could not have found a better pet supply store.

There is also a self serve pet wash available! The first time I came into the building they were just opening and just two weeks later the store looks amazing. They seem to be Settling in nicely here in Fairborn!

I came here for my fish needs and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the tanks, even the beta cups were clean with individual oxygen feeds. Staff was very friendly and helpful, you can tell these people care about their animals.

Absolutely love this place it is the second time I’ve brought my dog in and today she got her nails done and a bath with the groomer Kala and she did phenomenal! I have made the decision to quit going to petsmart and this will be the place I go to from here on out the deals they have are amazing when you get the feeders reward card if you buy dog food there that isn’t sold in regular stores the 13th bag is free! The other employees are extremely nice and helpful and overall just make shopping there an enjoyable experience. I am so so so happy they are so close to home.

Stacey the blonde that specializes in the fish department is amazing. Her knowledge is outstanding and she is the only one we will buy fish from. You can tell that she cares immensely about the fish and she is so passionate about her job!If you are having tank issues or need fish recommendations go to her.Best quality fish in the area.

I called 20 minutes before I came in asking if they did nail trims on dogs, I was told they did. So why is it when I come in ‘Nancy’ the groomer refuses to trim my chihuahuas nails, saying how she won’t trim chihuahuas anymore. So I wasted gas and time to be told you won’t trim my 5 pound dogs nails.
