First time using this groomer.When I dropped my pup off the inside facility was dusty and smelled of cigarette smoke, as well the staff member (possible owner) that attended to us. She wasn’t overly nice or showed any signs of appreciation for new business/new customers. That wasn’t too big of a deal. What is irritating is that I supplied my dogs shampoos and conditioner, due to serious allergies and health issues to a number of products regardless if they’re hypoallergenic, etc., and explained the same.I was also told a different price when I scheduled the appointment. Hours later at pick up, I paid more than expected for no extra services or even offered a slight discount since I supplied the products. Still I didn’t gripe, just looked dissatisfied and disappointed.My dog appeared like he’d not been brushed, still slightly wet and his tail/rear-end was really fluffy. A medium sized Labrador shouldn’t have a fluffy tail. He’s more silk smooth with straight fur.The worst issue and most concerning is that this groomer obviously used some type of spray or perfume afterwards. It was so strong it caused me a terrible headache, (smelled like an elderly woman’s perfume) but my dog was itching as soon as we got home, and has been ever since. His skin is irritated and itchy I’ve had to administer allergy meds since last Friday. I’ve tried reaching out but couldn’t get anyone on the phone or leave a message.

Unbeatable for the price! To start, I have a large Pyrenees and Poodle mix. We moved recently to the area and she didn't get brushed daily while moving and got matted. I found this place and I only paid $85 for my somewhat matted, fairly large and fluffy doodle to be cut down to about half an inch. I got way more than I expected for $85 dollars when I picked her up and they were able to save her long tail and enough on her face to give her a rounded look. She's got these cute bows on her ears and a matching bandana - so cute!! For my dog to be comfortable again and for me to not have to try to clip her nails or bathe this massive dog at home, this is so worth the cost. Definitely scheduling her for monthly grooming here now!!

I first took my cat there last week for some nail caps and Tammy was fantastic! They answered the phone right away and were able to get us in quickly. I watched them apply the nail caps to my cat and they were very professional and gentle with her. I decided to get my corgi groomed for the first time ever since they did such a good job with our cat. Tammy groomed our dog Pippa and she looks and smells absolutely fantastic! I was shocked how good Pippa looks even though it was her first groom. The price was very reasonable and she was finished quickly, within a couple hours. I will be taking my pets to Tammy at Fairborn Pet Grooming from now on!

We have been using them for several years now and they are absolutely wonderful. I’ll take them both for yorkies to them and they’ve been nothing but wonderful and do a great job. I would never go any place else.

We've brought our Golden-doodle to this groomers twice and while our experience was great in every aspect both times our dog has left with razor nicks on his testicles. The second time he came home bloody and the wound has only worsened, and he's been crying constantly since his visit. I wanted to love the place because of how inexpensive and kind everyone is, but I don't know how they can accidentally make this mistake twice.

First time going there was this week and they did an excellent job. I have a goldendoodle who was desperately in need of a bath and a trim. Had a little bit of matting due to the snow storm. They were excellent. Definitely going back.

I took my Pitt hear and they did a nice job. She smelled fresh and loomed so white. She loved to roll in the dirt so I was not surprised whe the lasy working the front desk told me a lot of dirt came off her. They can do same day appointments if you call early enough. I brought my girl hear and they took her back immediately and about 2 hrs later I git a call to come pick her up. They told me she barked at in the kennel but she was a rescue from the pound so I figured as much. I was charged $45 for a full groom on a short haired dog. They clipped her nails and cleaned her ears too as well as gave her a bandana. Will return!

We have taken our 9 month old puppy here for her last 2 groomings now, and I don't think we will be going anywhere else as long as we live close enough! They are always friendly and welcoming to our pup, and do a wonderful job on her cut every time. Last time, we asked them to go a little shorter for summer, and they made her look great! Wonderful service for a great price - so glad we found this place and would highly recommend!

I have an 11 year old female husky and she is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet, loves to make friends with almost all walks of life. She is my lifeline!!! The first couple of times I took her there she came back looking and smelling great. They seem to have been super friendly with her too. This time after returning home she didn't even smell fresh for after a few hours and was shedding as if she didn't go. Her nails need trimmed but they didn't for whatever reason. She had an extremely hard time walking afterwards they had to assist her, and I know she's old but being in a crate for so many hours to not even get serviced is not a decent thing to do. She won't eat and is still having a very hard time getting up and down. Now I'm left with wondering if she was possibly abused. Never again will she go back. Oh and I can't even give this review without clicking 1 star.

I have a rescued American Akita who was a nightmare to have his nails done. The first time we went to Fairborn Per Grooming, it took 4 techs and myself to get his nails done. No one was unkind to me about it, no one was unkind to my dog-they we’re very communicative. By the time of our last visit, it took myself and 1 tech. I wish I could go back but I’ve since moved 10 hrs South. Cannot recommend them enough!

My little poodle mix was starting to have matting fur. The groomer did such a great job relieving this problem. Matting can be painful to a dog and I was so relieved my dig was not suffering. Teaching about how to prevent this problem was so helpful. I bought the right brush and will give back in 6 weeks like recommended. Did I mention. My dig looks great. Her cut looked so much nicer than I expected because of her matting.Thank you. 5 star grooming salad.

I took my Pitt/mastiff here today and he came back a happy boy smelling good, and not one nail was missed as well as smooth paws. This is by far the best groomers I have took him to he is very hyper and energetic and they still did a great job.

After grooming my dog by myself for 5 years, I decided it was time to take her to a professional to save us both time and energy. My dog was very nervous after the first trip, but her haircut was decent. She had a couple of long pieces and spots that looked like they were missed. Overall, she look fine, but not spectacular. I dropped her off at 9:00 and they told me she would be ready by noon, and a 4:00 she was still not finished. The employees had some unexpected circumstances affecting that day, so I did decide to try a second appointment to see if it would be any better. The second time I took my dog, she looked a lot better and was less nervous! I did still have to wait a couple of hours longer than I was told to be able to pick her up, but it was still worth not grooming her myself. The staff I spoke to on both occasions were very friendly and you can tell that they love what they do! We will keep returning for frequent grooming appointments!

I took Kimber to have her nails done! These fine ladies were wonderful! I was able to back with her which was very comforting to Kimber and myself. Taking her back to brushed by these kind ladies! They brush her fur like I can't with weakness in my hands! I highly recommend!Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My pup was getting his first groom. Instead of diving in, I was told there was an introductory grooming session where they just do the paws, eyes and tail area. This is so the puppy can get accustomed to the sound of the clippers and trimmers and the whole experience. It wasn't the prettiest cut, but I appreciated the fact that they had the best interest of the puppy in mind. They also said I could bring I'm a picture of the cut I wanted next time and they would do their best!! Very happy with the service and experience.

Every time I try to cut my dog's nails he runs away and pulls, making it impossible for me to do myself. I tried tons of different kinds of tools, tried to give him treats to calm him down, but nothing worked. The ladies here are so great that my dog is in and out with all his nails trimmed in less than a minute. Such a huge help, and at a really low cost.
