New associate at the store was extremely rude. We rang the bell lightly but nobody came. We seen a random women pushing a cart but she was not wearing a name badge, wearing a rock t shirt and was not in uniform. My husband rang it again a minute or so later. The lady came up to us and said “ring that bell again I will take it.” We then said we didn’t know she worked there. Shoes goes I said hello… She was rude throughout ringing us up. When I tried to apologize again at the end for confusion and even said I didn’t ring it loud first time because it’s so weird/awkward doing it. New associate goes again like I said ring it again I will take it. I’m 7 months pregnant and was apologizing because I felt bad. I work in customer service and would never be rude to someone like that. The way, this women was dressed and speaking was extremely unprofessional. Dollar General needs to coach their employees on customer service, make sure they are in dress code and wearing a name badge.

I am officially done with the dollar general. This has to be the nastiest store in the area. Shelves are never restocked even with 4 employees there. My disabled son can verily get through the aisles. No working AC and a staff walks around like they have a chip on their shoulder. Just went through a ordeal with a young girl that clearly had "0" training on a register. She called the manager so many times that the manager quit picking up their phone. Another employee comes over to take over with no customer skills whatsoever. What happened to The Dollar General!? Use to be clean, well stocked and had friendly smiling employees.

Nothing on shelves. All items in carts and boxes on floor. Worker sweeping floor. Manager in her office. What a mess. I didn't come there to not find what I want. Ever since you put them self checkout. Store has gone down hill. No service. I hope it improves

Place is a mess ,works always in office,playin on phone ,over butin up stuff work had 3 children in office ,dirty restroom trash over filling, Abby work is rude ,she said OMG down low ,as I was standing at cash out she acted she did see me there as she helped a guy in self checkout lol I always find a worker if I need help there in there own world I saw a work cash out a lady look like her mom ,she walked out and was hanging out with her a girl wears a fireball whiskey tee shirt , while clocked in lots trash in lot n beer bottles .what lazy works I over Hurd a worker say in,wish I can clock in n go home then back in to clock out lol she customer are a pain in Hurd a worker say some ugly fat lady saíd she wantedsun screen I hope she's not a to piece chic Thay was talking bad ,I told a lady I did count my money it toke her 3 mins to count out 8 bucks in dimes

You’d think after the renovation they’d actually have stuff stocked, you’d be wrong. Place is a mess, nothing is ever on the shelves. Don’t expect to be able to find an employee if you need one.

After the terrible comments made by employees, I won't be returning here. I'll go to one of the stores across the street where I'll feel welcome.

Stood over 10 minutes at self checkout waiting for someone to help with age verification due to buying a lighter. No one responded to the machine calling for help, me ringing the bell and yelling. I should have walked out with the stuff but I left it at the register. Probably still be there tomorrow because that store has become a joke in the community.

Terrible customer service. Especially the women with short blonde hair. She's never nice. She always acts like the customers are an inconvenience to her. She's very unprofessional. You can tell she hates her job and dislikes people. Wrong job for her. I believe she may even be a manager.

I Love this Store— “Great Manager” — She is always very helpful and friendly to everyone — employees, customers, and frequent shoppers like me!!! This Dollar General store is BETTER than any other similar store I’ve tried in closer towns/cities! I’ve decorated my entire house (all inside rooms, garages, outside porches, yard areas, etc)! I keep buying/decorating lots more for special needs and/or occasions like this Christmas season. Thanks to all the “great workers”; Always Great Buying Opportunities from this Store!!!!!

We go to Dollar General when we can't find it in the big name places that should have it and they give me a rain call it will be in 3 to 4 days leave there to drive 10 miles to my home town Dollar General store walk in and they had a bout load of them. That's why I love my hometown Dollar General store. Please keep up the great job your doing

Store was a mess, boxes everywhere. You couldnt get get down the aisles unless you moved boxes, or multiple carts. The shelves were a mess things just thrown on them. The workers were very rude . When I asked her to price check something she told me it was to time consuming. I only wanted 2 things checked . She than throw the price checker on the counter and told me I would have to wait until she rang up the lady behind me who had a cart full of things. I left my cart and walked out . I will never be back !!

The employees are always very nice and helpful, but they are constantly stocking the shelves and there are always U-carts in the aisles making it difficult to see and grab items. The store is generally very cluttered.

Restock carts in every single aisle, and the two people working there were so rude. I noticed the carts in the aisles there before but assumed I came at a bad time. It's gotten worse over time. It's unfortunate since we have so few stores in Enon to go to, but I will avoid this dollar general whenever possible.

It's nice they have a lot of stuff to take you know cover in the store and it's it's convenient at times but they cannot keep up with their stocking and keeping the shelves something that it's just hard for people to get through

Clean but they're always begging me to do some review or some survey to see how great they are but half the time when you go in there if they're slightly distracted by a box on one of the aisles then you're waiting 15 minutes to get out of there

Good luck getting to any item and through any aisle. Always a mess. Prices wrong. Panic attack just walking in. Carts of boxes blocking every aisle. Just a messy store.

Ordered a pickup order for 12pm-1pm at 9:30am I called after the time slot to see if they had my order ready and the dude said he hadn’t even started in the orders. It’s three items how hard can it be.

Aslies are always crowded with restock items makes it difficult for a wheelchair or walker to traverse. Always seems understaffed, and hurried.
