Great store for anything you need. Staff is great and super friendly and promotes a good environment to shop in. I come here often with my kids and the manager and staff often joke around with my kids. They definitely have cleaned this location up. Best dollar general around.

Store is very well put together and organized , easy to find what you need when you need it and the workers are always very polite. More Dollar Generals should follow suit as this is one of the cleanest stores I’ve been inside.

Absolutely appalling sister went in to get trash bags and drinks for her and her special needs kids and was not only disrespected and insulted and called a bad mother by the manager of the establishment but also accused of stealing even after she paid for her things and couldn't even go back in to get trash bags because once she began verbally defending herself manager called the cops and had her and her kids trespassed absolutely disgusting behavior never in my life have i heard a manager call special needs kids being themselves called unacceptable to be out in public highly recommend against going to this establishment with any special needs kids though i am very pleased with the understanding kindness Fairborn pd gave my sister and my niece and nephew absolutely no struggling mother should have to experience such behaviors from a manager no less corporate do better on managerial screenings its much needed!!

So gross! staff are rude! half the time you go there their produce are nearly non existent, and some woman was just verbally attacked with her kids today I've officially seen all Fairborn has to offer. i was dumbfounded clearly mom was having a hard time as is. Some blonde lady even called the cops after they forced poor mom to leave just for telling the staff off for their unnecessary words. Smh id of reported her to corporate clearly staff need an update!

Went looking for a job. some lady named marshell or marsh said HEY! really loud as a joke thinking i was just a customer, keep in mind she had a mouth full of food behind the counter and was giggling with a coworker. didn’t seem to take me serious. i walked up asking about a job they told me to put an application in. and rudely asked if i could pass a background check. needless to say don’t work there if you’re serious about work. very unprofessional!

I needed a phone charger and some items for my sister in the hospital down the street. I was on the phone updating family of the urgent situation. Abbey the worker was so helpful in getting me everything I needed during the urgent situation.

The store looks like it's seen better days. Sometimes smells horrid too. The star is reserved for two people who work at this location (a clerk and a key holder) the rest of everybody will judge and it feels super uncomfortable. I don't see having business with this store because of its all out vibe. Yall aren't Walmart.

Always a great shopping experience here at DG. The staff are very helpful. Whatever you need, they can help you find it. From toilet paper to cleaning supplies you can find it here & reasonable prices too! Had to use the restroom during my visit today. The key is up front, so you need to ask a cashier to use the key to enter the restroom. The only key available was for the women's restroom. Since I'm a man this only temporarily bothered me because I had to take care of my business. This is another example of their helpfulness. I will definitely go back because they treat you with respect. A lost art these days!

The clerk was awesome! She gave me a receipt for a survey and I don’t know her name but she had pink red purple plum tones hair if that makes sense and glasses. There is also another employer who is awesome! She came from speedway and I forget her name but she’ll know when she sees this lol

The hours seem to be made up day by day. Went at 3 on a Saturday...closed. Went around noon on a weekday...closed, etc etc. When they are open, store seems to be in desperate need of a good cleaning, and the employees are pretty hit or miss on basic things like being in the store and not outside on an extended smoke break, or ringing in items correctly.

Not only did the girl at the register over charge me when I questioned her on it she became rude and told me "I know what I am doing " and refused to correct the error. This same girl is always extremely rude to everyone that she deals with. Not sure why she is still there.

Dollar general is my go-to for all sorts of stuff. Also, I don't have to fight the huge Kroger or Meijer crowds and parking lot if I just need a few foods or snacks. This place is always decently stocked and clean. The staff, especially Miss Beth, are nice and you can't beat the prices.

They are consistently out of stock, the lines are too long for that small of a store, but worst of all, I don't think I've EVER seen that store tidy or organized. The only reason I shop there is because it's the closest store to me, and sometimes you don't want to drive across town for one thing.

This store is stocked, but seems very under-staffed and is always a dirty, cluttered disaster when I've visited. Merchandise spilled everywhere and scattered around. The staff they do have are friendly, but it's just a mess in there. Long checkout lines if you go at the wrong time (which is often) due to usually only one person working the register.

I miss Brad as the manager and his brother, they were awesome with customer service! Still is a nice store for what Fairborn allots them in location, the plaza itself needs renewal. Only reap complaints are sometimes they are out of heavy cream or lean beef.

Usually my favorite DG to stop at. Relatively 80% of the time they have cleaning supplies I need on visits. In business every trip to anywhere for work supplies is important. This DG is probably the best one I use in the east region of the Dayton area.

You need to hire people to follow the truck around delivery.to put the supplies on the shelf cause it’s not getting done at the store . Two dates ago I was at the same store and the supplies are still in the delivery carts not on the shelf, people are taking what they want off the supply carts if they can get to them....the store is on Broad st Fairborn Ohio. I seen no one putting supplies on the shelf.

My father who will be 80 in February, was treated horribly by the staff and manager of this store.He is a senior citizen. Some people don't know that some seniors cannot hear or see like young folk. Cashier didn't have receipts ready in her register for credit card paymentsWhen my father got rung up and asked for receipt, cashier yelled at my father , "I told you!!" "I told you I couldn't give you a receipt!!"She then called up manager who did not bother to ask my Dad what had happened, told my Dad "you are going to have to leave the store". The cashier had left my Dad standing in bewilderment and confused about why was happening and had moved onto a new customer on another register. My Dad only replied "where is my receipt?"There was a line of people there who were watching. Apparently one said, "I heard her".But the fact remains My Father didn't hear her. For her to respond to him by yelling at him and then just leaving him standing there for the manager to come up tell himto leave the store is horrible.I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this store.I hope you don't treat other customers this way.

Good StoreStaff is normally greatStore is normally very cluttered, and hard to maneuver around in. Things all over the floors (appears it is due to lousy customers). But only one staff member - with no time to do all the jobs of the store.... This next part is for all dollar stores in the Miami valley - I've been in quite a few.Almost every Dollar store (Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree etc.. ) are like this. It's dealable though.◇ The clutter, and stuff on the floors (that customers have to move or stock themselves to shop) these things Are a fire hazard, and not at all handicapped accessible. Someone in a wheel chair could get in the door, and not able to shop because of the things I've already mentioned. Overall I still would shop there when needed.

Love this dollar general most of staff are awesome however there are a few that are a little rough around the edges and their customer service skills suffer due to it but they are still very professional and all around good people absolutely one of my faves

Watch the DG digital coupons, check your receipts, coupons not being applied or misrepresented. Clerk said i needed 35lb dog food for coupon to be apllied but they don't sell 35lb for dog on coupon, coupon stated 3lb or larger, coupon for shampoo stated one item but DG said i needed 2, coupon never mentioned 2, DG admitted errors but i'm sure it is whoever is programming the system.

My card information was stolen and used to buy things without consent forcing me to get a new card and dispute charges...this was the last place I was at before that happened. Stuck to my daily stores..never any issues and stopped here on a whim to get an air freshener for my car and now this. Maybe related, maybe not. Wouldnt risk it regardless.
