If I could give no stars , I would.Last time I came to pick up my medication in the drive through after waiting a half hour I was told I would be texted when it was ready, I never received a text and realized the pharmacist didn’t ask for my number. I then went back and was told to come back in thirty minutes; in sum I had to go three times to this pharmacy to pick up a single prescription that was supposed to be ready the first trip around.They have ridiculous phone wait times, and when I called them this month to make sure it would be ready, the lady on the phone told me “it will be ready at 2:45” and hung up immediately after. No goodbye or thank you and I didn’t even get to ask my follow up question. In addition to that my prescription was not ready that day at 2:45, it was ready the next day. This pharmacy would be better off not lying to customers and actually telling them the truth about their prescriptions.I had a very positive interaction with one worker, he had brown hair and glasses; super polite and told me an accurate time on my prescription pickup. Although with the overall negative experience I will be transferring pharmacies!

A text message came in for a time limited offer for a product that is difficult to find anywhere else. It is also pricey. The offer was “buy one, get the second 1/2 price + a $6 coupon to apply towards purchase. That saved me $19.50 on an eye care product I must use everyday. Checkout was easy. I appreciate it all.

Worse pharmacy I've been to. Techs are RUDE, the pharmacy in general is very disorganized. Several times I have called to get my prescription refilled, 4-6 days later it still hasn't been filled. If you need your prescription refilled, I suggest calling it in 2 weeks early. Then, when they do finally get it filled, you can then go and be treated like a burden by they techs as you stand at the register.

This CVS is dealing with shoplifting; many items are locked. This involves getting store personnel (who are already overwhelmed ) to unlock the glass enclosure. HOW ABOUT ARRESTING & PROSECUTING the CRIMINALS instead of inconveniencing and punishing law abiding shoppers???!!!

This pharmacy sucks. They hardly ever have the medication you need and are lazy and rude I would recommend going to a completely different pharmacy all together CVS is NOT what it used to be.

With all the negative reviews, and I've had my problems at CVS, I just have to say that Brian(pharmacist) is one of the best I've came across. Very knowledgeable, courteous and doesn't seem to get overwhelmed. Always gives great advice

Tried to pick my wife's prescription and was told it would be ready in half an hour. Asked to use restroom and was told they did not have a public restroom. I told my wife she needed to switch to Kroger. She said "I already did."

Had to change pharmacy do to having to go to pill pack per doctor request. Tried to transfer all medications to the new pharmacy. They refuse to transfer said they have already transfered all medications. The App says there is still scripts there and refuses to transfer them. Also if you need 1 prescription filled after a year they refuse to give you service...

Getting a prescription filled at this location is an absolute joke! Doesn't matter how urgent the medication is. They close early all the time and push out the wait time hours and days at a time. I understand it being the only CVS in the area, but surely there's gotta be a better way to run this location. I'm absolutely done with filling my prescriptions here.

Every one at this store is so nice and helpful, they have double the load because other CVS in town closed. I have seen them be crazy busy while waiting for a script but they still take the time to make sure you have information you need.

Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready. Even when picking up a day late. Drive through is always backed up. Pharmacist was a d!ck when I asked a question about their hours. Lol, I hate going to Walmart but their pharmacy blows this CVS away.

I’m a prescriber. I called to Check on why a diabetic med that I ordered wasn’t filled and they didn’t know. It was just an increase to a dose so it should have been simple. I was placed on hold multiple times for a girl to ask someone every question I was asking. Then, I spoke to a pharmacy manager named Devin and he could not tell me anything. Whether the insurance approved it, whether the patient picked it up. He said they put it back after 14 days and he couldn’t tell me if they put it back either. It didn’t matter because I had only ordered it 12 days ago. The patient decided to change pharmacy all together to Kroger. Devin had no interest at all in trying to help me to help the patient. He was interrupting me the entire time to answer things that made no sense. What a waste.

My son was very sick, our regular pharmacy was already close so they sent his stuff to CVS. I stop using them about 3 years ago for poor service. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. The staff was great. I will be coming back.

Devin Rogers the pharmacy manager is incompetent, negligent, has filled prescriptions incorrectly. Then offers no admission of his mistake and refuses an apology. In addition, he is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. He will interrupt you, raise his voice, and absolutely cannot handle a woman standing up to him. I have made a complaint through CVS and will be filing a complaint with the Pharmacy Board. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Recently started using this location because I moved and every time I come to get my prescriptions there is always one that’s not ready. I’m always told 15 minutes. So I started calling before going to CVS to pick it up because you can’t assume with the workers who work at this location that they have done their job. It’s to the point to where I’ve almost missed a flight. Can’t wait til I don’t have to go here anymore. When you live in Yellowsprings you don’t have many options unfortunately. I suggest to go to Kroger or Walgreens. I would definitely be changing pharmacies if I weren’t moving.

Horrible customer service. I was sent to a whole other city for prescriptions for my child was told they have it to go all the way out there and them not have any. So then come back to fairborn location to let them know they sent me out there for no reason just a waste of time. No apologies just rude horrible service.

I am a life-long CVS customer, even when I lived in a different state. But since moving back to Fairborn and using this CVS, I'll be switching to another pharmacy. Every month, my husband and I get text messages letting us know our prescriptions are ready. When we go to pick them up, we are told they actually are NOT ready, that it will be a 20-30 minute wait. Yesterday, I left my doctor's office and they sent over two new prescriptions. When I got to the store, they said it would be a 30 minute wait. I asked about coming later to pick up and the pharmacy tech told me that if i wasn't waiting in store, it would be at least 7 days before they could fill the prescription! I said fine, I would wait. And I waited. OVER AN HOUR. When they finally called my name, they told me that the prescription I had just waited an hour for wasn't in stock. They couldn't have told me that at the beginning? This place has gone completely downhill and we are transferring all of our scripts today to a different chain. Don't go to this store unless you don't care when you get your prescriptions, have all the time in the world to wait, and don't mind being jerked around.

terrible pharmacy, never have my medicine in stock mutiple months in a row i’ve had to deal with this. the people working are always so rude and act like your a burden. Would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy shut clear

Each month I have a prescription that I have to get filled. I call my doctors office at least a week before the prescription needs to be filled that way the pharmacy has the request and can have it filled on time. Each month I call to make sure they have my prescription ready and they do not. They tell me they need to order it every time. So now I have to go two days without the prescription that was sent to them a week ago because it will not be in till Monday. It would be different if my doctors office just called it in, I can understand that. However, if they are given that much time they should have ordered it already.

I have never waited for something so long. No matter the time or day we go we always have to wait. The female pharmacist is ALWAYS extremely rude and constantly will try to blame the doctors for any issues. She blamed our family doctor for CVS being out of a product. All of the techs are just as rude. I don’t understand how a great employee and willing to help extremely or answer any question got stuck at such a sad and pitiful establishment. This last time I went to pick up a new medicine for my 3 year old. I was not offered to ask the pharmacist any questions, I wasn’t asked at all if I had questions, the lady just said here you go and shut the window. HORRIBLE. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

I ordered some prints here for my husband’s birthday present and it was pretty easy. I ordered online from the comfort of my living room and picked them up a few hours later. There were two people working the front register and I was greeted and asked if I needed help within a few minutes. My order was ready and I paid there (rather than in advance).They actually just sent me a coupon for 25% off my next order. And it just so happens I need a few more prints for my mother-in-law, so I will take them up on it. Convenient location and friendly people is hard to beat.

Called and asked if they carried a 3-hole punch, they did, she told me the price is 5 and so change, I’m like cool. I make my way to the store and do my shopping, then I get up there to be checked out the hole punch and vanilla ice cream, the hole punch is scanned, comes up as 12.49, I ask why it’s that price and was told probably because or the buy one get one 50% off, well even then half of 12.50 is 6.25 so that math is wonderful. I am a regular customer there and love the place, but that upset me.

I have shopped at this CVS location for years and NEVER had an issue! Today, I had a horrible experience! I went to fill my prescription like I always do (or did) here and looked around while I waited. Between the 2 ladies working in the store, they asked if I needed help at least 5 times (no exaggeration) within the 20 minutes I was there. I thought that was a bit much, but no big deal. I had my 4 & 2 year Olds with me and they began to get somewhat impatient while we were waiting so I took them to look around and found an item I liked and took it with us back to the pharmacy when they called my name. Anyways, I checked the time and knew I had to get my son to preschool soon so I decided to put the item back on the shelf after getting my prescription. As I went yo leave, the same women who was had ask me 2 or 3 times if I "needed any help" stopped me before I even got to the door and asked if I was ready to check out. I proceeded to tell her I had already done so at the pharmacy. Then she told me that she had saw me pick up several items and put them in my bag and that I was on camera doing so. I let her know that wasn't true and she then threatened to call the police if I didn't let her search my bag. I let her search only to find nothing. After falsely accusing me in front of my children and everyone else in the store of stealing and making me late to get my son to school, just to prove she was wrong! Needless to saw, I won't be back to shop there and I will be following up with my attorney!

Employee was extremely rude, at 6pm he told me they were getting ready to close at 9pm and didn’t have time to help me try to find my prescribed medicine for my sick toddler. Never use this store. It is trashed inside and out!!

I ordered a print through the Kodak machine. I called to see if it had arrived...apparently this is TOP SECRET information and only a manager can check to see if it has arrived. This is Thursday and there will be NO MANAGER in the store until Saturday. Awesome. How are you running the store with no manager?!
