Wonderful and very friendly staff. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our sweet old lady dog for a full bath and groom and she looked AMAZING! We were turned away from PetSmart after a few years because she cannot stand for long to be shaved down. We contacted Beyond the Paw Resort and Spaw and they booked her an appointment - no hesitation. I let them know that we were not looking for perfection, but simply need her to be comfortable (long hair and she gets hot easily). Upon pickup from our first session she looked even better than we could imagine! Wonderful cut, so soft and smelled amazing. So many kudos to the staff. They let her take breaks and took their time with her.We also have a new puppy that is unsure with new people. We walked him in and his groomer right away worked to connect and build trust. His groom went so well! Looking forward to a lasting relationship with his groomer and our pup.Call and book with this location. You will have a wonderful experience.

We were extremely satisfied with The service we were provided. The owners are fantastic. Their staff was great. Our Persian cat Toby had a good experience being groomed. They did a fantastic job getting all the mats out of his fur. I would highly recommend them and we will be coming back. Thank you for taking great care of our Toby.

Beyond the paw did an amazing job on my sweet, Shih tzu, Alfie! He unfortunately had tangles and mats when I brought him in! They not only detangled him, but also got the mats out! He’s now so soft and fluffy! He also smells great and got a little Easter bandanna! I thought that was such a cute touch! I must add that everyone I met was very kind! They gave me tips on how to take care of his hair and what brushes work best! They were all very informative! They truly, do go beyond! I’ll definitely be back again! Ps. Alfie didn’t take long getting his rubber bands out so I added my own! They did a much better job than what’s pictured! lol.

This is hands down the best dog boarding facility I’ve ever taken my pup to. They’re super accommodating and all of the staff is amazing and are so awesome to my pup! They’re super affordable too and offer different treats to keep your dogs comfortable and happy during their stay:)

Be very careful dealing with this company!!! They had injured my dog during a recent visit and I had to have surgery on his leg costing me over $1500. They would not take responsibility for their actions claiming that my dog was injured beforehand. They couldn’t or wouldn’t explain how they injured my pet and also wouldn’t share footage from our visit. I was given the runaround and lied to, I have footage from my home security showing no issues with my pet before our visit only upon our return. I would recommend finding another groomer for your pets or you may find yourself in the same situation. They also claim to carry insurance but will not share that information for claims.

Took my dog there TWO DAYS ago. His nails were not even whatsoever and the quicks on multiple nails were severely cut into. I’ve taken my dog here many times and always been satisfied with PetSpired, but not so sure about the new ownership. I called saying I was unhappy and maybe suggested a possible refund. All I got was “I’m sorry you are unhappy but if he has been here before, this is how it has always been.” Make sure to double check your dogs nails before you leave. The information they tried to provide me about the “resetting of quicks,” will be proven wrong with a quick google search. Taking business elsewhere. Totally unprofessional people and responses.

I’ve never been more impressed than I am with these ladies. They absolutely love dogs and cats and they do an absolute amazing job at grooming. I drive 40 minutes each way and it’s 100% worth it. My dogs deserve the best, so they get it at Beyond the Paw! ❤️

Awesome experience! Last minute party required a last minute request for a dog AND cat grooming. They were able to get me in next day and the following; which is usually unheard of. I had high hopes for this place but they were dashed within 24 hours. I took a Sr fur baby in for a wash and trim, was told he would be done quickly due to health issues, didn't happen, got him 3 hours later. He looked ok when we left but the next day, AWFUL!! The facial area has uneven cuts, the legs look like baggy pants. I know he can be nervous and not stand still but I did offer to help out but was turned down. It was our first and definitely last time, VERY disappointed!

I took my Havanese puppy in to be groomed for the first time, everyone was so nice and professional!! They did an amazing job with her, she looked beautiful and smelled wonderful, they treated her just like she was one of their own!! Highly recommend Beyond the Paw!!!

The girl that checked me in, very nice BUT I was told my Sr. baby would be done first due to health issues... Didn't happen. The day of appointment, he looked good BUT when he woke up the next day... AWFUL!! We found places that were not trimmed evenly. I mean, areas that looked like they cut with dull shears. His legs looked huge and untrimmed. I mean I know he can be skittish but I offered to help anyway possible but was turned down. We had high hopes but in the end VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Absolutely amazing. If I could rate 10 stats I would. Peggy and Ken treated our dogs and cat like their own. My animals usually are terrified after the groomer. They loved every minute of it. Very professional and the grooms were amazing! They go above and beyond. Our animals stayed smelling good for over 10 days. They get compliments on our walks all the time. I can't wait to return.

Beyond Paws took care of our beloved German shepherd Mamba. We had never left her in a kennel before but I would highly recommend them to anyone. After 3 days away we pick her up and they had done an amazing job with her she was even more calmer than we remember her being.they even had a training session with their trainer Peggy so is exceptional a true dog whisperer. Highly recommended truly a 5 star experience and a top notch establishment very clean and the owners are so friendly and so full of information that they shared with us . Mamba will surely be coming back here again .

I've been taking my two pups, a Silky Terrier and a rescue, to Pawlished since they first opened and I love that all the groomers are knowledgeable and take care of both Izzy and Nala. The ladies at Beyond the Paw go so far above and beyond what I could have expected. They took the time to let my anti-social dog get acclimated (over several weeks of doggy daycare) to them and the shop instead of just forcing a traumatic grooming experience like other places would have. They've given me advice on how to make it an easier experience for my girl and I plan to take that same advice when I start taking my 2nd (also anti-social) dog into them.HIGHLY recommend taking your fur babies into these lovely folks. This place has really grown in the last 10 months and is offering new services that have been wanted/needed for a while. The remodel looks great and you can tell how much hard work has went into cleaning this place up. The staff is awesome and do such a good job at what they do, for customer service to the results of their grooms. Not to mention the love they give to each and every dog that comes in! So happy we found a place my ANXIOUS girl feels comfortable at!
