I picked up a prescription on 4/1/22 at the drive thru window. The employee who assisted me seemed pleasant. However, when I checked the items inside the envelope, she had stapled my rewards card to the envelope. Whoever is in charge- please remind your staff to handle your customers property with care. I went to this pharmacy after my dental surgery and they claimed they had not received my prescription. I called the dentist in front of them so they could get a verbal and was told to come back in 30 min. I did return only to be told to come back again after all three of the staff took lunch…even after I explained to them my pain medicine was going to wear off. Worst pharmacy I have been to in my life.

Terrible pharmacy customer service. I was standing in line while the pharmacist stayed on the phone chatting about her sore throat, and when I looked for acknowledgement she walked away and continued her conversation. She never came to help me and I walked away. Whoever is managing this place is doing a terrible job, no reason employees should even feel they can get away with stuff like this.and from the reviews this has been going on for a while. If you have an option go elsewhere. I usually have a great experience at other Walgreens. I know everyone is worried about covid but she was clearly sick, spreading disease and she’s the one dealing with people who are already sick themselves. Gross and unprofessional. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost, it’s not safe or worth you spending your money at.

The worst customer service ever! The associate watch me walking to the store. Then decided to go stock shelves. I knew exactly what I wanted so I went straight to the Isle grabs my couple of items and headed for the register. There was another customer waiting she was on her phone and upset that there was no one at the counter. I had to go and find the lady and tell her that we were ready to leave. After she checked out the lady in front of me oh, she then proceeded to count out her drawer as if my time was not important. It's a decent store, I've been here before but they need to hire new Associates. 10/7 8:25am

Tried to drop of a package for FedEx to pick up... the 2 lazy women in the department couldn't even give me some tape to tape the label down..said we only scan that's it...lazy...never will I do business here again...07/13/2022 at 11:13amDo better

THIS WALGREENS, I DON'T SUGGEST PEOPLE TO USE, THE STAFF IS RUDE AND DON'T DO THEIR JOB, THEY HASSLE CUSTOMERS, AND SAY BIAS THING TO YOU IN THE PHARMACY, AS WELL AS STAFF CONCERNING ONE'S MEDICATION. LIGHT SKIN GIRL WITH THE HAT ON IS A PROBLEM EVERY TIME I COME TO YOUR PHARMACY AS WELL AS DORTHEA. HARASSMENT MUST STOP BY YOUR STAFF.

The Staff in this pharmacy is horrible, I don't understand how they let another pharmacy transfer my whole profile without even calling me to verify that was my decision when it was technically only one prescription that was supposed to be transferred. Now they're telling me that I cannot transfer back... And They Are RUDE

The cashiers are extremely unprofessional they swear and talk extremely loud as if they are trying to involve customers in the dramas of work. I should not know who gets along and who doesn’t while customers are unattended to…..If you can go to a different location, go! I do not recommend.
