On Jan 10, 2024, we had a wind storm, so our power went out. When the light came on, I still had no internet, and part of my house didn't come back on. Eventually, I went to check the panel box, and yes, breakers were out. This one red breaker wouldn't reset (off/on), so I YouTubed it. I took a picture of the breaker, drove to Home Depot, and saw this beautiful young lady working in the electrical isle. Now, all the breakers looked alike to me, so I stood there acting like I knew what I was doing (men). So she started walking towards me, and this sweet voice said "are you finding what you're looking for, I'd be glad to help?" Embarrassed, my inner voice said "naw I got it". Then something happened and "please, cause I don't know what the hell I'm looking for". She took my phone, zoomed in on the photo, and went straight to the breaker I needed. She said you need a 20amp Seimens, and this should work. I brought it home, changed it out, and I was back in the game!!! I'd like to thank Arissa for being professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, for just being there. With help like that, I'll definitely be back. Bless Her Heart!

This is a horrible store! They don’t deserve no stars! They rented me a broke tool and had the audacity to get mad because I wanted my money back. The tall white manager was getting smart and tough and followed me out to my car! I’d it wasn’t for Euclid police, I would have dropped that man where he stood! I felt harassed and bamboozled! Now I have to spend more money on another tool at another store! Neveeerrrrrr shop here! Racist also

This is by far the worst Home Depot ever incorporated in America. Both employees I interacted with were miserable human beings. If you don’t want to work then don’t. If you are working then act like you want to at the very minimum be polite. Garbage Home Depot unfortunately will have to drive further for a different one.

By far the worst home depot, customer service wise. The store maintains all of the products that the other store have for the most part but when it comes to the customer experience.... it's the pits. There are never enough cashiers, the ones who are open, don't have their lights on and make snide remarks about customers waiting in the other long lines. I overheard one cashier saying to another, "I just wanted to see how long they would wait". The other cashier laughed and it really is sad and frustrating. I'm going to just go next door to the DrugMart at this point. They pretty much have everything I need anyway, without the hassle of lazy cashiers.

I went in Saturday evening and one young cashier had 4 customers and older lady had one with light off, I asked her if she's closing because her light was off, she gave me a snide remark so I went to younger lady and she was kind and helpful, she asked if I'd do survey and Google had 6 choices...I clicked on 5 and couldn't do survey...her name was Karen and she was a good worker

Ghetto cashiers! Its always us that have to act ignorant. Very sick and tired of it. Being rude with no reason really gets to me because I could see if I was disrespectful but just have an attitude because I got in your check out line is insane. Everyone doesn’t deserve this type of treatment.

I frequent this place and have to say, I wish they had more people staffed at registers. The self checkouts help keep lines down but sometimes a human does help. Customer service is typically good here, in my opinion. I just need to know what to ask and learn faster.

I really enjoy browsing Home Depot's aisles. However, I am amazed at the lack customer service, even plain old courtesy displayed by a good number of Home Depot associates at this location yesterday. It appeared to be stocking day and/ or price changing day as there were associates all over the store. The first I saw upon entering the store were two cashier's standing at their registers/stations in the garden department, about 10 to 15 feet apart. I entered the door and followed the aisle between them offering a smile and a friendly nod. They continued their conversation with one another across the aisle completely ignoring me. As I attempted to shop the household cleaning aisle there were two employees blocking it with just themselves and a small utility cart on wheels. They saw me attempting to look for items in the aisle and trying to maneuver my cart down the aisle but fell short of even the slightest acknowledgement or effort to move themselves or their cart so that I could pass. Out of the numerous other employees I passed by on my trip, from one end of the store to the other, only one asked if I needed help. No others acknowledged me in any way.Finally, when I had to ask an employee for help at one point, she was able to summon a gentleman to locate an item for me. He seemed polite and knowledgeable and was able to point out the item for me.The saving grace, and only reason for a three star review rather than 2, was my interaction with Kathryn in the Garden department. I had already checked out and, on my way to the car, stopped to ask her a question about one of the plants on clearance. I was thrilled that she was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and so willing to answer additional questions from this novice gardener. Thank you, Kathryn! You rate a 5+. I hope to run into you again someday!

Previously, I was consistently accused of stealing and prejudged by a handful of employees at this location. As a legitimate business owner, this becomes excessively annoying very quickly.Over the last year, the young men working at the paint counter became very personable with me, and Terry is always a great help!There is a lady at the Pro Services counter that knows my face now and has even remembered a client of mine before.My experience at this location has greatly improved.

I wanna give a shout out George in plumbing he was very helpful and made sure us contractors had what we needed. I never had help from a Home Depot employee like the way he did because he went above and beyond.

Bought this snowblower 2 years ago. Used about 10 times. A belt broke so I proceeded to file a claim through my extended warranty. After being on hold for an hour was told I have to speak with Home depot. Even though Home depot referred me to them. So I put in it Home Depot's repair center. Called the warranty company again and they assured me I would be fine. Go to check on my snowblower and find out it's not covered, it is maintenance that I supposed to do. I'm not a mechanic so removing a belt off the engine is beyond my capability. In a nutshell even though I have a warranty this will cost me$100.00 dollars. $499.00 for blower,$75.00 for warranty after tax a little over $600.00 dollars and now another$100.00.SO WHAT'S THE WARRANTY FOR!!!

So I go to the euclid Home depot to schedule to pick carpet and to schedule a carpet installation for my building and 2 different very rude associates said I just had to wait and stand there until the person that was supposed to be at the installation desk decided to come back. No let me see how I can help you. No let me try to find that person for you. No hey let me get your info for them to contact you. Just stand here and wait then they walk off. Maybe our PRO account should be with Lowes.

We ordered a $1000 dryer on 6/4 for deliver on 6/8. On 6/8 the delivery driver stated it would not fit, even though we were replacing the same exact size dryer. They reported that the doorway was too small. I called that same day and customer service asked me to measure my doorway to be sure it was 29”. It was in fact 32”. (Standard doorway size) the customer service rep I spoke with confirmed redelivery for the following Monday. 3 days later I receive an email stating the order was cancelled. I call customer service again, I’m reassured the item is scheduled for delivery on Monday. Hours later I receive a call stating the order was cancelled completely. I spent another hour on the phone trying to figure out what the heck happened and why am I still without a dryer? No one could seem to answer that, just offered me to reorder and reschedule. I spent 30 minutes with one rep asking for a manager. DO NOT COME HERE. TAKE THE EXTRA TIME AND GO TO LOWES OR ANYWHERE ELSE. These ppl don’t care about our business. We’re having to close our credit card and start completely over somewhere else after a week and of this circus.

One of the worst diy stores around. Shotty stock. Everything is on lockdown. Employees are rude and uneducated. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. If you have to go there be prepared, the managers name is Joel.

The customer service is horrendous as well as the returns department. I attempted to return over $300 worth of miscellaneous parts and pieces that were all legitimately documented on my pro rewards account. The young lady said it was denied. I left over $300 worth of returns And exited the store. Home Depot on 200 Street is a ghetto store unfortunately now. I felt like I was being prosecuted the whole time. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot. Even as of today I spent $600. They need to really change their systems. I will be trying my best to stay out of Home Depot for a while.

I really like that you can make your own keys and obviously they have everything for your home improvement needs... However, good luck finding it lol. I also hate that half the time they only have a few registers open and now even at the self-checkout they have somebody helping you which makes zero sense to me.
