I never buy there meat!! Disgusting! You can just look at the meat an tell its not good quality! I also heard they don't have a licensed butcher! They always have expired items on the shelf as if people don't look? Well I do! I also purchased a dijourno pizza and it was on sale was still charged regular price! If you ask me this place is not safe for human consumption! Also they are way overpriced!!! Thank me later! Travel for better quality and prices!

I am a customer I feel like they have Some good prices and it's convenient What I don't like there is a man that works there that's a manager I believe the hot tamales Truck was outside Selling their food like They been doing for years and he came outside telling them that he own the whole Area and that they wasn't allowed to sale in front of his store In also he called the police on them and Tried to take a picture of our license plate so i took a picture of him hes crazy and I was just grocery shopping, packing my groceries and putting them in the car I had nothing to do with that But far as shopping there it's a good store He is a liability and a downfall

Spoiled juice and milk, not to forget the meats. Please don’t shop here this place has many health violations with the cdc. Make the travel and they’re over priced, companies put Grocery higher in urban neighborhoods to make sure we as people stay down. I hope they get it together and just throw old food away

The store has pretty good prices but the customer service of the managers are unacceptable, treating customers as if they are disposable! Quickest way to lose clientele is to treat them like their business doesn't make you! I believe the management needs Customer Service Training! The staff (the young ladies on the register's) are very sweet and very pleasant love their happy spirits!

Bought 2 bags of George’s wing dings and got home and opened them and they were frostbit. Called the store to let them know and was told no refunds or exchanges because of covid. So I’m out of $30+ dollars. Don’t understand why I couldn’t get my money back for frostbit wings that had to go to the trash. Smh. They will not get my business again and the manager’s customer service was awful. Only go there for A forgotten ingredient for dinner, NOT MEATS AND PRODUCE!

A GREAT neighborhood grocery store, have some cheap items. At one time I gave this place 5 stars however in the last three months I have been meet with rudeness from some guy that the cashiers call on for price check, the problem is he don't even go and check the price. If you have an item price on sale then give it for the sales price, I'm not trying to get over on you for 40 cents when I'm spending 20 plus already. This has happened more times than I care for. I get some people don't have the means to travel to other stores however I don't have this problem I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Be cautious when purchasing from this store their system is rigged to double charge and also I'm very disappointed I have purchased a half a gallon of Borden's chocolate milk and it was completely spoiled and I frequently shop at and I'm very unsatisfied

Some great deals on meat. Keep an eye on the advertisements. There's always something. I got 20 pounds of chicken thighs, 19 bucks. Did them in the smoker. Delicious. Got ribs buck 98 a pound. Also excellent. This week there is steaks on sale. I'll be there.

Nice, clean, we'll stocked and we'll organized. Meat prices are GREAT! People are pleasant and courteous. It's great to have a grocery store nearby to compete with Giant Eagle. Get a Redbook and a Plain Dealer distribution and I'll go no where else!

Simon's is very convenient for me to go to. The meats are fresh and the store is clean. The staff is friendly and the selection of food rivals that of neighboring supermarkets. I wish they had yogurt on sale and kept a supply of Almond milk on hand as well as the Black walnut ice cream but other than those 3 things I love the location and the atmosphere of the store. I give it 4 stars because I have to go to the other stores for my almond milk and yogurt.

The market is clean, well stocked and orderly. The clerks were courteous and helpful aside from the one bad apple in the meat department. Overall a good rating and competitive pricing is an advantage.

This is an excellent, very clean store with great prices and deals on produce, meats, and dry goods. I appreciate that they share their ads online on their Facebook page so you can get some info before you go to the store. They are also great supporters of their local community!

I really like this store because it has all the ingredients I need for my cutural ethnic meals I love to prepare.The employees are always nice! The store is very clean. However, some things are really pricey in comparison to Walmart but, they have unique items that Walmart, save a lot or Aldi wouldn't have.

I've supported simons every morning after dropping my daughter off at school. Today, while searching for chicken, I saw a 16 piece for a little under 9 dollars. I chose this because i knew i could mathematically give my family 4 pieces with dinner. When i prepped my dinner i noticed there were only 11 pieces;which wouldn't have been a problem if i hadn't thought i was purchasing 16. I Went back to the store only to be told I'm being charged per pound not by piece. I replied i would understand that if the product was labeled as such. In conclusion,after being talked to as if my dollar doesn't matter and I'm incapable of understanding elementary math, I will no longer patronize their store.

Fresh fruit and vegetables. Bargains Bargains Bargains. Nice StaffI have noticed over time customer service from management have been rude and the fresh vegetables quality have went down. I only shop their for small items. I'll hustle to meat markets and Sam's Club for the bulk of my items.It's a shame when stores treat their customers poorly but will quickly take their money. I don't spend a lot of money their anymore.

This store caters to minorities and a lot shelf food and meat overpriced and expired. You think it’s a deal but it’s a masterpiece of deception.They know the tricks of the trade because they think we overlook things. They know how to preserve products for a sell politics and MONEY. God BLESS.

Store was well lit and clean, I went about an hour before closing, shelves were stocked, meat look great, veggies looked good, prices were moderate. Only draw back, you can't take cart to car.

It is nice to have a supermarket near by my house and I'm sure it is especially appreciated by the folks who live within a mile of Simon's on Euclid Avenue in the apartment buildings who may have limited access to a car. While I can never find 2 liters of diet Coke or diet Dr. Pepper, I guess the majority of shoppers don't drink diet so Simon's doesn't carry it, which is a bummer, as I especially like popping in to this grocer when I just need a few things such as for an impromptu cookout when all you need are some hamburger buns, some chips, a few fresh veggies to toss on the grill... and a 2 liter of diet Coke. But oh well.Their meat department is excellent and during the seasons you can grill or smoke meats, I go to Simon's for a lot of my buys as their butchers do a good variety and styles of cuts that you just don'tsee at a big chain supermarkets. Good cuts of beef, chicken, and fish at a very competitive price.All in all, Simon's is an asset to the neighborhood and I am glad they are here!

I use to work there and I LOVE THE STORE AND THE PEOPLE. I worked in the deli and meat departments and while it has changed the model is still the same. Fresh and clean the meat is great I buy it all the time. SO SAD FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE HAD PROBLEMS. I'm postive the owner will have no issues with helping instead of bad mouths out here down grading is NAME AND STORE. SO with that being said KEEP IT UP SIMONS I salute you all. 😀😁👌

decent prices, nice hours but do NOT buy the meat! The meat looks good but it is spoiled and this has happened with the hamburger meat, chicken wings, chicken breast, and as of today the sausage! UGH!
