Store prices are getting higher. Sometimes it's a little expensive. I do like the prices on the produce though. The cashiers are very polite and knowledgeable regarding helping at finding items. The associates keep the store very clean which makes shopping more inviting.

Just your regular save a lot nothing special. But is better than other save alot stores I've been to in Cleveland. Looks more cleaner than the other stores and better stocked. But it is rat infested there is mice droppings all through the shelves and under dead mice stuck on the glue traps and be careful when you buy the meat

Convenient location. Now this store sucks. They never have any of the items in their circular any more. I am so disappointed in this store. It doesn't even have emergency essentials, such as bottled water. Overall this is the worst place to shop. Zero O stars...👎👎👎👎🛑📢📢

A little bit of eye contact goes a long way. The staff here is so disconnected to the patrons it is sad.UPDATE:As a regular customer I think it is important to say that things have improved. The line moves quickly, other customers are considerate to each other and someone always comes to help ring customers up if the line is too long.Sometimes they are understaffed but that is mostly everywhere now.

I recently went to this Save a Lot location on Friday.01/13/23 When I walked in the produce section where the tomatoes are were infested with fruit flies. There was one tomato in particular that had over 100 fruit flies on it. Disgusting.

I bought a 10 pound pack of pork chops when I got home and started dividing it up for the freezer the meat was spoiled.They keep changing things around. So if you trying to be in and out to catch a bus you may miss the bus.The staff is real nice though and the store is pretty clean.

Prices and organization are good. Customer service is lacking. Employees sent me in the wrong direction or when speaking to them looked at me with a cold empty look on their face. I get you don't want to be there, I've been there. Doesn't exactly make you feel welcome.

They have a better selection of fresh veggies. The meat is not always safe to buy (pork chops) customer service needs improvement. Staff talks about and puts down a child because of the way she looks. The child wasn't stealing or being rude or disrespectful just shopping. I felt bad for the girl because a grown woman was talking and picking on her like a bully would do in a school. Damn shame.

Not as good a selection as bigger grocers, but very good prices, and quick check out.Also has an Amazon Locker location so you can pickup your Amazon order as you get your groceries!

Seriously, and they're adding low sodium, low fat items as well now, so you can shop on a budget and get good food. I have to make a trip to Giant Eagle every now and again for something Save A Lot won't carry, but it's never much. Spices, canned salmon, lots of good things here.I'm thankful there's a Save A Lot just down the road from my house. It saves me a lot of cash!

Poor and often overpriced until near expiration meat and produce selection but there is nothing for them in the area to compete with. They have this area hostage and it shows by the low effort and narrow selection but hey its there and you won't die.

Weird changes are going on in Save a Lot. They're not stocking muffins anymore, I can no longer get Tia Santi coffee there, and it looks like they will no longer be stocking instant coffee period! Even the bakery cookies are hard to find. I'm most disappointed.

Friendly employees, a great bargain on everything, well stocked, clean. In and out quickly. Carts always available. Parking lot is free of carts and ample parking.

I love Save-A-Lot, the prices are EXCELLENT, on a fixed income, quality is good, the aisles are easy (not cluttered) and lit(bright) throughout the entire store. Displays are EXCELLENT, everything is easy to find!!Love this store!!!

Quick shopping, large variety of food selections, fresh selections on Wednesdays, great prices. But, stopped going to this location. Shady guys always hanging outside. Store used to have Security.

Love this store, went in with a list & got way more than intended AND still stayed within budget. And the staff is so nice! I'll be coming back more often, hadn't been in a while. :)

I was shopping and had a cart full of stuff when a giant rat ran across the floor needless to say I said forget getting my quarter back and left the cart full of food right where it was at. I told staff there was a rat running around and they didn't even seem surprised smh I will not be shopping at save a lot anymore

A lady with a short hair cut that look like a man always trying to my fun of somebody with a food stamp card,have a smart mouth,and always trying to keep your change or try to gave you less of your change.she dont need to work here no more.you dont treat your customers like that at all.something needs to be done.

Produce can be a bit better, cleaner around the produce mangoes look spoiled not a good look. Shopping carts are often scarse

I can't really complain, it's a clean store, and it pretty much have food, mostly anyways, it is better then that store that's past 260th I like the price at save-alot.
