Took my dog to get groomed and the groomer said that they can’t do it because of the mats. I have a very long haired dog and keep his hair long during the winter. The female groomer was very rude to my wife and insinuated that we were bad pet owners. My wife told her the situation and she continued to berate my wife as if she had done something wrong. She even called my wife a liar straight to her face. Very unprofessional. Will never take our fur babies to a Petsmart ever again. I would like to know the groomers name. I am beyond myself. Never been treated like this at any other location.

1 star only because of the greeter. So many ppl walked in before us and the BLK greeter greeted everyone 1 by 1 no one said a thing but that didn't change his attitude. He kept greeting folks. The floor workers did not offer any help. I was in there for 10 mins walking up and down isles and when I finally asked the lady by the fish for help she acted as if she had an attitude. So I won't be returning

I had an excellent experience here. I almost never go to a pet store and had no idea what to do. I’ve never had a pet in my life and I promised my daughter to get her a fish tank and a fish for her birthday. So we watch some videos on YouTube and then we came to Petsmart to learn more about the whole process. The sales associate, her name was Parker, she was outstanding and super helpful and spent a lot of time with us and explained what type of fish would be good for us how much space they would need what kind of fish tank to buy and she helped us pick all the accessories as well. We are now at the point where we’ve set up everything and need to go back to Petsmart and test the water and then by the fish which is very exciting. I’m gonna make sure we go back when Parker is there so she can help us. Pic of our fish task attached :) not too shabby!

This location is absolutely phenomenal! They love my dog Bruce Wayne and he loves them. They are warm, kind and knowledgeable. This is our new favorite location and we'll absolutely be bark! Lol I mean back 🤣 😂 😅 🤪 🐕 🐕‍

We have been taking our dog for grooming/haircuts at South Euclid Petsmart for almost three years. He is so well-taken care of and loved, and he always comes out looking great!

The store is nice but anytime I take my dog here to get groomed and she always acts so scared to the point where she pees in the lobby.I took her to a different petsmart grooming and she had no problem. Idk how they handle their animals getting groomed but if my dog is terrified to set into this store than it’s probably bad.(To note at the other petsmart we went to she had no issues Or accidents)

Hit or miss. I own a cat, and dog.PetSmart is the only store that carries my dog’s mixers.. not Petco, Walmart, Meijer, Kroger, Giant Eagle, etc.They are slightly cheaper, with dry dog food, however it is much more expensive, for my cat’s wet/dry food, and I go elsewhere.They have the XL, heavy duty, cat litter boxes, which I prefer.And of course, with the rewards, the more you spend, the more points to redeem. If you spend lots, you save lots.

The store is very clean and well stocked, but my issue lies with the lack of knowledge the employees have about the husbandry of the animals they're selling.In their tarantula's enclosure, they put a sponge in the water dish which will not only prevent the tarantula from drinking water, but also attract bacteria and mold that could harm the tarantula.When I told one of the employees about my concerns, she stated that it was for the safety of the tarantula and at the time I took what she said as sensible. However, I googled it later on and discovered that tarantulas cannot drown unless they're being forcibly submerged under the water for extended periods of time which they're not in danger of in an enclosure short of a freakish accident.If they don't know something that I learned after just two seconds of research, then it's not a stretch to assume that they don't know about more complex husbandry practices such as cycling a tank for fish, providing a temperature gradient for reptiles, or monitoring and adjusting humidity and shouldn't be advising people on animal care or taking care of animals.

The manager on duty was extremely rude and unhelpful. She berated the cashier during what seemed to be a very involved return of another customers product.We were interested in purchasing a guinea pig, and asked if we would see and hold the guinea pig. She refused, and told us that the only time they are to be out of the cage, is when you have already purchased the animal, and it is leaving the store. ( We had every intention of purchasing one, but wanted to hold it and make sure it was healthy.)There was a price issue with a product on sale. The manager stomped to the aisle.... And then came back to the cashier, and yelled, "even though the customer can't read, give them the sale price." I was appalled at her statement.We have decided to NEVER shop at any PetSmart locations, and due to the fact that we work closely with animal rescues, we have also spread the word of the horrible service.I will drive out of my way to go to Pet Supplies Plus!!!!!

Best first haircut ever thanks to Claire from Petsmart, in South Euclid, Ohio! Claire always goes above and beyond for my girls, Dallas and Millie, even when they come in all matted and tangled! This was Dallas’ first haircut, and Claire did exactly what I asked her to! Also, booking with Petsmart is also super convenient and easy - you can do it online and they have great availability as well. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Claire!!!! I will never ever, ever, ever take my dog here for grooming services again, terrible experience. I was very clear on what I wanted for my dog and the groomer did not follow those wishes, my dog's hair was completely cut off and that's not what I asked for. On top of not giving what I asked for, the groomer had a disposition that he did not care that I was unhappy with the results, my dog was even unhappy. I was told that I would get a refund however management never followed through with getting my refund after multiple emails they stopped corresponding...overall It was just a terrible experience!!!!!!

RUDE STAFF!! We were visiting Cleveland from out of town, my husband and I, our 4 year old son, and our dog. Our son likes to visit Petsmart in our hometown and other cities while traveling to look at the hamsters and fish, so we decided it could be a fun outing. We were in the store for about 15 minutes, our son got to look at the fish and animals for a bit and we bought something for our dog. While loading our dog into our car, a fellow customer started a conversation with us and during that exchange we found out that all of the employees at Petsmart were talking about us, apparently wondering why we were spending "so much time" in the store. We couldn't even believe it!! Not only that fact that they were all talking about us, but that they had a problem with us spending time in their store!! We have never had anything like this happen to us in any other state.What is so unusual about this scenario? Very unwelcoming experience!!

I walked into the grooming department with my new puppy to ask about pricing. This poor dog in the back was being groomed by a younger guy and pulling the dogs leg back so far. He was yelping like he was being hurt.. and it happened 3 times while I was standing there. The girl who was explaining the pricing just kept talking over it like it didn’t matter. The guy grooming the poor dog was so frustrated and god only knows what he would’ve done if I wasn’t standing there. I’ll NEVER get my puppy groomed there.
