Awesome place. New. Great for everyday pet stuff and a bathing station for your stinky dog. Ergonomically correct! Just bring your shampoo and brush; they supply towels and treats.

Nice variety of things that my dog likes, custom service is always top notch and my dog loves leaving here fresh and clean after his bath. Bathing is so much easier here than at home. This is our goto spot.

Love this store. We took our dog in to use the self service dog wash and we were soImpressed with the facilities. Our dog actually seem to enjoy it as well. This store has so many great products and the prices for the brands we typically order from Chewy were actually lower in the store. We will definitely be back.

Really nice place and the employees are friendly. It's more like a pet-boutique experience than a supply store as they only have limited product availability and space. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because as much as I do like the product they have here, I can't actually do pet grocery shopping which is what I mostly look for in a pet store. I love the fact that they have rescue cats for adoption and have met some amazing felines.

I bring my dogs here often for the $10/dog self-wash service. It’s a great deal for a quick bath with mess at home. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The only issues I’ve had are with the blow dryers. They have recently fallen into disrepair and at one point the nose attachment shot off.

Absolutely love this store! They aren't the least expensive by all means but they have a wonderful brand of cat litter only sold at their stores in the USA and Canada. We use a scent called Ocean Breeze. We use the clumping kind and if it's scooped daily, there is no litter box smell at all! No other cat litter works for our cat.

Customer service was unlike any other. Took my 1yr old Cane Corso up there for his first time bath out side of the house and first time around a lot of ppl (at least for him). Everyone from the staff and the customers were excellent in keeping him calm and making his as (well as my) experience wonderful. Will definitely be back next week and other weeks to follow. 😍😍 And you can't beat the price😍

There were two young ladies there. Very courteous and attentive! Customer service is a rare commodity these days very hard to find! This is a great place to buy items for your pets. And the prices are reasonable. The people are very helpful and friendly. This was my first time visiting this place and I loved my experience. Will definitely be going back.

Pet Valu is the best place to get better, more nutritious pet food. Unfortunately all of them are closing due to lack of business during Covid 19. Nice people, nice bathing area, great selection of healthy pet options...I just love these stores!

A little overpriced but make sure you look for sales, they have some quality stuff. Never have had an animal groomed here. Just a local high end pet store.

Not sure why all the positive reviews, price of exact same size and brand of bully stick was $8 at pet valu and $4 at pet Supplies Plus. That is all I have shopped here for though but that turned me away.

You can purchase a lots of dog and cat toys and they always have cats to buy and you can take your dog there to get it washed also there is lots of cat food and dog food there to buy and customers always leave proud of the good work that are doing.
