Horrible cutting , very choppy cutting , no shaping around the face .. My dogs came out looking like a whole different breed of dog , they cut my dogs down so low you can see they skin & they were bleeding from the cuts !I Pacifically asked if they can keep some fur on their heads & keep as much fur as possible . On top of that , my dogs have multiple scars from being cut ! They both was very sad after coming from groomers because they are in pain ! There excuse was that my dogs was too skinny this business is very unprofessional &takes no accountability ; as shown in there response for cutting my dogs skin ! Instead they switch it on Me by insulting my pets saying they are too skinny and malnourished, when they are a naturally a small breed dog ( 3-6 lbs) Skinny or not , that has nothing to do with the sloppiness of the work ! My dogs went to the vet 2 months ago & they are 100% healthy ! There was no matting on there face , ears or head but yet they shaved them down like siamese cats ! $220 for some work that look like it was done by a amateur or at home ! I will be making a formal complaint with the BBB & also the animal cruelty association ! I don’t see how they been in business so long .. I will never take my dogs back ! Dont waste yo money or put your pet at risk ! I’m not the only customer with this story ! I’m not sure who licensed them but they need to be shut down ! It’s sad when you can’t support yo own people cause they to ignorant to take any accountability !

Loved the excellent service! Very friendly, & handled our big baby with care and ease! Fur baby received a nail trimming, which was speedy but very detailed! Was a bit of a distance, but will definitely return with no questions asked! Prices? Can't be mad at those either! Appreciate your service KeeKee! Will be seeing you soon!

We had the best experience here, They did an Amazing job trimming my dogs nails. They also accepted me as a walk in and they were fast and very friendly. I live in Tallmadge Ohio but would travel all the way to Euclid for their services, It's absolutely worth it.

I love taking my dogs here. The staff is amazing, they give you tips on how to keep up with your pets grooming needs. They ask questions about your pet grooming needs before they service your animals. I have taken my babies to many places and they are the BEST.

Ms Kee Kee is the best! Took my long haired cat to get groomed and knaps cut off,she looks AMAZING and she's so happy too took my other cat, Max to get groomed he is a happier cat since. We will definitely be back they are kind, caring and treats your pet with love. Thanks Ms Kee Kee

Our favorite dog groomer, Miss Char, recently moved her skills to KeeKee Kutz. This grooming location is caring & loves your pet as their own. Cats & dogs truly get pampered at KeeKee’s; highly recommended!Note the business does not have a sign on the building, but located in the previous Schwebel’s bread outlet. At this time payment is cash only.

Good customer service on phone, haven't checked it out yet but sounds reasonably priced for a dog toe nail cut.. I'll update my review after I take my Mercedes.. took her today, they did a great job. Very friendly ladies, my dog looks great. I'll be bringing my other ones at some point I think reasonably priced..

I took my 12 year old longhaired cat here to get bathed, nails trimmed, and ear cleaning. They even fit me in when I called the day before which was very appreciated. Kee Kee was very kind and professional and seemed to really love animals. She took my cat out and held her before I left. The price wasn't bad at all and when I picked up my cat she was very clean, soft, and smelled good. My even cat seemed happy afterwards. I'm glad I supported this independent small business :)

It is damn near impossible to find someone that will groom a cat that is close to me especially my dusty old 21 year old boy, I just happened upon this amazing place. I can only say nice things about the ladies that work here. Extremely professional and kind. They did such an amazing job on my Armand. Ladies you have a new client for life. I have a senior Labrador who’s arthritis has severely limited his mobility. I saw KeeKee’s advertisement on her car and stopped next to her at a red light. Professional from the beginning. I briefly explained my dogs needs and she said she can possibly do a house call for us and to call her when we are ready. I called her, set up the appointment and she came to my home. She approached my dog very politely and soothed him by rubbing him so he can get comfortable. He let her trim his nails. She was very gentle and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her service if you need a groomer who loves animals, animals love her and you want quality service. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond for my old dog so he can be comfortable in his own home.

She is very personal with your fur babies and truly cares about there comfort and health. I recommend here over the bigger stores. It shouldn't be about quantity but quality when it comes down to taking care of your pet. Prices are very reasonable and staff is very receptive and accommodating. We thank you KeeKee!!

Not happy, first time taking my terrier, Max. Today, Saturday morning, appointment was at 10 am. Come back to check on him at 3:30… they have not started on him. She like oh it will be a hour, no maam give me my dog and we will not be coming back. Listen, I get that you’re behinde schedule but communication goes a long way. Call me and say hey, can you come pick him up at a later time and I would have been okay with that.

Keke is a awesome groomer, everytime we take our shihpoo to her she comes home clean and smelling awesome, whatever she uses to wash her the smell lasts for weeks at a time, her hair is always shiny and she gets bows too!! If you are looking for a awesome groomer with awesome prices and specials go see KeeKee....I've tried all the "brand" named places and they usually jack up the prices and more than once had our dog looking like a naked mole rat 🤣🤣🤣 but ever since we have been going to KeeKee our doggie looks great!
