I've stopped at this location a total of 3 times previously. After my first time visiting this store, I wasn't impressed. The store was cluttered, merchandise was disorganized and not straightened on the shelves, and the cashiers were friendly...dutifully. I honestly dreaded ever having to stop there again.Today, I was shocked! The store has had a major overhaul! I was transported into a store that was clean, organized, uncluttered, clear aisles, and well stocked.There was one cashier, and an employee stocking merchandise. When the line started to get long, the employee stopped stocking merchandise to help ring up customers. That is a big change from my experience at a different Family Dollar location. Customer service matters!Although the store isn't finished with having the floors left to do, I can say there is a sense of pride in what I saw today. There is value in being a community store. Your customers deserve this change! Kudos!

I would LOVE for someone from corporate to contact me! This store is the WORST! From the lack of merchandise, they are NEVER opened during their hours of operation, the staff has absolutely no customer service skills- I hate that this is one of the closest stores to my house! Today, at 4pm, lights all on, doors are LOCKED. I called, the man that answered the phone had a smart mouth and then said their is no cashiers?!?! What are YOU?!?! Everyone who works there is a cashier! Unreal!

When I say they put the most incompetent unprofessional employees in our neighborhoods I am not kidding. Employees here curse, play loud music, come to work high, and just are unprofessional all around. Something has to be done. We should not be getting the bottom of the barrel when it comes to employees.

Not too fond of this location. Shopping experience was ok, but the store needs to work on scenery & environment. Always seems cluttered. I did like how they had 2 registers open because the lines were long.

Cashiers hate their job and make sure we (the customers) know it!!! Lol dollar stores have turned into necessities in our neighborhood so I'm sure I'll have to deal with it again soon until they get it right so that's why only 3stars

This place is filthy even when u walk in the door. There disorganized and the employees men are sloppy dirty uniforms pants sagging. The floor is disgusting garbage running over they stay on there phones. Everyone acts like they just got hired because they don't know where nothing is. The employees are nice just absent in the mind. Place should be shut down this filth wouldn't be excepted in a whiteneighborhood unless it is west 25.

Well my child attends this school. They have a excellent staff, great lesson plans. I haven't eaten the food yet the kid doesn't complain so I would have to say that it is good. Very safe environment with police presence available. She's only in kindergarten yet they have activities for her and the entire school to attend. The cost of the events are very reasonable if not free, and who doesn't like free. Last but not least I would highly recommend this school for anyone looking to further their children's education. Bus route accessable also.

Great customer service, especially from the gentleman who was stocking the shelves. He was so helpful, even stopping to see if I needed something from behind the counter. I didn't get any names, but the crew who opened on 3/14, excellent.

They did not have bags for your purchased items. But the clerk did let you know as you came in. Real nice worker.

This store is horrible. The service is horrible and the store is a disgrace. I went into the store to make a return, I couldn't find my receipt and the clerk got an instant attitude and told me that per store policy he couldn't do the return, he then told me to read the policy that was posted on the counter. I proceeded to read the policy and to my surprise what did it say..... return's without a receipt will receive a store gift card! I showed the clerk the policy and instead of admitting that he was wrong, he began arguing that this was an old policy, even though he told me to look at it!!! At this point I asked for the manager he goes to get the manager and when I asked the manager what the store policy was, he also said that without a receipt, that I was entitled to a gift card. I then asked him, what was the issue and he stated that I told the clerk that I wanted a refund. I could not believe it, the clerk had stood there and told a complete lie! When I confronted the clerk and asked him why he would lie on a customer he just walked away with nothing to say for himself. After almost 10-15mins of waiting, the manager finally completed the return. No customer should have to be put through this, by far this was some of the worst service I have ever received. If you value professionalism, respect, common courtesy and a clean store then I would steer clear of this store.

I can not stand this Family Dollars. I had to run in and get something and on the way in two kids asked me to buy something, then I go I to the foyer and another person asked me to buy some movies. This happened before I could even get into the store. I went over to the clothing section and it was a total mess. Clothes all on the floor, stuff out of place, so upsetting. I'm calling corporate.

Beirut Warzone looks better than this store. They cater to minorities so they don’t care about customer service or how filthy disgusting trifling their store is or the customer service.This speaks volumes of the people that work there and what type of pride they take in the store and what they think about themselves because they walk around looking just as bad as the store. The staff is always warm and friendly. I am always greeted with A hello and A smile. The store is always very well stocked. The only drawback for me is that they are being sent low quality women's clothing. The fabrics are too thin and cheezy. It is already cold her in Euclid, Ohio and I would have to wear stretch pants or winter stocking under them. Too much exspence at the end of the day. However, that is on the Family Dollar buyers and has nothing to do with the performance of the store itself.

Who ever is in charge of closing and locking up tonight on February 5th 2019 had the doors locked between the hours of 9:30pm and 9:39pm .. i arrived to this family dollar location at exactly 9:39pm to locked doors. I live on E 246th st Euclid Ohio, 5 minutes up the street , and come here often. This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this family dollar location and the doors are locked 20-30 minutes too early . I think it is incredibly unprofessional, and inconsiderate to the individuals who trust google to have the CORRECT open , and closing times for retail establishments. I hope the employee responsible is disciplined, and the issue is resolve .

This place is messy. the shelves are rusting and unclean. The isles are always full of unorganized product and boxes strewn about. I feel like I'm in a rat maze! No adequate lighting in the parking lot. Is this what Euclid Ohio doing now!!???

It's probably one of the more messy family dollars I've been to, and the staff isn't all that friendly. But at the end of the day, it's a family Dollar. Still great products, at a great value.

The store is unbelievably dirty. I have never seen anything like it. I can't believe the city of Euclid hasn't shut this store down. I saw a mouse running through the store. Mouse on isle 26. Stay away !

I’m confused if the store hours say they open til 10 then why are they locking the doors at 9pm and then when you call the girl who answered say I think we close at 9 or 9:30 but I tell her well why it say the business hours is til 10 she say oh ummm that’s wrong like she lien or something

If a store closes at 9 when you get there at 8:45 it should be open this Store always closes early if you can’t open until 9 change the time
