If I could give zero stars, I would. I took over of my dogs here years ago. They said that my dog was aggressive, so the "Dr" gave my dog a "sedative" before giving him his vaccinations. He said that it would wear off in about 45 mins and that he would be fine. My dog was SO out off it that he could not walk, sit up, or do anything for 7 HOURS!!! I honestly though that he was going to DIE! I was so frantic and extremely worried!! I honestly felt like this Dr was either grossly incompetent, or he tried to purposely harm my dog. Haven't been there since!!!

Do not take your pet here if you want competent veterinary care!Rescued a 5-week-old kitten on the side of the freeway and made a vet appointment at another vet. However, it was the weekend and she was really sick so we decided to come here because of the walk-in option.I will say that they were very nice and personable. That counts for a lot in my book. They began treating her and it became painfully obvious that the Doctor was not quite "on his game." I'm all for age and experience, however if you can no longer do an effective job then it's not helping the patient.He went to give an injection and it was obvious he could not see - he squirted the medicine into her fur and the needle wasn't even in the skin. I had to point this out so he gave the injection again properly. There were a couple other things that happened as well - knocking things over and spilling them, picking up the incorrect bottle of medicine by mistake...Thankfully his assistant caught those mistakes.I was happy to get out of there, until they started calculating the bill - $25 for this drop of ointment, $40 for a shot of saline for dehydration, etc etc. Ended up being over $200 for a 15 minute visit. I felt like they were just running up the tab.The desk clerk was unfriendly, and I've tried to call a few time since and they do not answer the phone.On top of all that, they did not give any drops to take home for the eye infection and so it came back. I realize now that I should have been given something to administer to her daily for a week or two. Now I have to go to a different vet to have her treated again because it is much worse.Nice people, but not a good clinic. There are plenty of other great vets around who you can have confidence taking your pet to.

First, I want to state that I am in no way being compensated for this review. I can't understand all the negative comments here. I've taken my pets here for years and I've had nothing but positive experiences. They're reasonably priced and they really do care about your pets. I've always found the staff to be very nice. I even received a very nice letter from them after my 14 y/o cat had to be put down due to cancer.The current vet was Dr. Stearns' surgeon for years and I have no hesitation in bringing my pets here for veterinary care.

This vet is remarkable! The owners are great very caring and compassionate about their animals they care for. The assistants are awsome my baby had to get a c-section and they the assistants kept me inform every step of the way. I stay 40mins away from this vet and wouldn’t trade them for the world. They even call and checked on me and my mom baby. They make you feel like you apart of their family. I would recommend to anymore.

Was able to walk in with emergency and get cat treated right away. Very kind and caring, costs are in line with other vets. Even adopted one of the cats there that people drop off. I don't get the negative reviews. These folks were nothing but kind and attentive, and super quick service. Would absolutely go there again!

Its not a glamorous place but the fur babies don't care. Very nice people who really seem to care and love animals. They take walk ins and do their best to help your pet. They will hit you up and threaten to take you to small claims court if you forget your payment rather than just calling to remind you. If your pet is truly sick then go to a better vet. If you just need basic care and maybe just a check up then go here.

Took our rescue on a Saturday for shots and office visit because we were told they we reasonable. they didn't have the feline leukemia vaccine she needed in stock, the said it would be in on the following Wednesday and come in some day that week to give it to her and only charge for the shot, not another Office visit. Well I came in Friday that week(25 minute drive) and it turns out they didn't even order it! You figure the would at least have a post it note next to phone to remind them. Im waiting over two hours in the clinic so far. Will not be coming back after this

My grandpa called me one day asking if I can help him find a kitten. I knew exactly where to go. Euclid Veterinary Clinic is the best experience I’ve had for animal services. They truly care about the animals and their owners. I took my grandpa and he found a beautiful kitten and we maintain her upkeep, vaccines, and appointments here. Prices are reasonable. If you receive services for your pet at this clinic, you won’t be disappointed.

20 dollars for a visit, no appt necessary plus a very caring staff you can’t get that anywhere else. Before any treatment was given to my pet it was explained to me plus after letting them know I didn’t have a lot of money they were willing to work with me. They even loaned me equipment to use. It might be an older building but it’s keep very clean inside actually cleaner than Dr Sterns!!!

It's a bit hectic here and if you can wait, it's not bad. This is a place you take your animal if you run low on funds. My bill for an x-ray, enema, pills and exam, $62. Anywhere else would be well over $250. So if you want to get an ACL tear fixed and need intricate surgery, I wouldn't take them here. But for shots, worms, etc, this place was good.Plus the funniest thing I ever heard at a vet. The vet who is pushing 80 years old, came out of the room and said to a vet tech, pointed to my dog and said "x-ray that dogs guts". I am still laughing.A no frills place, sort of run down, but fine for routine stuff.I will take my dog back, just not if it's a life or death situation.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They are the worst. They tried to draw blood from my dog, it took 3 times and they did not get enough for accurate tests to be done. Then they did a test to see if he was diabetic, they couldn't work the machine properly. I went to another vet and they said that all of the results from the blood work were wrong because they did not have enough blood vs. the clotting agent so I wasted a $185.00 to go there only to have my dog have a pulled muscle in his neck. I called and told them and asked for a credit on the blood work because it was not accurate because they did not draw enough and they said the test was done so no refund then they hung up on me. I tried to call back and they let it ring till the answering machine picked up and before I could leave a message they hung up. The didn't like my google review. Oh Well I am only telling the truth. If you want great vet care go to Banfield in Willoughby

Extremely rude, unprofessional and uncaring to your pet. Almost as if they dislike animals. Have the feeling all they want is money, they do not care about the pets there. Had to take my cat to another vet, because the surgery they charged me $600 for did him more worse than good. This place needs shut down.UPDATEI originally posted this a few days ago. Since then my poor cat has been back to a different vet, over a $1,000 has been spent on him trying to fix the mess this vet left him in... may be a chance my poor cats ear may be amputated. The new vet he is seeing said this vet did absolutely nothing for him.

Took my dog there during hours on a Saturday for a bad ear infection . they charged me extra for after hours??!! And the tech that cleaned Ravens ear was terrified of Raven...raven wasnt even growling, was muzzled, and never gave any sign of aggression towards anyone there. They aren't fit to be vets.

If I could give this vet negative stars, I would. The doctor here gave my 8 pound, 13-year old, newly diabetic cat over twice her normal dosage (from two units to five), which resulted in hypoglycemic shock. I rushed her to a different vet, who gave her glucose to stabilize her, but she suffered brain damage and is now blind. She may or may not survive. When confronted, this office falsified her medical records to try to cover their malpractice. They may be nice people, but the entire office is incompetent.

If I could give zero stars I would! I took my dog here 5/18 after she had shown pain in her jaw after a rough grooming. After a brief look at my dog they stated she needed dental work & could look no further into the situation without the dental work being done first . After challenging the idea that it had anything to do with her teeth they stated they would do bloodwork instead as a starting point . I left the vet with no answers as to why my dog was sick and was advised to call THEM the upcoming Monday for the results because they were too busy to call us . I paid 159$ for the blood work . Fast forward to today , i had to take my dog to another vet due to the severe pain she was in due to her jaw , when I requested for Euclid vet to fax over her records the new vet brought to our attention that out of 3 pages of lab work tests were only completed on one page! None of the others were done ! I paid 159 for a full set of bloodwork & only 1/3 was done ! When confronted about this , they openly stated that the full amount was charged & but the full blood work lab was not completed! They never disclosed this to us at any point until the new vet had to bring this to our attention . They refuse to refund us for the work not done/completed & hung up on us multiple times ! DO NOT GO HERE ! THEY ARE HALF ASSERS & MONEY HUNGRY ! I will be filing a dispute !

I wish i could give a 0 star...Took my dog there for his ear when i called they said $25 dollars to take a look then $209 dollars later after all the little add-ons my bill was too high what a rip off. I want expecting it for free I knew it was going to be a little more then when he gets his shots even the shots are more now as well But that will be my last$200+ they will get. I've been going there for years every since the new ppl took over the prices have been outrageous. The owner who open this clinic passed away and there is no business there anymore so they over charge whom ever bring there pet and plus they messed up his ears... never had a bad experience before they took over don't waste your money bad service and high prices please go some where else!😞

First Of All Happy New Year's 2020 To Everyone !!!♥️ Euclid Vet Clinic Was Excellent With Our Cat Winston. He Got Really After Staying Out A Couple Nights. Our Regular Vet Was Outta Town And A Popular Vets Hospital That I Usually Go To (Even Though I Begged Her The Secretary Still Wouldn't Let Us Come In And Was Very Nasty ). Euclid Veterinary Clinic Saved Winston's Life He Had A Fever Of 104 Degrees And Was On The Verge Of Pneumonia. The Vet And Their Son Robbie Were Very Attentive. Winston Is A Big Cat And One Prescription Wasn't Enough All We Could Afford After Shot And Antibiotics To Bring Down His Fever. But Within They Let Me Come Additional Prescriptions Without Insisting On Additional Visits At A Cost. Thanks SOOOO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR SAVING OUR KITTY !!! Your Our New Veterinary Clinic !!!💯♥️🙌🤗

I took my very sick dog there yesterday and they helped her, gave her meds and tried to help her feel better which I'm thankful for but my poor dog died this morning. My dad called up there this morning to let them know and the first they asked when he called was how do you know she's dead. I cannot believe the stupidity of this question.

This doctor was the surguen for Dr Stern. He has done more surgeries than 10 doctors combined...because they were lined up down the street when he was alive. He removed a26 lb tumor from my dog and he lived over 2 yrs and it did not come back.. he saved a Weiner dog with broken back ECT. He is very fair in price .. sometimes hard to understand and tells you if he doesn't know.. but he is right on!! Great doctors come all ways .. #1 he cares for the animal!! Love him

Took my two cats here to be checked after my third one passed away suddenly from Feline Leukemia. They were very empathetic and knowledgeable. Also did not overcharge like many walk in clinics do!

TRUTH!!!!! Since the original owner past and the people that run it today took over this place has been a dump. They are not here to care for our pets no it’s strictly to rip North East Ohio off. Let’s not make the mistake of bringing our beloved animals our beloved family members to a bunch of money hungry crooks who claims to have done work for your pet or claim you need something else done in order to even look for the problem you came to them for , this place is ran by a scam artist and probably his family members it’s a joke STAY AWAY!!! Unless you don’t care about your pets and loosing money stay away!!! I wonder if the drugs they give the animals aren’t placebos. They told my family and I One thing and another honorable vet told us they lied 🤥 DONT BE FOOLED STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE Veterinarian .....

I’ve been calling this vet place and they don’t answer there phone I leave a message they don’t respond my calls I use to love to take my pets to this place years back but since original owner retire all I am having is issues with this vet they just don’t answer phone even if your pet is really sick or need medical needs

I took my cat in October 2014...Under the new management ...they were wonderful . ...my cat has really bad dermatitis and when I brought my presious in I was crying and he was so sweet . ....he took good care if her and cleaned her up really good...ty doc ! !!!!

Price point on treatments are absolutely ridiculous. They will treat your pet but give you an overpriced bill at the end. Paid $600 to treat my dog that was sick. Do not go here.
