Store constantly closed when website says open until 9pm. Twice over past 2 weeks stopped before 4 and around 5 and doors locked no store hours posted on door and no sign even saying they were short handed.

Never open the hours posted yesterday I went there 12 pm and closed today I stopped by 230 and closed what’s going on here what is the Gm doing smfh I run restaurants for a living but seeing how bad this general manager is doing at the dollar store makes me want to take over and turn the store around

Good store but to many empty shelf's and managers that rude as hell to employees and customers if she does like her job she shouldn't work there.. She has a attitude and huffing and puffing . then she gave a attitude to the employee for asking her to take something off that I decided I didnt want.. I felt bad u guys need a new manager. She probably been the cause of people not coming in anymore or working there. Just saying I would look into that if I was u. Thank you

Knowledgeable, friendly,accommodating staff. The cashier went above and beyond my expectations to get me a shopping cart. Kudos to her, and her excellent customer service! The merchandise and shelves needs restocked.

They usually have what I need, however the parking lot is atrocious. The potholes are enormous and the lot is always flooded. Why haven't they been fined for this, it's a complete eye sore and a pain to drive/walk in.

The 3 stores in the area, are always clean, well organized and the employees tend to be happy and very helpful. This always implies to me that the Management treats all employees well and assists wherever and whenever needed.

It needs to be cleaned up better outside and in on top of that they didn't have no bags to put the customers product in you when they went in the store to buy it they giving you big garbage bags to put people stuff in and young man at the counter was nice I don't see no one else maybe they need Better Staffing or worker to straighten up the store better

Chrissy the manager saved the day, none of the sister stores had helium to blow balloons up, I went to three different stores and FINALLY. She was compassionate courteous and efficient

I don't know why this is saying a year ago I go there at least once a week! It's a good place to get my vitamins at a lower price and so much more with friendly staff... I go to Eastlake or Willoughby because the other stores are cramped but Dollar General puts out a lesser price so it's worth it love it!

I'm going to say this is probably one of the worst Dollar Generals I have ever been to! This is most definitely a store you could skip over! I'm sure the next city over has a cleaner facility, with staff that has to be a tad bit more competent than the guy here..........

Things are generally a dollar, line is usually long and they often have issues with their card readers. But they have a decent selection, and this is the only place I've ever found 'soul food' seasoning.

Clerks were friendly, cordial but equipment wasnt working properly. When depressing button to use digital coupon it just froze and 8 or 9 people wsiting in line..#!

I will never go there again, there was a sales add on the pop i put it on the counter and she said it wasn't on sale the sale ended yesterday but I explained the sale paper was on the pop and she was suppose to honor it and they wouldn't, the manager came and said she wouldn't honor it neither so I just walked out, terrible customer service from the manager down

Been here 1x. It was only one cashier with a line full of people, her the rest of the staff was singing and playing around. If you're in a rush I do NOT reccomend at all!

Used to be my favorite store....Now prices are about the same as any other store, don't have certain brands anymore and when I check out the interactive register doesn't let ME choose My method of payment. Requires a fee for CASH BACK during my PURCHASE!!

Can't even look at a section of the store because it's to close to access of the registers. Will go to a different one from now on. At least I'll be able to look at Bluetooth speakers.

Wait was was entirely too long cartr s were stuck were you couldn't pull them apart therefore I had to carry an armful of items to the register but the female cashier was very kind and apologetic

I always enjoy going to dollar General they have the things I use plus new ones and always they have fresh chips and good amount of new candy keep it going Dollar General on East 200 n Euclid and the employees r like friends to all

A little too much clutter there's really not much room to move around in the store. Working staff is usually pretty good
