This store is ALWAYS SO CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED!!!!! I absolutely love the Euclid location and hope whoever the manager is stays for a very long time. Its 2024 and nowadays customer service seems to be a thing of the past. This location gives me a bit of nostalgia of how stores use to be ran. The employees Ive met have been very nice and helpful. I really appreciate the manager and his/her team for always being professional and friendly. Please continue to train and grow your team. Your work really makes a difference in the community.

Well where do I began they have a employee who are going around the city harassing and hurting people they set outside the stalk while savon loving not sure those use different names working and harrasse customers.. I have a five year stalking order.. They are dangerous..use caution whole shopping keep purse away from others in line, stand six feet way, treat your safety like covid.The owner replied, speak to your staff, the manager at this location are not aware the behavior outside the store in the parking lots of several stores.Thank you and have a safe day..

I am a long time customer. There was an incident tonight. A fellow customer was having an argument with someone on her phone very loudly. When I checked out she got into my line. I asked her to lower her voice so that the cashier could focus. She became irate. The other line was empty, so I informed her. She became offended and said that she was being polite. I said that she was not. I asked her to go away and she did. There was no security intervention. Where was security when she held her phone argument out loud throughout the store the whole time? I come late sometimes to relax and shop, not hear other people’s problems.

The employees are over worked and underpaid, the boss is giving unbearable hours to the workers with very little sleep, hourly wages should increase and the department of labor should get involved.

If I could give them a NO STAR, I would have. Customer service was horrible. The front supervisor was cashing out her items in front of us, and acknowledged that she was holding up the line. The Lil old rude cashier comment back saying "They will get rang up eventually." How freaking rude. My husband got upset therefore we move to another register. That cashier ran out of register tape, that's when we realize the person that bought over the tape was the lady holding up the line, which was the front supervisor that said nothing when the Lil old cashier said what she said. I've been going there for awhile, I'll take my business elsewhere. 8/22/22 @9:40p.m.

After talking to someone in the pharmacy about same day covid boosters, I was told walk-ins were fine. When I drove there I was told you have to make an appointment and they don't give boosters on Wednesday. Not happy with that but Walmart does accept walk-ins even COVID walk-ins, so it's easier to get boosters there.

dan v was very rude to me and my cousin when coming in he was on his phone when we walked up to his register and he got very mean to my cousin because of how she was speaking on the phone saying “why are you so loud and i wouldn’t wanna be your man” my cousin had to let it go until he kept saying rude comments i chimed in that he was very rude and unprofessional and asking for his name he said i wasn’t getting his name he end up being the manager of the store and to be on your phone instead of greeting the customers was very unprofessional he needs to be fired or pushed down to a lower position i will be calling corporate

Most of the time, the employees are nice and helpful. However, I have been there on SEVERAL occasions where the young female cashiers are far more interested in what some boy said or did. They do not acknowledge you or say thank you or f you or anything! One named Rachel n in particular!!

I’ve been coming here since I moved into this area about 3 years ago, it’s hit or miss with customer service especially the Pharmacy!! I understand that you never know what anyone is going through, with that being said some of your employees should treat people how they would want to be TREATED 🙏. Pharmacy is the absolute worst to the point where I will be changing Pharmacies for myself and my entire family!! KINDNESS IS FREE SOME OF YOUR EMPLOYEES need to be reminded of that🙏🙏

Customer Service is slipping at the pharmacy. My husband utilizes the sync your meds option and has run out of pills several months in a row now. When we call we get rude people insisting they have called us - giving the date of the call - when we ask for refills they just insist that they have called. Why not just fill the prescriptions when we call? They are so busy insisting they are right that they don’t bother to offer service. Thinking of taking our business elsewhere - somewhere that knows how to treat elderly people!

Loyal customer for more than 10 years! The only thing I'd say is to check the produce before purchasing. I've gotten home to find that some things were rotting..such as onions and garlic.. no biggie, but when you have a meal planned around having those items it can be a real bummer.

horrendous, the managers mike and linda, yelled at me for saying hi to my friend that worked there as i was walking down an aisle trying to buy some bread and wine, and told me to "get the hell out of his store and dont come back. staff is rude, service is slow and almost non-existent, prices are not that great, an all around bad experience. i have been going to different discount drug marts for years now, probably over 10, and after the treatment at the euclid location i will never patronize their establishments or give them one more penny of my money again. i highly recommend anyone thinking of shopping there that you dont, and you DO elect to go somewhere else and do your shopping there. i have never been so thoroughly disgusted at any business or restaurant i have ever been to in my entire life.
