I have had my fair share of the menu and all has been fantastic. I suggest the fish and chips and not because it’s SO stereotypically English, but because you really won’t find any better in this area. Believe me, I’ve looked.It’s a fun, bustling atmosphere that isn’t overly crowded or loud. Service is always prompt and kind. KID FRIENDLY: no, they can’t and quite frankly don’t have room to run around but there is a kid menu. On nice days, the patio doors open up into the main indoor location (my favorite days). The outdoor seating is very well shaded and DOG FRIENDLY; my pup has always been greeted and given water when I’ve brought him.Keep in mind that parking is limited, but there are many options in the surrounding area to park and have a VERY short walk.Note: When you are ready to order, you order at the bar register. There’s a sign. You can’t miss it.

I had such a wonderful time at this quaint place with a British vibe. The food was wonderful, I loved the atmosphere and the decor. The bar area was fun. I brought my young kids and the wait staff and seating was accommodating. The owner is very kind and engaging in a genuine way.The fries (or "chips" I suppose) were wonderful. Totally reminded me of my visit to England. Great burger and fries chicken sandwich. Seems like a great menu and cook staff.There didn't seem to be a lot of parking available (there was a sign about parking at the barbershop, but I am not sure where that is located). If I lived in the area, I could easily see this being a place I would frequent.

Ok hear me out. The food is really great. So is the beer. And it's a pretty authentic English Gastropub here in Ohio. But - for the money, it's a little pricey. Be prepared to spend $30-$40 per person if you're having 1-2 beers with your entree. $21 for one piece of fish w/ fries, BUT it is very high quality, well cooked, well seasoned. I also had a hard time wanting to tip since I had to go up to the counter and wait in line to order food. That said, it is a great place and I'll definitely go again if I'm in the area!

This is a British gastropub and it serves the dishes you can think of when you think of British food. From fish and chips, bangers and mash, shepherd pie, even chicken curry are on the menu. They have a variety of burgers. End your meal with British tea and sticky toffee pudding for a full experience. This small business partners with local suppliers for their fresh ingredients.Walking into The Last Queen feels like you've stepped off the Tardis into London. The small and relaxed atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to hang out with friends.

I brought my 6 year old daughter out for our Daddy-Daughter date, and we enjoyed the Afternoon Tea experience. It was a great environment, loved the tea and the goodies that came with it. The staff was very kind to my daughter which I really appreciated.I definitely want to come back for breakfast and dinner as soon as possible.Kid-friendliness: The staff went out of their way to talk kindly to my daughter, and she felt very special at tea.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the total experience and atmosphere of The Last Queen. I have been disappointed so many times when ordering fish and chips locally, I had to wait for Celtic Fest in Dayton to come around each year. This restaurant has changed that. The service was amazing as well, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I cannot wait to try other menu items from here, they all sound amazing when you read the complete menu and I am a picky eater.

Great experience! The food was excellent! Everyone was very friendly! The fish and chips were awesome. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The parking is limited, a few spots out front and some in the back. It does say more parking at the barber shop.Wheelchair accessibility: My Mom had no issues.

Wonderful place. Felt like I was walking in to a small pub in my husband's hometown in the UK. Fish & Chips tasted like heaven! Had the right crunch to it. The bangers and mash sent me straight back to England. I haven't found any bangers stateside that compare to England's and these were on the money! My husband had his all time favorite beer Old Speckled Hen with a lemon wedge. We have definitely turned this into our go to place! Staff is amazing, food you can't beat, the atmosphere is just like a pub should be! Well done everyone!

This Gastro pub is amazing. The service was great from the ordering, to the server bringing our delicious dinner, to checking in us, to clean up and paying. So organized and efficient. Prices are great for the servings. You will not regret going!Parking: They have several spaces out front and many spaces a short walk from the building. The establishment is well worth a few steps plus you can loosen the belt before getting to your car.

We were traveling for the Springfield swap meet/market and on a whim found this lovely pub. From the minute we walked in the employees were so friendly and the atmosphere is amazing! We sat at the bar and both had fish (fish sando & fish n chips) delicious and not just frozen pulled from a bag. It’s super clean and again just the loveliest people. If you’re passing by for any reason stop and have a pint! Shine girls stamp of approval! Oh and get a bag of the prawn cocktail chips!!!

What a great time! We had been hiking and we’re looking for something a little different and this establishment didn’t disappoint! We had the Olive Mash, Fish and Chips and the Shepherds Pie. All of it was fantastic. Parking is a little challenge but not impossible. Nice clean bathrooms. The atmosphere was great and the service was super! Definitely stop in here and have a pint!

This is the cutest and best hole in the wall. I almost don't want to leave a review only so I can keep it to myself! 😜The service is outstanding and the food is very good.The pancakes on the weekend are literally like cakes! They are the thickest pancakes I've ever seen. The sausage is top notch. You definitely want to try the breakfast!Lots of good beer on tap options and dinner was quite good.And the icing...the service and atmosphere are such that you feel like it's coming home, but better because you don't have to do the dishes!

The owner and every employee that I have had interaction with are very friendly and very efficient. The food is not only unique for the area but delicious as well! The place itself has a cool vibe and they have an extensive beer selection and they make amazing cocktails. OH!! And they have an absolutely fabulous breakfast menu too! What are you waiting for?!

<update> Just had fish&chips and it was the BEST! Also treated myself to sticky toffee pudding for dessert and it was such a treat. Why did it take me a year to return? </update> A fun, charming, relaxed atmosphere. I had a good time just watching the regulars interact with the owner and his staff. The charcuterie plate was nice for one, maybe two to share. Nice selection of beers. I can't wait to go back for the big English breakfast or a proper fish and chips.

The place was beautiful, the garage door was open and although it was humid and rainy you didn’t feel it at all inside. The waitresses were very nice, you got to pick your own table and had to go up to them to order. The food was good, I got the Apple Butter Pancakes, but there wasn’t much syrup. It was fresh though. Very small place, but nicely decorated & clean. Servers are friendly and efficient. You order & pay at the bar, but they bring everything out to your table. The other patrons at the bar were friendly and fun to interact with.Terrific menu with a lot of things that aren't usually available at restaurants in this part of Ohio. We started with some basics, fish/chips and a BLT, and it was all excellent! Everything was superbly prepared. Fries were especially good, and the fish was some of the very best I've had. It was extremely mild, flaky, and the batter was super crispy. The tartar sauce was very different than most, and I really enjoyed it. My husband is a super picky eater and he said many times how good his BLT was.We got sticky toffee pudding for dessert, and I am going to have to go back for that! :D It was delicious...served warm with ice cream and warm sticky toffee sauce. It was perfect.This is a great little spot for a meal out with friends, family or loved ones. Many couples there having a date night, as we were, and seemed to be enjoying themselves, as we did.Highly recommended!

Our company took a field trip to The Last Queen for lunch, and it was FANTASTIC. I ordered the fried halloumi appetizer - it seriously took fried cheese to a whole new level. For the main course I ordered the fish sandwich and the beef stew, and they were both excellent. We will definitely be going back for more, and I'm already planning a trip to bring my family back for dinner.

Well this became one of my favorite restaurants! I went here with my husband on a day date and we loved everything. They have good options for vegetarians. We started with spiced nuts (delicious). I had the Mary salad which was dressed perfectly. My husband enjoyed the bangers and mash, he also really enjoyed the house Scotch. We shared a vanilla pecan rum cake for dessert which was amazing! Will definitely be coming again. 😁Vegetarian options: I missed the Halloumi burger but since I loved cheese on my salad I will be getting that next time!

A hidden gem in Enon! Stopped in with a group of 12 and were warmly welcomed and seated together. The atmosphere is delightfully reminiscent of modern pubs in England and so is the menu. The taplist is impressive for fans of craft beers and the food was very good. The service was attentive and surprisingly fast for such a large party. Will definitely return. Be sure to try the Sticky Toffee Pudding!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
