Awesome customer service from (Payton), such a sweet young man, very willing to help, and go above and beyond with such a very polite attitude. We need more (Payton's) these days. Only a few left I'm afraid.

Terrible customer service the staff is rude. Every time I come up here I have long wait even though nobody is in the waiting area and if you ask him questions they will purposely make you wait longer just for asking a question. My prescription was called in 40 minutes ago so I figured that was plenty enough time for them to get it ready I went to the drive-thru and they said oh no but it's going to be 20 minutes longer if you want to wait inside or it'll be longer than 20 minutes if you want to continue to wait outside I was trying to figure out how that made any sense and because I asked about it he purposely made me wait longer

Have used this pharmacy for YEARS until today. I get a prescription that comes in a large box every month... through the drive thru. It 100% fits in the window box, because EVERY MONTH I get the same script. Today, my disabled husband went through the drive thru to pick up my meds for me. The manager was a real jerk and argued with my husband that it would not fit, didn't even try even after my husband told him it in fact does fit. The manager told him he would have to come inside and turned around and walked away. This pharmacy no doubt makes THOUSANDS from mine and my husbands scripts every month... no more. Too lazy to even TRY to put the box in there? How can I feel comfortable with this pharmacy's competency?

Pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!! The cashiers in front are kind as well. It's pretty annoying when there is no parking space because parents from the school park there! They need a tow away sign and to actually follow through then people will stop parking there!
