Bought there great value headphones. Have absolutely enjoyed the purchase and still am. Work well, range is nice unless something in between after a certain distance. Other then that money well spent. Only con is I have big fingers and the buttons take some getting used to(and still I press all together sometimes haha)

Sure prices are cheap, but good luck finding anything. Better hope self check out is open so you can actually scan your items and leave. The workers do not care about their job, at all. They have their noses so buried in their phones, you are better off using the Walmart app to find anything. Just go somewhere else

Spilled liquid just sitting on the floor with a wet floor sign and a half of paper towel over it but no one cleaned it up. All registers were closed except for one older woman working while all the younger employees stared off into space, took selfies, and talked amongst each other. This place is terribly managed and won't be giving it my money anymore.

Walmart prices have doubled. I believe this is because, they let people who receive the insurance food etc allotments monthly can spend it on anything there. We all know when the government starts putting money into anything. Prices go up. Do to simple GREED. Example coffee. 10 K cups cost 9.97 cents at Walmart. A can of delmonte corn 1.48 cents. Almost double of what it is anywhere else. I think they think because you are, maybe, stupid because you have to shop there. Wrong!!! This kind of greed is the reason so many are homeless now. Greed!!! our government starts helping people. Then landlords get greedy with RENT because they know they can raise there prices and the government pays. But people that don't get those benefits have to pay the same amount. They can't afford it so they have to move. The government should make property owners accountable for affordable rent prices regardless. Years ago that's what they did. The government payed only so much and then they went by your income on what you could afford. That's what landlords accepted unless they wanted there property to do vacant. Stop this corporate GREED. REAL ESTATE AND RETAIL

Store was clean and well kept! It makes a big difference shopping in a organized store. I wish I could say the same thing about the Auto-Center...0*'s 0-5They are not taking cars for oil changes after 2p.m. The manager is rude and no one wants to do anything about it!? Oh well...😔

Coming up on a Holiday weekend and only 2 registers open. They only had 3 self checkouts open. Workers were rude other than my checkout lady who though extremely slow was very sweet. This just reminded me why I stopped going there. Get yourself together Walmart!!!!!

It is not a very clean feeling store or very organized. The staff never seems to be very friendly. It is almost bad enough to want to drive to a farther away store or just not shop at Walmart at all. It seems like a lot of the walmarts near where I live are all the same in the cleanliness and not so welcoming staff.

Trotwood Walmart just moved to Englewood that's it! Typical higher crime Walmart. Stuff is locked up. No friendly employees. Ordered tires online that were fully paid for and scheduled to be installed. Got to the store had to be asked a bunch of questions including "Do all my windows roll down?" Never been asked that before when getting new tires lol. Then they tried to charge me $90 on top of what I already paid! Told the lady several times it was already paid for clearly if you take time to listen to the customer who has the order right on their phone showing it's all paid for you would realize your Billion dollar company needs to fix these system issues! Did some other shopping and barely any check outs open. Great store manager. The more these people get paid the worse the customer experience.

If you’re going to be rude, DO NOT work in costumer service. I can’t believe how rude the employees are here. 90% of the time I go to Greenville but everytime I come here their employees are extremely rude and you can definitely tell they don’t want to be there. Management needs to do something about this.

If you are going to lock things up and ask us to push a button, start having someone show up. Pushed button 4 times, waited 20 min. Went to customer service and ended up adding one of the people at checkout of they could get someone to come help and again no one showed up. Over 20 min wasted while the employees are walking around or standing around on phones.

Howell in the automotive department was fantastic!! Super knowledgeable with great customer service. I’d highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I bought a 5 gallon primo water from this place. I didn't notice anything strange until the next morning. I don't know what happened but the next morning me and my wife both saw this. And i am here right now, trying to exchange this. Their customer service is terrible, it took them almost an hour to assist me, and then when they finally assisted me, it was an older blonde staff and she said " well you only paid for 1.97 for this. They didn't even charge you right so that's all your getting. We will just give that back." She is so rude. That water is nasty! I don't want to shop here anymore. The staff is rude and the water is nasty

Typical Walmart. Moderate help available when needed. No sense placement of items, making things hard to find without using the app. Need more training on young front end associates...While in self checkout, a kid creeps over my shoulder, then starts going through my bags asking if I "had any alcohol." An older lady walks over as she seen how taken back I was and said "we need to clear an age check verification is all on you." (I guess it was the fuel additive I'd bought...)

They say the "city" is responsible for the sign that reads "No Trucks" yet there are alot of cart corals in the lot. The city didn't buy those for the store. Have no idea who mad someone mad enough for the "no trucks". You could shop, at your own risk but they "can't be responsible "So I didn't spend any of my HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!Just remember how many trucks the products were on from raw product to finished product for the consumer to buy!

This Walmart is Englewood is very nice and clean. It has one of the best Wal-Mart lawn and garden centers I've seen. The employee in the garden center was extremely courteous.

Pulled into parking lot at 10:35 pm, walked upto store and associates locked the doors. All I needed was a pack of diapers. Extremely frustrating to have a store lock it's door EARLY!!!!!

I’m sitting at curb side pickup and have been here for over an hour. They knew that I was on my way twenty minutes before I arrived. No one will answer the phone at either curb side or the store. There is no way, on the app, of letting them know that I’d like to leave. I’m afraid that if I just go that they’ll give my items to the next person that parks in my place, not everyone is reputable, and then bill me. WTAF!!!!

I was in last wednesday 11/22/23. And somehow the cashier didn't get my binder clips in my bags. They are on my receipt!! And calling no one answers. 2 boxes large and xtra large..not in my empty trunk. This is why i only get out of the house about 3x per month.. i just had to reorder online smh!!

Excited to see shorts on rollback prices. Customer service at the front end is always so helpful and friendly. Floor employees are usually really hard to find. I feel like most of the night shift really tries to avoid customers. I always see a lot of the floor associates doing more talking than working.

Very disappointed in the order I went to the store to pick up. I ordered two items, and when the young man finally came out with one item I told him there was supposed to be two, he said well there was only one turned around and walked away. Very disappointed after driving that far away not get both items.

Didn't even go inside. I pulled in at 3:30 AM and not 5 minutes later 2 employees came out and woke a trucker up by banging on his door and chased him off. I travel all over the US and Canada for work and very very few Wal-marts have issues with commercial vehicles parking on their lots. Some even have specific marked areas just for trucks. This store has ample parking for trucks. It is their right to have this policy but in my opinion not the best of judgement. The huge and many signs of this desire to keep trucks out look tacky at best and makes your management look condescending. The Ohio Revised Code 4513.60 as posted does not even apply in this case. That code applies only to private residential or private agricultural property. Pathetic Wal-mart. It all just makes you look childish and small.
