I love my Walgreens. I can park by the door and take my walker in for a leisurely shopping experience. I saved $8 at the onset for being a rewards member (just put my phone number in the credit card scanner). Previously I’d purchased a very expensive Cera Ve lotion to remedy a patch of itchy skin. This visit I find I can buy TWO bottles of the Walgreen brand (which has the same ingredients as Cera Ve) for the price of one Cera Ve. Yay! I also picked out all of the greeting cards I needed for June & July birthdays and anniversaries. They carry the best Hallmark cards. My brain decides it needs a Twix bar (haven’t had one of those in ages). 2 for $5? Well, thank you I think I will. My brain says I’ll be thirsty. 2 BAI cherry wonder waters for $4? Yes, thank you very much. Only 10 calories and it contains Vitamin C. The most fun of all is at the cash register with the nicest most cheerful lady. We chit chat about my excellent purchases and she reminds me to come back to Walgreens soon. My pleasure! I look forward to it.P.S. - With my receipt I receive two coupons. One is $7 cash reward with $35 purchase expiring in 7. Another coupon for $5 off my next health and wellness purchase. Easy-peasy to do that and it expires in 15 days. Thanks, Walgreens!

I NEED HELP to understand why, I had to wait 3 days for my prescription!!?? My Doctor sent in a refill for my medication on MONDAY never received a notice that it was ready I called on Wednesday and was told they received a delivery but had NO staff to count or stock it, BUT since I called it will be ready in 2 hours, it was not ready 2.5 hours later .... BUT and since I called they will work on it and be ready within 30 minutes, WHAT does that mean? I asked in 30 minutes you will be closed for Lunch,!!..IT WILL be ready when you get here was the response!! ......BUT PLEASE answer my question WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT, your staffing issues are NOT MY issue!!

I cannot warn you enough not to cone here for anything, pharmacy lies and never has your prescription ready on time, they schedule vaccines and don't have them in stock, if they do have them expect to wait an hour past your appointment time, the photo center never has anything ready on time and is likely to be messed up. I'm not sure why I gave so many chances but I have burned every time

Worst experience ever. They told me at 2 pm they had my medication in stock. Then at 5:30 I went to Walgreen's and it wasn't filled. They said it would take 10 minutes, not a big deal right? So I waited, and then she came back and said that my meds they have in stock are expired.... Terrible

This was the best pharmacy in Englewood, but over the past 5 years the service has declined. The last 4 prescriptions I had filled, were either misplaced or some other problem occurred. Last month, I waited 2 hrs in store to fill a prescription, only to find out the staff never processed it.The customer service is pretty much nonexistent, staff are either doing their own thing, or just plain rude. You Definitely, can't depend on their hours of operation, several times they have closed without notice, other than a hand written sign that they were closed.Definitely, taking my business to another pharmacy in future,

My prescription was sent at 3:45p. One antibiotic, one cream. Cream was ready at 6:00p. They didn’t “see” the antibiotic in the system. I pulled it up in MyCharts, showed them the name. After about 15 minutes heard “it’s coming through now”Was told to come back in an hour. I ate dinner and came back at 7:50. Was told it wasn’t ready yet, still needed to be bagged. Was told that usually takes half an hour.Management needs to hire more people, or more competent people because they appear overwhelmed and this is not an isolated incident.Not a fan of wasting 3 hours when I’m already sick. I’m sure others feel the same.

Script was called in at 2:30 pm it is now almost 7pm, the time the pharmacy closes. No one will answer the phone script still says in progress and I will now go the night without my inhaler. This is EVERY time at this Walgreens, I will now send my scripts to Huber Heights and just make the drive, at least I know I will have my scripts. Worst Walgreens ever!

These 1 star reviews do not accurately reflect this pharmacy. Those people don't understand how doctor's offices or pharmacies work. This isn't 1980, things have changed. You have to take accountability for yourself, if you know you need a refill give them at least 48 hours notice. Don't walk in with a prescription and think they are filling it in under 15 minutes. Yes, they are busy. When Owl's closed in West Milton they took the bulk of those patients. Caresource and other insurance companies also mandate their patients to use Walgreens, so yeah they are busy but don't blame the employees for that. I've been using the Englewood Walgreens pharmacy for 10 years now and I've only had 1 semi bad experience with a float pharmacist. All of the pharmacists and techs are amazing and work really hard. Just remember that kindness works both ways and everyone is human and can make mistakes, even you perfect people that left the 1 star reviews.

Called yesterday to see if what my dad needs is in stock. It took 35 min to get an answer. It isn’t. Evidently has to be ordered. After reading reviews I don’t think we will do business here.

Slow, disorganized, rude, do not care even a little bit. Scripts are never ready when they say. They will tell you to come back at a certain time and when you get back it still isn’t done. The whole staff is just sort of standing around most of the time while the line of customers just keeps getting longer.

Very poor experience here: their text notifications are not reliable, their on-line communications are not helpful, and it is hard to get someone on the phone to straighten it out. Their drive thru window is often closed, they can't find prescriptions in their bins that have already been filled, (this has happened twice now.) I am too exasperated by my experience this morning to go into the long history of disappointments at this store. Looking for a better alternative.

Prescriptions are never done on time , can't tell you how many wasted trips just to find out they lied again, photo center is even worse. Spoke with pharmacy tech Chris about my prescription and was rushed off the phone and told “I have to go and get off the call because we have a drive thru line to the road and I need to help them”. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m still a customer/patient even if I’m on the phone and this did not make me feel valued whatsoever. I understand being busy, but the needs of the patients on the phone are just as important as those in the drive thru. Ended up not even getting answers for what I called about. Definitely won’t be returning to this location

Waited on hold over 30 minutes to give insurance info over phone because they are open until 9p and was at the hospital for a pulled back muscle. Explained cannot come in due to pain, Told just to bring it to the drive thru pick up when we pick up in 20 minutes. Got in line at 840p, with one car ahead of me. Pulled up after waiting almost 15 minutes behind one car… pharmacy turned off the lights and walked away- 5 minutes before close. Went to the front to attempt to walk in, they are closed. I thought 9p meant you actually stayed open until 9p. Yes I understand we only had 5 minutes but waited at urgent care almost 3 hours. We will NOT be returning here, should have just waited for our regular pharmacy. Lesson learned

This is the absolute worst pharmacy on planet Earth. The people who work in the pharmacy should be at McDonald's and I doubt they'd survive there. The pharmacist is a joke. She acts inconvenienced when you ask a question and gets rude when you question an obvious mistake on their part. Not to mention how slow they're plus you get a message by text saying a script is ready, only to arrive and they just shrug their shoulders saying they don't have it yet. Find any other pharmacy but THIS ONE!!!!! The reviews are all legit!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime I go the line is super long, or I sit at the window for long periods of time and no one comes. The last time I went the girl came to the window asked my name and birthday then left and never came back. I was there for 20 minutes. This time I called and was put on hold for over 45 minutes and no one ever answered. I do not recommend using this pharmacy I am switching to rite aid.

Took a few weeks of back-and-forth between this pharmacy and my new one since they never faxed my prescriptions. They take forever to answer the phone, and seem to be slow at any counter at any time of day. They need to get themselves organized.

Very unprofessional and apparently understaffed. Do not allow your doctor to call in prescriptions here. Also do not hand deliver any prescription you need quickly.My doctor phoned in a prescription for me. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacy said they hadn't received it. So I called my doctor's office and told them what had happened. They said they would call it in again. An hour or so later they called back to confirm the call in. Later that day I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacy again said they had received nothing from the doctor. So while at the pharmacy I again called the doctor's office, who said they would immediately call it in a third time. An hour later the doctor's office called me back and explained what had happened. They had been leaving a message on the pharmacy's prescription voice mail system. This time they waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak with a pharmacist. The pharmacist said that their voice mail is not working.So this pharmacy has a voice mail for doctors to leave prescriptions, but the messages never get to the pharmacist! That is incredibly unprofessional. The pharmacy knows that their voice mail system does not work, but they leave it online to receive prescriptions that they will never fill!After reading the above, you may think you'll be OK if you restrict your business to hand delivered prescriptions. But if you need those prescriptions quickly, you'd be wrong. After a recent doctor appointment, I hand delivered two prescriptions to this pharmacy at 3:30PM. These were medications the doctor told me I needed to start taking that evening. The pharmacy tech apologized as she told me that they would not be able to get to it while I waited, but said it should be available after 5:30PM. At closing time that same night, the prescription had not yet been filled. It was not filled until 10:30AM the next morning while I was at work.To sum up, prescriptions your doctor leaves on this pharmacy's voice mail will never be filled. Prescriptions you hand deliver to this pharmacy will not be filled until the next business day.My insurance requires me to use Walgreens, but I will never use THIS Walgreens again.

The worst Walgreens in the area by far. I ordered photocards online and chose this store because it had the fastest pick up time. I never got my confirmation email saying that they were ready so I waited until the next day. When I went in the next day, they informed me that they hadn't been printed yet because they didn't have the equipment and were waiting on a shipment. I asked if they were supposed to let me know that they couldn't fulfill the order and she said I should have gotten an email. Naturally, as soon as I was in my car, I got the email. They didn't bother sending it until I had already come in asking about it.The same day, I ordered a large framed canvas print to be picked up. It would not arrive until about two weeks after I ordered. I set it to be delivered to the store. In my email, it tells me that I will get an email when it arrives to the store and is ready to be picked up. I waited until the day after the estimated delivery date to look into it because I had not received any notification that it was ready to be picked up. It says my item was delivered SEVEN DAYS ago, and yet no email confirmation at all that it was there and ready to be picked up.I know people don't love the Walgreens on N. Main St because it's a little rough, but it's worth it to not have to deal with the Englewood Walgreens. I have never had an issue at the N. Main store, and I have never NOT had an issue at Englewood.

This Walgreens is TERRIBLE! Honestly, I haven't found any good pharmacies in the Englewood area. I tried using Kroger briefly and went right back to Walgreens.My biggest draw to Walgreens, was their points program. Unfortunately, they changed it a few years ago, and I no longer get points for my prescriptions that have no cost. I actually changed my insurance so that I could stay with Walgreens.Specifics about this location... They are S L O W. And not normal pharmacy slow, but slow like they just don't care about you slow. They have had a sign on their drive thru for months that the drive thru bell doesn't work, so you have to go inside. I started having my prescriptions shipped, because it was easier than dealing with them in person.I constantly have prescriptions that aren't filled or ones that are filled incorrectly. When you call, the pharmacist is trying to do 12 other things at once. I have never had their undivided attention in the nearly 2 years that I've been using this location.Lack of attention to the customer, lack of urgency to fix problems, and just overall lack of care, makes this a less than ideal place to get your prescriptions filled.

Ordered a floating picture frame, got a text saying it was ready for pickup, it wasn't ready for pickup. The guy said it was going to take 40 minutes to do, didn't look at me once, and just walked off. Went back the next day, still not ready, the same guy says give me 10 minutes, 20 minutes later, still not ready. I won't be using this Walgreens photo again.

We ordered a Holiday picture album to be made on the 21st of December. We were told it would be completed on 12 23 22, it was not, we were told come back on the 24th, we did and it was not done, I came back on 12 26 22, a version was done but the photos were on damaged pages so the manager stated they would remake it and pick it up on 12 27 22, it again was not done. Very bad service!

My wife arrived at this Walgreen’s in Englewood, Ohio, on Wenger Road to pick up a Prescription from her recent eye appointment whereas the Physician electronically sent the prescription. Upon checking at the Walgreens Pharmacy Desk, she was told it would be a twenty-five minute wait. My wife agreed and after thirty minutes, my wife inquired about her prescription and she was told that they were still working on it. (Note: The lady at the desk at Walgreens that took her order informed my wife that she was leaving for a dinner break and to not let the other prescription workers to forget about her.)My wife further inquired with another pharmacist assistant and and gave her name again whereas the assistant asked the Walgreen Pharmacist about the needed prescription. The Walgreens pharmacist responded as if she knew nothing about my wife’s eye prescription. They then proceeded to give the 3rd degree questioning to my wife, who the Doctor’s name, phone number, etc etc..to which she answered that she was at the West Milton Eye Center, and that they sent the prescription electronically. Needless to say, that 25 minute wait turned into a 90 minute wait and she left the store without her prescription. When the first attendant saw the prescription she told my wife it would be about 25 minutes…the following chain of workers failed in their delivery. My wife came home very disappointed without her prescription. A total lack of communication and professionalism! My wife is going to call back to the doctor and change the address to CVS. Notice, we have used Walgreens for 25+ years but it just ended today! Mel Tolle

I've been going to this pharmacy for monthly prescriptions for almost 4 years now and I've never had a problem with them. Josh is always top notch along with the rest of the staff. I recommend this location over Kroger Walmart any day. The only other pharmacy I would trust is a CVS in Union.

I will never shop at this Walgreen's because of how i was treated. I had a job interview i was 30 minutes early. I dressed nicely. I wore a skirt and a nice blouse. I had good eye contact and I have 30 plus years of customer service experience. And didn't get the job. Unfair decision. If they i am not good enough person to hire with all of my work experience. Then my hard earned dollar is not good to spend there..

I arrived to out cash on my Chime account. It's free at Walgreens and a great service. I counted my money, $124 to out in the lady says are you sure I said with a smile I hope so. She immediately said we'll be sure, I said we'll you are counting it again so we'll go with what you have. She said I'll count it after you. I said never mind...I don't have time or patience for dumb employees your to do a job put the cash I had you on my card. It's that simple.

Pharmacist rarely on duty. Waste of my time and gas to drive 20 minutes to get prescriptions only to go back home without them because they can't sell me my prescriptions without a Pharmacist being there. Time to find a better pharmacy I'm thinking 🤔

I used to like this Branch but i came in the day after Christmas to order a canvas photo, which said it will be done by 12 after i ordered online. I came in after 12 and a man was kind of rude when i told him i have an order. Long story short he gave me a spiel about how its the holidays and it will be done surely by 3 since he promised he will personally do it and left. Or he could have just did it right then and there while i was waiting for it. Look, i used to work in Walgreens and this company’s motto is customer service first.I came back at 4:30 and was in a hurry because i have an appointment somewhere drove all the way from new Lebanon just to find out it wasnt done. I was furious. This girl who took over from him was washing her hand from the whole situation. Wow! Really? The manager should reprimand this employee because he is risking the reputation of the branch.
