Stopped in a couple nights ago to get ice cream. My girlfriend and I both were appalled by the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service plaguing this establishment. We stopped in a couple of months for the first time at this location. The same cashier was on duty and acted exactly the same both times. We gave the location the benefit of the doubt, but something must be said after this second visit. This person should never be in a field that is customer service oriented that involves interacting with customers. I almost felt embarrassed for the entire staff on that shift. I won’t be back.

In the 5 years I have been coming to this store I have never had a bad experience. The store is always very clean, the employees have always been very friendly and helpful, smiling and friendly conversation....always stocked with what I am looking for. Great gas deals. I used to go to speedway all the time and got tired of my feet sticking to the floor. And UDF has great coffee, big kudos from me for this store.

Stopped in here the other day and the girl at the register her name was Kritsten i think rang me out but her entire arm was down the back of her pants the entire time. I was disgusted. Another employee a girl with a bandana came out the back and saw the girl in her pants and she even looked disgusted and shocked. The cashier handed me my stuff and smelled her hand. I wish i was joking. I'm considering calling the health department because this is an ice cream shop/ gas station and having an employee so freely doing that in front of a customer tells me management allows that and I refuse to think I'm the only one to complain. She handles people foods and drinks. She could get people very sick.

Brought my kids here for a snack and there were two employees a young black girl and young mixed guy and they were outside smoking marijuana and came inside the store and the smell so was strong I took my kids and left. Apparently I wasn't the only one complaining because a gentleman in front of me let the cashier know he was calling 911 and the cashier apologized and let him know she's contacted the manager. It's really sad you can't bring your kids to enjoy ice cream without the workers ruining the experience.

I'm very disappointed.. Friday, december 15th, 11:35 pm . Worst customer service ever. I called ahead to ask what time they serve ice cream till .. was told until close , I drove there, and they told me ice cream was closed . The stoe has gone downhill .

I just wanted to say that marguerite is one of the nicest employees at UDF. She really goes out of her way to help customers and make you really feel like you are welcomed at UDF. She has wonderful personality that just shines. She is a good example of what great customer service should be at any establishment.

Had to pay with a 100$ bill lady at the counter shook her head. This lady was rude as could be. Both people in front said same thing leaving. Can't tell me it wasn't s black an white thing because the colored patron hot a "have a blessed day" I work an live in this town ill never nor recommend anyone dpending a penny at this place. This ain a rant u got video cameras look at your employee. Not another goes to this place.

said they were somehow out of chocolate ice cream and then i watched the guy make my shake and put it to the side for no reason, then proceeded to make several peoples shakes and give them out, then finally put a lid on mine and gave me what just milk at that point. horrible service, not coming back.

They absolutely refuse to have items stocked yet they are there in the fridge behind empty slots. Last 3 visits, same deal. Done with this location.

Not impressed at all with the owner, not friendly and quite rude. We ordered 1 scoop of ice cream and 1 banana split, I asked if the nuts from banana split could be put on my single dip, which the worker said was fine, but when the owner rang up the bill, I was charged extra for nuts... I questioned why and told him that the worker said it was fine, but after a dirty look from the owner, I was told " I DO NOT allow that!".... I won't be going back

Purchased my daughter candy at the Englewood location, over a year expired. Returned to exchange it for something in date only to be told that we would have to return in the morning to talk to the manager to do a refund. What a joke of an organization, no manager on duty to handle customer concerns. Customer service is not what it used to be, just take care of the cuatomer.

Good store. Great beer cave, and decent selection of wine, etc. Friendly staff. Grandkids love to go here for excellent icecream, shakes, etc. We also gas up here a lot because of price and convenience (although pump setup is a bit slow).

New workers are rude as can be. Takes incredibly long to make shakes. Ignores customers and gives really bad attitude towards us. Very unpleasant welcomes, very disappointed especially since we go there all the time and now all this bad stuff is happening.

This UDF has it all. It's very clean and has everything you could want in a gas station, plus some delicious ice cream. The staff are all the nicest people ever. I have never had a bad experience and I've never had a time when I go in and the staff don't make me smile AT LEAST once no matter how my day is going. 10/10 I reccommend this is my favorite gas station and favorite Ice cream place!!!

Last night I came in to purchase a ice cream for a friend of mines daughter. As I waited to be rung up at the register I watched the employee dip a plastic spoon into the ice cream toppings and proceed to eat it while I was waiting. And then dipped it again with the same spoon. Disgusting!!!

Usually best gas price, but always have a wait for check out. Just a busy place at the registers, especially getting ice cream too.Plan to wait your turn on all registers most of the time.

I'm from out of state. Had a major problem here and the price changed while I was pumping my gas. It's scanned my debit card at One price charge me much more when I was done. Not disappointed with a mistake it's how they handled it. Had to go through Ohio State's Attorney to get any satisfaction. Store manager and home office insisted that it was all 'legal". I have worked in customer service. Never been so disappointed in a business in my life

Very nice, newer and larger UDF. Good selection of drinks and snacks and good coffee. Friendly staff. Cashier even pointed out gas would be cheaper if she gave me a UDF card which was appreciated.

Shakes are like drinking cold milk, even when you ask for a thick shake they give you a runny shake. Only place i know that can turn a chocolate shake to vanilla by using so much milk.

Dana waited on my daughter and I and we both asked for carmel cone crunch and she gave us something totally different and we didnt like it ... she said if we come back she would replace it and I simply said I wasnt going back out and asked her to take our name and replace it at another time anx she said no .. I said ok you just lost our business

resident of Englewood, Ohio for over 10 years, and have always felt a warm welcome to the neighborhood untill Friday March 15th about 730pm;  when I decided to stop in the UDF in my neighborhood  UDF at 501 West National road.  I am came in for the special buy one scoop get on free. There was a customer being served at the icecream parlor, I stood behind the customer and waited to be served.  The employee a middle aged  caucasian heavy set female with dark hair,  Wearing a purple shirt was behind the counter serving the customer ahead of me. When she was finished serving the customer she walk over to the half empty trash canister , pulled the bag out tied it up replaced the liner and went on to do a few other things.  Never  Acknowledging that another customer was standing waiting to be served... A older white couple walked in the store and she  Immediately stated I'll be with you shortly.. I then said "excuse me, I been standing here for almost 10mins and you never  acknowledge me. I have not been served" .. she then walks over to the icecream parlor and states very  Angrily  " WHAT CAN I GET.. The employee attempted to serve me ice cream without washing her hands. She went on to slam the leaves of the ice cream cooler as she prepared my ice cream. I thanked her paid for my stuff and left the store...smh

The milkshakes are my favorite. I also like that they have other needed things there if you need a place to stop on the way through town. The staff is usually pretty friendly

I went to UDF for gas, as I often do, because their gas prices are typically a few cents less than surrounding stations. It is also easy to get "in and out" quickly.

I love this place! It has a fair selection of drinks and snacks, and the staff is always super courteous.
