Eli is always so helpful. He really goes above and beyond for customers. Interactions with him are always positive. He has a great attitude. I’ve lived in a lot of cities and even states over the years (and therefore have used a lot of pharmacies locally and nationally) and Eli is the best employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. I use this particular location because the staff have great manners and seem to care. Thanks Eli!

I switched from mail meds to my local pharmacy. I can NEVER reach anyone by phone. I do understand they are busy however I work full time as well. They have a couple staff who are very kind when I visit the store. Carolyn is exceptionally helpful. There is a female pharmacist who is not.I try off hours, try all different times to call but unfortunately no answer. I have to physically go to the store. Is there as solution to talking to anyone?

Pharmacy staff Robert and Cyril literally stayed past closing time to help me fill antibiotics for my daughter. So impressed with how kind and courteous they were. Hope Rite Aid appreciates and recognize them.

I love this Rite Aid, specifically the pharmacy. I'm always treated with care and respect. Caroline has gone above and beyond to help me more times than I can count. Robert also has always been so kind and helped me with everything. Everyone treats you feel like a good friend, not just another client. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I love the englewood Rite Aid. it is staffed with the most friendly staff I see Robert alot but all the staff is nice. the store is clean and when there is no line in the drive way I am in and out. going inside is fast with or without a line and the ladies at the front desk greet me when I enter to go straight to the pharmacy. overall a great store to me.

So, I’d been going to Walgreens across the street for the past 8 years and the pharmacist always treated me like an addict. No matter what. I started coming to Rite Aid and I just have to say that both pharmacists, Robert and Im not sure the others names, but they’re so incredibly kind. They call me by my name, they speak to me like a person, they answer questions they don’t have to, help find stuff they don’t have to. They’re just all around wonderful pharmacists. I got my flu shot today. They made it so easy and even funny. It’s nice knowing they aren’t ableist and really care.That being said, the women at the front needs to wear their dang masks ABOVE their noses. One of them is never following proper PPE but it appears to happen most often when she’s there after the pharmacy is closed. Just keep people safe please. ❤️

When asked why the Cold and Cough Medication availability have been almost non existent for the past 3 months that I have been coming in the store....I was met with..there is a nationwide shortage. I said...."I just don't buy that anymore but thank you very much". The Pharmacy associate said to me as I turned to walk away....."If you wanna blame somebody....blame Joe". I said "excuse me?". The pharmacist said..."He's talking about Joe Biden". How in the world is this appropriate to say to a customer? I come to a pharmacy for my medications and advice. Your Political Babble just lost you a customer. Shame on You!

The service is awful and not what it used to be. There are always a number of staff there roaming around the pharmacy but NEVER answers the phone for customers or other pharmacies.

Their Helpful, & Friendly Staff seamlessly transferred my Rxs, Insurances, & Info (not as lucky with our 1st, close in proximity to Rite-Aid, choice) after CVS (with for 15yrs) suddenly stopped accepting TriCare 01/01/2016.

I absolutely love this rite aid! The folks that work there really are like my family, I feel that they truly do care about me as a person, not just like I am a client or a customer they make me feel like part of the family !!! Overpriced, and the management/ supervision is extremely less than helpful. Between Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid, Rite Aid comes in a distant.....4th. If you need something RIGHT NOW, and you're driving by. sure. If you're not pressed, go another pharmacy with better prices and service.
