We unfortunately arrived late, the original groomer didn't want to take our dog, it was our first time with the young man, so I completely understood. I was ok with rescheduling but the young lady who has watched our dog grow from his first bath a year ago, said she would be happy to take him. This is why we will continue to keep coming, I'm so sorry I don't remember her name but there are 2 young ladies who love our pet just as much as we do

Kendall is great! She takes great care of my baby when I bring him in. She lets me know if she thinks he would benefit from a different type of service. She's always pleasant. Rocky had an appointment scheduled for Saturday afternoon, Kendall called to see if he could come earlier or reschedule because she was sick. We were able to reschedule him for the following morning. That was a very thoughtful act. She also went ahead and scheduled him for his next appointment, which saves me time on trying to make an appointment. It's very hard to make an appointment online and it can be difficult to reach someone by phone to make one because the groomers are always so busy. So because of Kendall, you have these great scores!

STAY AWAY!! Horrible experience and customer service! This was our puppies first grooming experience which was completely ruined by rude employee - Elena M! She was so aggressive and rude that I didn't feel comfortable having her service my fur baby! When I expressed my concerns she immediately walked away yelling and refused to do the services. Elena was even rude and dismissive to the Petco store manager (Yancey) that tried to help. I can't believe that Petco would employee inpatient, rude, and aggressive employees like her. I wouldn't leave her alone with my human babies.. There was no way I would trust this employee with my fur baby. Do yourself a favor and find another local groomer that cares about the level of service they provide. Plenty of groomers in the local area to choose from! The only reason I choose this place was because of the Vitacare which is a complete SCAM!

Jennifer had great communication from before the appointment til the end. My puppy was matted but she took very great care of him he came back to me with such a positive happy attitude :)

The groomers are very nice, pleasant and professional even the workers in the store will assist. (if the groomer is assisting another pet, the worker in the store will make sure my presents are known.) my request for cut is always perfect. they are through on what i want or need.

Kindell was professional & efficient. When, asking for advice, she cheerfully participated. Grateful, because our dog is a rescue & a small guy, making his needs different. This has been a good experience.

She gave max his best cut ! We adored our groomer susan in north conway nh, and were so worried we wouldn’t find someone as kind and patient with max here in ohio. But susan put in great documentation and it made it much easier for them here. It was an extremely hot day and because he takes about 3-4 hours, he got a bit dehydrated vomiting for a couple hours when we got home. I hope it was just heat, because he is allergic to chicken and on a restricted diet and i said no treats. I will double check next visit. But his cut is just perfect for hot ohio weather!

Just watching as the groomers where taking care of the dogs I noticed a lot of forcing them into positions and a scared dog not underatanding what's going on. I believe that they all need a lesson in low stress handling because it would make their job easier and more enjoyable for both human and pets alike. I wouldn't want my dog treated with such force just because they are scared or nervous. Dr. Sophia Yin has an amazing book for reference! As a veterinary technician I have found some of my pateints scared of clippers or trimmers because of a bad grooming experience. I don't want that to happen to your peta there. I hope this helps!
