Staff team was very polite and helpful. They were more than willing to answer all our questions. They also offered additional advice from their past experiences relating to our needs. It was easy to find exactly what we needed in the store and also easy to browse throughout the store at future possible purchases that may be needed or wanted. The prices can be high on some items compared to other stores I've visited, but there were also many sale items that make things cheaper overall depending on your total needs.

I went in today to get my animals food. The only person that acknowledged me and my family was Paula. Very helpful and knowledge. The two managers just staring at me and giving me horrible looks. I do a lot of business here and i may take it elsewhere. Also the employees were cutting dog nails for free when they are not certified groomers.

A Mistake

I took in my German Shepard mix for a washing and new collar, and after explaining to the staff that he is gentle around humans, he is aggressive towards other dogs. They helped to accommodate for him and got the wash station set up quickly. After the wash they helped us to find the right collar and ring us up quickly. Also their biscuits are always fresh, which my dog appreciates. Overall good service, quick, and they help you to find the right products for your pets.

Took my puppy in to let him pick out a toy for him and his sister. Mind you, my puppy is in the process of being socialized and doesn't seem to like men very much. The female employees were great with him and he warmed up to them quickly after being "bribed" with patty treats. He calmed down and picked out his toys with ease. Thank you for making a nervous owner feel stress free on our first trip to your pet store.

The customer service clerks are top notch, very friendly and helpful! The prices are a bit high but they have a wide selection of pet foods. A wonderful pet bath station is also available. Brianna and Kenny are great people to talk to.

Their employees are very friendly and they have a wide variety of pet food and supplies, but it is overpriced compared to other stores. I was also not impressed with the habitats of the animals that they have. The parakeets were in a very small aquarium on the side along the wall which doesn't provide adequate ventilation for them. The ferrets were also in one of these aquariums, three in one that was around 2x2ft. Definitely not large enough for them and definitely not healthy. They need to take better care of their animals!!

We buy Earthborn Holistic dog food for our boxer, and chose to shop here because they carry a few different varieties of that brand, and they offer a rewards card for regular customers. The store itself is very clean for a pet store. They have an amazing self-service dog wash in the store that we absolutely love. It's reasonably priced and SO much easier than getting our dog into the tub at home, plus no dog hair all over our bathroom to clean up! Their prices seem on the high side for toys and treats, but overall we like this store quite a bit.

Our sales associate was the BEST!!! He was SO helpful with EVERYTHING, from the dog bath, the new harness, to the discounts and info on nail clipping. He EVEN came out to our car to show us how the harness straps in! He was absolutely the best!!! I thank him from the bottom of my 💓!!!!! We will go back!

Good place with an amazing staff. They are always running a legit fundraiser to help donate to shelters and whatnot as well. However, they are a bit more expensive. Manager Liz Bayes is a sweet heart, and obviously cares about her job and your animals.

Took my obese Labrador for a wash. The set up is great! She’s 10 so the way they have the dogs get in the tub was perfect for her. The towels absorb so much I kind of want one for my own head. The employees are also very helpful and understanding. We will be back with porky mcfat fat!

I've only been in here twice (searching for things other pet stores were out of) and OMG, this, by far, is the worst smelling of them all!!! So glad to have a mask on or it would have been unbearable. The service was good, though.

I have purchased on 3 occasions now fish from the store. I gave the bebifit of the doubt after my first group of fish died. I should have leaned from my second purchase but I thought I would give the local store one last chance. Well all 6 of the neon tetras on round 3 died within 5 hours plus the price was was crazy compared to Gerber’s in Moraine. I should have made the trip got healthier fish and for a better price

Don't buy hermit crabs from here. I've bought 2 hermit crabs from here and they both died trying to molt a friend of mine bought 6 from here and they died the same way. The only crabs I've had live have been won from fairs and bought at other pet stores. Bad store to buy pets from. They do have good products tho.

I have always loved pet stores and pets in general. I recently purchased a fish and a day or two later started experiencing issues. All of my fish are sick now and the little fishie passed away today. she lived for less than a month. My other fish are now infected too. I am mainly concerned in the general health of fish and other pets that they have.

Best pet store in the area, the workers know my puppy by name and he knows the workers! The dog wash is worth every penny, they supply the towls/shampoo/conditioner/and treats.

Visited two days in a row and had to wait and wait, with a person in front of me leaving without purchasing because the store in Englewood Ohio was short on help. I ended up leaving too. Came back only because of what I needed. There apparently was only one Clerk, which is always concerning for any business, because I feel there should always be two people no matter what.

Chris was amazing. My Bichon Frise was pepper sprayed and I had to use the dog wash. She was very empathetic and gave me a quick tutorial. It was easy and fast. Everything was provided for me. She never gave me a time limit as the pepper spray is oil based and was hard to get out. When we were done he received a treat and I was given a card for a free wash. She went out of her way to be helpful and I will definitely return to the Englewood location.

A lady was in there buying a guinea pig. I have had guinea pigs for years and fostered several. The worker was giving her really bad advice. I tried to help, and the worker got angry with me. The piggy obviously has mites. The worker said it was a scratch and not to treat it. She told her it would be fine to put in the cage with her other pig. I won't be back and will warn other pet owners.

I have been buying my crickets and dog supplies from her for over 4 years now. There are times they won't have crickets in stock one day and the next day they will and when i ask why i get that the employee may not have wanted to get them out, this has happened several time . I recently got a corn snake and went in tipp get pink newborn mice to feed her, on Sept 7th i got one mouse and the employee that day was great let me see them to choose the right size, today Sept 14th the employee there who said she was from the sugarcreek store told me they don't have or sell pink mic . I told her i was just there and got one last week and she told me they shouldn't be selling them and that she couldn't help me . Today was the last straw for me, i will use my bonus buck from there and i am done buying from this company. Sad patt is i work a few doors down and it's convenient for me but i will no longer go there due to the rudeness from this lady and the lack of staff and inventory.

The store had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The prices are a bit high, but the product quality is great. We were in and out very quickly with everything we needed. We will be visiting again!

The staff needs more training on animal needs in their lives section. Bearded dragon babies living on sand causing impaction and also water inside the tank causes too much humidity leaving them with upper respiratory problems. Don't get me started on the fish. Poor water quality. My tank has gotten ick 4 times getting fish from here. But they say ick will only attack that one fish. Bull crap. We lost 8 fish by adding one fish of the same breed.

Brought my 2 dogs for baths. Everything is provided in a clean comfortable space. Even shampoo and all the fluffy towels needed. Clean happy dogs bathed by you. Leave the mess behind. Pawesome!

Superb pet specialty store! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Store size is not too big, and not too pricey for quality of products. After the name change, and complete instore makeover THIS PLACE IS NICE!

It's a nice clean place they are very nice and helpful. A little bit too expensive for me but, I shop at Goodwill, Aldi's, general dollar so I'm not sure I'm a good judge on the subject of pricing.

Wonderful service. Staff so helpful. Have an area you can bring your dog and bathe for small fee. Check this out. Englewood OH, Rt 48 and Rt 40 intersection.

I'm giving a 2 star because I noticed the small tight cages the birds and ferrets were being kept in! The single bird had no room whatsoever to move around in just up and down it's small ladder, and the poor ferrets have no room to run around in a small box cage like that! Seriously that is some form of animal abuse and it is disgusting! You should be ashamed!

The help is very informative. I would have given a 4 star rating but they have downsized their live aquarium section by half of what they used to have, which is what I was shopping for.

Very sad to see this store close. They were the only self serve dog wash around. Employees were always very friendly and helpfull. This store chain will be missed.
