I took my 14 year old border collie to Mantra Paws for a bath & to get her nails trimmed. She looks like a new dog! So bright & shiny!! When I give her a bath & blow dry her, there’s so much dead hair still in there! Mantra Paws did a fantastic job, post-bath…. It’s incredible!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Where do I even start? We are heartbroken. Three weeks before we took our cat to Mantra Paws for grooming, our cat had his annual well checkup at the vet. He was 9 years old. The vet said very healthy. So three weeks go by. We bring him in for grooming for the first time at this location. We knew we had a very uncooperative cat when it comes to grooming. They weren't able to finish him for that reason. Understandable. However, once we got him home we noticed we was not himself. Stressed maybe...no. Not eating, unsteady on his feet, his eyes didn't look quite right, holding his head sideways at times, could barely meow, (very scratchy meow), wasn't harassing our dog, wasn't using his scratching post. A couple days go by and he's getting worse. Front paw has swollen twice in size, then his whole leg swelled and then into his chest. They clipped his nails so short we couldn't even feel them. Took him to the vet. Treated for serious infection, (antibiotic, steroid, pain killer). So multiply trips to the vet over the next five weeks. Swelling went down a little but he continues to get worse. Vet said there was nothing more she could do. Our cat died. Do we blame it on the groomers? Absolutely. The vet wouldn't say for sure but possible concussion and/ or other internal injuries were mentioned.

Dropped my dog off at 2:30 for her appointment and didn’t get her back until 5 hours later. She’s about 20 lbs and usually is in there for 2 hours at the most. Every time I called they just kept telling me “a little longer” and would not tell me why it took so long until after I got her back. When I finally got the call she’d be ready in 30 mins, I had to wait an extra 30 mins on top of that after I got there to pick her up. By far my worst experience with them in 4 years. Probably won’t be back.

We brought our Cat to this groomer for the first time… he was badly mistreated by staff. His nails were cut too short likely with dirty clippers giving him an infection that killed him shortly after. He never acted the same after bringing him home. Brain damage was likely according to the vet and he never meowed again after coming home (very vocal cat). It’s evident he was badly mistreated by the staff here. This place KILLED OUR CAT, do not bring your animals here! This could happen to you, do not risk it!!!Also,The first red flag for us should have been the nasty lady working the front desk!!!

Excellent place for my mini golden retriever Boo to go for her spa day. She gets treated like a queen and they treat me like a king! I have to drive 30 minutes to get there but I know they will do a great job and will get all of her toe nails and dew claws. ( most other places say they did and didn't...that really gets me upset) So bring your babies here to get pampered ❤️

I took my English Springer Spaniel here to get her groomed for the first time. She does well with water, but every time we took her to the Pet Valu shop she would go beserk when we turned on the dryer... So I was worried she'd go nuts with the groomers, but they told me she did really well! They have a magical touch, apparently! Also, being her first time, I had no idea what to ask for. So I just explained that she's a hunting dog and gets hot and gets lots of burrs and thorns stuck in her fur and that we wanted to avoid that. They were super patient with me and I thank them for that 😊. When I came to pick her up like ~2 hours later, she'd been perfectly groomed, had some cologne on (they ask if you want it), and had given her an adorable little scarf! I'll definitely be back here. Plus, look how cute my bff is ❤️

Great place to take your pet, or my Yorkie, to get a bath, her hair done, and her nails did. Covered parking drop off and pick up for those rainy/snowy days to keep everyone safe and dry. Very reasonable prices and happy friendly staff keep us coming back as repeat customers. Give these folks a try for your dirty doggie, you'll both be happy you did 🐾🐶🐾❤️.

We have three dogs and have used the services from Mantra Paws for about four years. We have one dog with allergies requiring special shampooing. Alicia is our groomer. She has always done an excellent job with our dogs. I can leave our dogs there knowing they will be groomed properly and will be safe.

Have a blind, deaf 15 year old and a cranky 16 year old. Both dogs love this place. We also have a 10 month old puppy but he loves everyone so I can't judge by him.The groomers do an exceptional job. Dogs look great, they aren't the slightest bit stressed when we pick them up, and they eagerly walk in when we bring them for their appointments. I couldn't be happier and I urge anyone to give them a try. They will take excellent care of your fur baby.

I have been taking my first dog Emma here since they have been open and they have been more than wonderful with her. Knowing her age and hip problem they were very careful with her and she loved going. I also take my other dog rugar who is 3 here and they work great with her. Great prices and great people. I recommend this place to anyone who asks me.

Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. Brought my elderly dog for a haircut and a wash. The appointment took 5 hours and when I got her back she was very upset. No bathroom breaks or water. Come to find out one of her nipples was cut clean off. Will not be coming back

I've been a customer here for over nine years, but it looks like I'm going to have to find another grooming service. My original groomer left the company so I decided to give someone else a chance, that was a mistake. I didn't pay for my dog to be experimented with. If you want a specialty cut I advise you look elsewhere. I'm not sure why they're changing, if they're under new management or something but definitely no longer a satisfied customer.

They hurt my friends daughters dog!! Nasty wounds. Most likely from trimming the hair too short to the point they cut skin 🤬🤬🤬if you want to take the chance of that happening this is the place!

Mother in laws dog had never been groomed before and is 2 years old, has anxiety, and is a golden doodle , hair was matted, and they did an outstanding job grooming him and treated us and the dog GREAT. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks. The price was very reasonable for what they had to do.

Did not follow directions on how i wanted my dog groom.And they shave her paws so low the she chew and licks on one and now it irritate. And what ever they did to her ears they too are irritated. Ended up taking to vet and costing me more money. Very disapoint for how much it cost and they didnt do as i asked. See picture below

WARNING! DANGEROUS BUSINESS! Butchered my poor dogs nails and TRIED TO HIDE IT FROM ME! They tried to cover it up and not tell me. Kept her longer than usual to stop the bleeding and when I got home noticed my dog on the couch in a pile of blood. She had been licking the wound that I had no idea existed. Took her to ER immediately and they treated her. The doctor was SHOCKED that they tried to hide this from me. An infection could have killed her without proper treatment.

First time here&I will be back. MacKenzie was great with my 10year old male Papillion. When I came to pick him up she was sitting in a chair holding&petting him. It means so much to know he was being cared for ❤. I've heard many horror stories. The cut looks great. But to walk into that just made me a customer for life and I Thank You!
