There's three pharmacies on this corner.Of the three this is the worst!1.Long waiting lines going out in to grocery store.2.Employees that would rather you stay home and die than dare bother them with anything.3.A staff that doesn't check messages or faxes from Doctors offices or other pharmacies unless you outright beg them!And when you get persistent they seem to somehow find an even worse level of rudeness!Go to Walgreens or RiteAid or even Walmart you'll get better service I promise.

I was not feeling great. kroger's pharmacy wanted to play hrames on which line you are required to stand in. I had been there in the little clinic and decide to go to Cincinnati and pick my prescription up upon my return. Well the young men wanted to play a power move in telling me I was in the wrong line after waiting 10 mins for him to get off the phone. I thought customer s from the little clinic did not have to wait. 10 mins for him to get off the phone just to tell me I hat too wait in another line with four or five customer in.on!

If I could've given 0 stars I would have. I went in to fill a prescription and was told it would take 30 minutes to refill. After walking around the store (needlessly) for 40 minutes, I was told they didn't have my prescription in stock and that it would definitely be in "tomorrow." I waited 2 days for my prescription because of work, and when I came in to pick it up today I was told they didn't have it in stock. Are you kidding me?! I have faithfully given them my business despite ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS. I believe at the very least, a courtesy call would be in order. I'll not be going back. Now I'll go review Walgreens across the street that was very accommodating. The nice lady behind the counter was extremely polite and helpful.

Yeah, it's pretty bad unfortunately. I was a customer for 10-15 years but I'm going to have to switch. For the past year or so, it's a hassle every month to get my script filled. It's supposed to be auto-filled and I used to get a text letting me know it was ready for pickup. It was like clockwork for years. I don't know what's happened. I've asked at the counter more than once and they've assured it's set back up. But it never is. I have to call in my script every month. I call back to see if it's ready and they'll almost always say that it'll be ready in 30 minutes. I'll go to Kroger 2 hours later and it's not ready. I'll go to Kroger the next day and it's not ready. And this is EVERY MONTH. The last time I was there they said they were running A FEW DAYS behind...?? I don't think pharmacies are supposed to be running ANY DAYS behind on people's meds. This is not how a decent pharmacy operates. As a consumer, you have options. Go elsewhere.

The absolute slowest pharmacy I've ever used...every time...for the last 15+ years. Staff has been very helpful, but very rarely more than one cashier working regardless of staffing level. That waits defy both logic and explanation. If standing around is your thing or if you just have too much time on your, then this is definitely the pharmacy for you.

The worst pharmacy location ever. This is the busiest Kroger in all of Dayton and surrounding areas so you would think they would have plenty of staff but yet they are so slow at doing everything! The store itself isn’t big enough for all of the traffic in and out of there. People should not have to wait more than 30 min for their meds let alone a day! They hardly answer their phones. And their automated system no longer call or text when it’s ready. I need to switch my business to Walgreens or CVS!

Very concerned with what looks like a major issue with timely, organized service. Extremely disappointed with the pharmacy. I moved here 4 months ago and have never seen such a consistent back up of customers. Clearly there is a system flaw that needs attention. One night there were 11 cars in line outside, 18 people in line inside and 1 person working the cash register. Other employees were meandering around behind the counter but not sure what they were accomplishing. I spoke with other customers in line. They indicate this has been a problem for almost a year. Ummm, that's not acceptable. Just to keep myself entertained in line, I timed how long it took to take care of each customer in front of me. On average, it took 5-7 minutes per person. That seems extremely long just to turn around and grab a bag that's already hanging there. When I finally arrived at the register they informed me they couldn't complete the refill because they couldn't read the handwriting. Really? Why send a text that my script was ready for pick up? I voiced my concern. An employee that was nearby snarled "call 1-800-Kroger". (Doesn't take rocket scientist to figure out there aren't enough numbers in that!)Wow, talk about poor customer service.

I went to this pharmacy after Visiting the little clinic. I was prescribed three different medications. I had bronchitis. I was concerned about how much the medications would cost. I was directed down to the drop off window. The employee at this window was extremely rude. I tried to explain to her what I needed and she just said to me “name”. I told her my name and she said simply “it will be 10 minutes for me to come up with a cost.” She did not direct me to wait anywhere. She was so rude and uncaring. I was so upset I had to leave without meds. Obviously I was not feeling well anyway but that just put me over and I was done.

Will be taking my business elsewhere! More then once I’ve called my medication in and they’ll tell me when it’ll be ready. So, I’ll drive all the way from my house way out in the country to Kroger Pharmacy (giving them a few more hours even after they said it would be ready before I show up) and they either still won’t have it anywhere near ready or they’ll tell me they’re out of the medication. They don’t bother to call, text or email me before I drive all the way out. And yes, they have that information. At this point, I feel like Kroger owes me a tank of gas.

My prescriptions are literally never ready.. I called to have something filled on a Friday and told them I had to have it by Sunday. Went Sunday at noon and they said they had it marked to be ready by Monday at 2... they told me to come back in 30 minutes. And this is not the first time this has happened. Not to mention the extremely long line you wait in to be told this.

Drive through window takes forever. I’ve never been to a pharmacy that takes so long to hand someone their medication even when it’s ready. Forget getting anyone to serve you if you use the drive up kiosk thing. You’ll sit there forever even if you push the call button and no one will help you.

Horrible pharmacy. They are out to get money. We have two insurances. One insurance we know covers every medication and they have tried to make us pay something everytime. I truly think they are committing fraud. I called my insurance today who called them and they told my insurance that the prescription wasn't it the system. So I drive back to the pharmacy aere they tell me two different stories why it isnt covered. Two different stories. Finally they got in touch with care source and they straightened it out. Not coming here again

Very very slow whether in store or drive thru. We've transferred from Alex Bell Kroger to Englewood our medications have been messed up since. Very disheartening attitudes (at times) as well. We receive texts medications are they never are ready when I get there stating they won't be ready til next day. My boyfriend has had to go 7 days without blood pressure medication because they couldn't "find" the prescription even though the Dr office had called them in. UNACCEPTABLE!

Kroger Pharmacy (Englewood) is a BIG joke. My prescription was sent over Thursday Jan 17th. I call on Jan 18th @ 4:00pm to see if ready. I was told, won’t be ready until 8:30pm. Ok I get in drive thru @ 8:30 and finally get to the window @ 9:15pm and I was told it won’t be ready until noon tomorrow. WTH!!!! Finally he told me we might be able to have it ready by 10:00pm, the time they close. It is so sad that a pharmacy can control your health issues because of their lack of concern. The guy at window told me it was due to backlog of over 300 prescriptions. Ok, why does it take over 24hrs to fill 300 prescriptions? With that many techs, they should be able to fill more than 300. We are expecting a major snow storm tomorrow so there will be no way I can go pick tomorrow. I will be so happy when my new insurance goes into effect Feb 1 and I can go back to using CVS.

Went to urgent care at mvh north was told by them kroger pharmacy was open till 11 it was not i got to kroger after 10 they were closed . When i spoke to NICE YOUNGER man that told me they closed at 10 i told him my dilemma and that my wife and daughter both had strep and needed the meds. By that time i realized i was speaking with the PHARMACIST he explained they were closed but new i needed there prescription and did all he could and even though they had closed he and DONNA filled it and stayed after to get it done . They did not have to do it but were so willing to help me and my family . We are so greatful and wanted them and others to know how good of a job they did for us we will tell our friends and continue to come back thank you kroger pharmacy Englewood / WILKEY FAMILY

Worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Waited 4 days for prescription to be ready and then they said they couldn't get my insurance to enter and just said oh well. Use pharmacies that are real pharmacies and not grocery stores trying to steal you away!

Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, every time I’ve been there the service has been insanely slow, the line is always backed up and nomatter how bad it is they always only have 2 people working the front. Last time I went there were 6 people in front of me and I was in line almost an hour. Going to this pharmacy is literally worse then going to the BMV.

The only reason that i gave them 2 stars instead of one is that the staff has always been friendly to me, thats the only good thing about it. They are they slowest at the drive thru and inside. I have witnessed lines at the drive thru that end up on Wenger almost to the previous entrance. I have also seen lines inside that are almost 20 to 30 people long and snake thru the store. They need to figure out how to streamline their service

If it were not for the fact that my insurance requires me to use them I’d gladly go to Walgreens or CVS. They are always swamped, running behind and cannot seem to fill common requests without you having to wait days. If I had a choice? It sure would not be here!

Horrible. So busy and never accurate. I get a text that my prescription is ready for pickup. Wait in line almost 30 minutes to be told I waited too long, then I'm told no its expired...which is it! So you send false messages for pickup ???

Why remodel this pharmacy with quite a few registers when they only have 1 open?! The last couple times I have gone, the line was as long as I've ever seen it and still only one register open. Need help? Jeez, this is crazy!

Constant problems trying to get my meds or my husband's and had a tech looking over the pharmacist shoulder writing down stuff while she was working on my meds now I wonder if my refills will be there when I go to get them not to mention the long wait you have at the drive up window takes forever .and they lost all my refills again.

Rediculusly slow, does not matter if its early morning or late at night. Staff is always nice, but waiting 45 minutes this last Sunday prompted leaving this review.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY GET YOUR MEDS WRONG EVERYYINE !!
