Great shopping experience. The store while not as big as some of the others was nice and clean with all kinds of fun treasures to be found at reasonable fair prices. The young lady up front, Monica, was very engaging and polite, especially with the older folks, which in todays world which was so refreshing to see. Thumbs up!

Great Good Will. The aisles are a little empty in some areas, but I know that is not their fault. Their prices are amazing sometimes, especially with broken things that I buy to repair. Their book section is not very organized. My only major complaint is that sometimes a couple of the older employees can be a bit rude to both customers and the younger employees.edit: Recently the rude employees are gone, stock is better, and media section is very nice. They also remodeled, so the shop feels more cozy. 5 Stars

One of the worst around since the recent management changes, way over priced asking $30-$40 for used donated shoes just because they have a name brand employees are rude. STAY AWAY!

It is a very clean and orderly store. The Employees are very help full. I just wish there was more of a selection of glass ware such as vases more full sets if dishes.I do understand you only have to stock what you have donated . But as coming from Gahanna I'm use to seeing allot more items. Maybe it's just the area where i came from. But your store is very very well kept up .I commend you on that. Than you and keep up the good work

Update...5-11-23.Went in managed to find one thing, fairly organized. Went to check out and noone to be found waited 5-10 min before finally just walking out and leaving item on counter.Used to go all the time, I love finding a good deal but as of lately a portion of the staff is rude, to complicate matters when ask manager for help you get attitude... I will be avoiding the particular goodwill for awhile even tho it is the closest to me.

What a awful place to shop. This older lady at the register was doing her best with a whole line of people. The lady Jamie with a supervisor tag was standing at a register with a closed sign leaving her employee to struggle. It took multiple customers to complain before she rudely opened her register to help. Pure laziness and complete utter rudeness not only to her elder/employee but also to her customers.... You should be fired

To many times I go to this goodwill and deal with employees who are rude. Management used to be bad but has gotten better. Today witnessed employee scream at customer in front of me about her children. Unacceptable behavior when dealing with customers. Prices on some items are the same as new store prices.

There are always great finds here and the staff is very friendly and handles items with care. They always get me in and out of check out efficiently. THis is one of my favorite Goodwills

I dropped off some donations and they had big cardboard crates outside. Felt like my donations were going in the trash and not to be used to help others. Also the prices have gone up on items they get for free! I'm done with them.

My treasure find store! Lots of toys and furniture to choose from. The clothes selection is enormous. I found name brand purses, clothes and toys very reasonably priced. Much lower than other thrift stores. I will definitely return here my next trip into town.

Its ok! Its a hit or miss with stuff at this location but better than most of the other locations. Still like all the other greedwills they too price stuff way to high for stuff they get for free! I dont get the whole bag up a bunch of 10 cent and 25 cent little toys and put a $3.99 and $4.99 price tag on it. Thats call greed and over priced! Their clothes have went up too. There is no study good pricing system with them! At this location too the kids books are always a mess! They dont even try to have a order of any kind! And the toys are just thrown everywhere. Some kind of organization would be nice at the prices they charge for free stuff they get!

Employees are rude. I brought in a pair of shorts that I had purchased at another location. I had the receipt and the Barb was still attached I was looking for a shirt that would compliment them. Instead I got harassed By a member of your staff hassling me over them. IT WAS ON CAMERA WHEN I CAME IN. Won't go back. Ever.

Tried to buy an old metal rack that had two different goodwill price tags on it. One tag was 7.99 and the other was 9.99...when I took the rack to the register the lady said both of those goodwill price tags were wrong and that it was actually $20! There was obviously no $20 tag on it. Can’t imagine that happening at any other store. Incompetent workers.

I go to Goodwill everyday. I love it so much. My whole closet is Goodwill clothes (Not even over exaggerating) As a matter of fact, I'm wearing the sweater and HOLLISTER pants I got from there. It's my favorite sweater. One man's trasg is another mans treasure. That saying is very true. I love you Goodwill 💙 (I also get coffee cups from there. I also am getting a dress from there tomorrow)

Their designer handbags are overpriced since I got a new manager and they ship off all their Thomas Kinkade and anything of value to another store it is no longer and inexpensive place to shop a knock-off Coach handbag goes for $50 I think that's stupid and I don't shop there anymore because of the ridiculous prices

Great place to dress yourself cheaply. Lots of stuff cycling in and out, sometimes you get lucky. Always good to keep checking back in for rare finds.

Generally shop at this goodwill plus it's the closest one to me but don't know if I will be returning due to the fact that one employee was very rude I asked her a question she looked at me and walked away then she was watching me the whole time like I was going to steal something way to make a loyal customer to you store feel welcome
