Great customer service always attentive when I come in, good quality brand items. I drive past 2-4 pawn shops just to come to this one in particular. Every electronic/tool I've bought from here I've had in good working condition for a minimum of a year and still working.

The gentlemen here always go above and beyond. I know when I need a little help I can stop in and be on my way. Fair, honest, and personable.The first time I needed a loan I was nervous. I was afraid as a woman they would try to talk me down from what was needed. Absolutely NOT the case. They explained what I had, offered me a fair amount- and kept my rings safe. I've never had a bad experience here.....And Henry is kinda cute..

Went in with two switches and a gaming laptop as well a ton of games and other items and was only offered a measly $500 to pawn it. I went to this location because the reviews were crowing about how the prices were fair and they will work with you and what not... That's absolutely not the case. I needed quick cash to avoid a repossession and I left having wasted 40 minutes round trip driving out there. Just avoid all pawn shops and put em outta business.

My husband and I stopped by today and got a beautiful gold cross necklace for me and then went back and traded an old family trumpet for a power washer. They have good prices and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something nice for the one u love or for good prices on things u need.

Good pawn and loan shop with friendly owner and employees. Plus I always trust a place more when there is a dog or cat behind the counter. Plus they aleays explain why you may not get what you expect because they take the time to research. Unlike some other pawn shops I have been in where I would get an arbitrary lowball offer with no knowledge of the items current market value.

This is hands down the best pawn shop I’ve dealt with. I have dealt with a few across the country.Henry might not say much, but he’s really nice.These guys are great at reminding you if you forget about something.They also have some great stuff to buy as well. I bought some items almost brand new, but about 60% off. I’d check here before buying something brand new.

Bought a older Mossberg 500 for 220 bucks i now have to spend another 150 to fix after taking it to range only for the action tube to break off from the slides on the first shot

Gem City Pawn & Loan is no ordinary pawn shop. The owner actually cares about his customers and is very very frendly, he treats people like family. He has great deals on all his items and dosnt try to price gouge like most places do. I won't go anywhere but this pawn shop for pawn shop needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it deserves a 10.

Costumer service is the worst I have ever seen/experienced even by the owner, I was there to make a purchase and over heard how the owners was speaking to another person and I explained how I felt and they got verbally aggressive of my opinionSo I will never give my business nor will my family or friend to them again.

They hardly ever buy anything and they complain about not being able to sell their own items but they are priced three times higher than any other pawn shop in the area
