With Jan as the manager , she's is one the best! I've been around the country, This Family dollar is one of the cleanest and we'll stocked store I've ever experienced. This is because Jan is the best . In my opinion, she deserves a raise . . She's so helpful and very friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. The store manager, Jan, is extremely belligerent and rude; several members of the community have even shared that she follows our black friends around the store. Zero empathy, zero respect, zero service. You'd be better off going down the street to Dollar Tree or Dollar General...

Went there and they had locked the doors and closed a whole hour early. No sign or anything to let people know. We waved and stared at the workers who looked right us and didn’t say anything and completely ignored us til we left. Pretty annoying first experience

I was at the Englewood store today, where the checkout woman offered someone else to go in front of me while i was standing there waiting to check out, i am 3 months pregnant and she still did that, then proceeded to tell me she couldnt take my 50 dollar bill, i really hope this isnt the procedure here because ive been to plenty of family dollars midday and was able to recieve change, nor did the cashier tell someone else to go in front of me, i will not walk back in that store if she is working there ever again. You need to get rid on her, glasses with long gray hair in a ponytail, other people have also told me the same, she is disrespectful, and mean, does not need to be there. Losing customers because of her attitude. Told me this after i told them about my visit today.

Very rude employee grey hair female w glasses overweight I will never bring my business there ever again wouldn’t recommend this family dollar to anyone and I’d say 80 % of time nobody is at register to take orders have to wait or find them... dollar general around the corner has bigger selection of products and value there customers.

If I could give a zero I would.your employees are very rude there are several items on shelf that are not priced right and very dirty.was in there about an hour ago and had to wait for the employee to stop texting on his phone before ringing me up will be going to family dollar from now on

Was not good. Stood up front and waited for someone to checkout forever. Finally someone in line went to find someone then she was very rude as if we were interrupting her. Didnt even say thank you. Bad for business and wont shop there no more

Literally some of the rudest employees that I have ever had to deal with. I will ALWAYS avoid this store. cranky employees with horrible attitudes. I would NOT recommend anyone going to this one. Go to the next closest one, it will be worth the extra couple miles.
