I was going to go in there today until I seen this sign requiring mask wearing. We're 2 years into this and there are still people clutching onto a mask as their salvation. Established science before covid19 proved most masks do nothing to stop most viruses. Modern real world studies prove the same. I'm over playing nice with this nonsense. I'll spend my money with someone that isn't a brainwashed covidian clutching to their false mask messiah. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because in the past they have been helpful in there.

I enjoy the small town experience of this hardware store. The staff are quite willing to help me out with any and all problems I have. Great crew! Lots of interesting items that are easy to find.

Great place to get any type of item that is carried by a Best! The prices are a little higher because of the size of the store and the volume of which it sells is far less than that of a Lowe's or Menard's. It's still a friendly place to go and be greeted by smiling, helpful faces!

Love this place! Always asking if you need help finding something. The selection of stuff they have is quite good considering the floor space. Prices are reasonable for a local hardware store, and free popcorn. Great place friendly staff.

Treat you like family. Very knowledgeable about everything I asked. Knew where everything was right off their head. Parking lot wheelchair accessible.aisles are wide restroom are handicap accessible. Free popcorn fast check out

They have a decent selection. The staff is super helpful and know the store well. Do not get you lawn mower serviced here! Had to take mine in right after getting it home and they charged me a second time! Way too expensive as well.

If I could rate less than a one, I would have, the problem is the YOUNG MAN WITH DARK HAIR, he's so. SO SO SO RUDE to my husband and myself, twice today , his job is an inconvenience for him, obviously or he is the son of an owner of the store and feel he can treat people however he wants

My spouse a Disabled blind veteran and I went to Ace today to shop! Spouse needed to use restroom prior to shopping! Without even making eye contact with us and back to us women cashier stated “We do not have public restrooms as we use to.” My husband felt offended as once enter the store we are customers! We were frequent customers not after today never ever!!!! My husband due to health issue could not help it! We will spread the word of the lack of customer service, caring☹️

People are always friendly. They have a lot in a small place but staff will help you find things. Pricier than big box but support smaller businesses when I can.

Love going here...in and out. Can usually find the simple items that you may need for your weekend projects without walking through Lowe's or home Depot. Notice that they sharpen mower blades. Going back!

After years of filling my propane tanks, Today they told me they were "expired". Not by 2 weeks which is the last time they filled them but by decades. It was cold and the guy just didn't want to do it. When I got to McMahan's gas, they showed me the recertification stamps that he missed. Both tanks were just fine. Wont ever be back.

Went in to find a specific screw to mount a toaster oven. Every other hardware home store (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) said that I could not get what I wanted. This store helped research and told me where I could order it.They didn't make a dime off of my family today yet they now have a loyal customer. They helped make 81 year old Dad believe that there are still some people that know what it means to help. The kicker for him was it was a "young kid~ about 18 years old" that took the time to help!

Came here for a laser measuring tool. Was told we can’t use their restroom and after being told where the tool I needed should be, asked again for them to show me and was then told they didn’t think they carry them. I’ll be taking my business to Home Depot.

Ace Hardware is your kind of store if you really don't want to go to the big box stores. It is the way small town America's hardware stores used to be and have almost disappeared off the face of America.Go in and ask for what your looking for, or just go in and browse around, you will find it and more of what your looking for.The people who work and run these establishments are there to help you, find, mix, or whatever else you need to get your job, big or small, done.

My go to neighborhood hardware store. When I need a screw, hinge, plumbing part- they generally have it. Get my propane tanks filled there. Staff are helpful.

I use Englewood hardware ALOT and I can tell you from experience they have a clean well stocked store, plenty of staff, knowledgeable staff, and they’re just plain friendly, basically what you don’t get at the big box stores. Also if they don’t have it they can normally get it.
